The amenities listed appear to be inaccurately represented. The property is not located directly on the beach and there is no on-site beach yoga as advertised. Additionally, there is no spa on-site. The listing references beach umbrellas and lounge chairs; however, staff clarified these are located at the pool, not on the beach. Several other amenities listed, including paddle boards, surfboards etc. were also not available on-site during my stay. When I raised these discrepancies, a staff member acknowledged uncertainty about why beach yoga, paddleboards etc. were listed given the property’s location. A manager later joined the conversation and indicated that they receive 60K bookings through Expedia each year and no one else had concerns with the inaccuracy of the listing itself. Overall, the information provided in the listing did not align with the amenities available at the property.

The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and we had a beautiful view over the marina.

Fantastic stay. We stayed here for our last two nights in Costa Rica. It is a quick walk to Flamingo Beach and lots of restaurants, and there are restaurants, shops and a pool right on site. They give you a parking pass you can use to park in the ramp at the Marina, which is super convenient. We had booked a snorkeling trip with Connect Ocean, and it left right off of the dock we could see from our balcony. Unit was spotless. They use Britt coffee makers -- that's a Costa Rican brand kind of like Nespresso. There were two capsules in the room but we were able to buy more at a nearby supermarket. (They might have given us more if we'd asked, but we were at the supermarket anyway.). Also it seems like the whole place is designed for accessibility in mind (with the possible exception of the doors to the parking garage on the 3rd floor). Great example of universal design principals. We were very glad we chose Marina Flamingo for our last two nights in Costa Rica. It was about 1.5 hr drive to the airport the day we left, and the roads were very easy.

Our studio villa was huge and the views of the marina were amazing! The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower and water pressure were phenomenal, definitely the best shower we encountered during our two weeks all over the northern part of Costa Rica. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient so we took advantage of that amenity. I also used the fitness room both days we were there. It had just enough equipment for a decent workout. As to be expected anywhere in Costa Rica, there were a few ants in the villa but not so many that it was an issue. The proximity to Playa Flamingo was perfect and there were many dining options within walking distance. We had breakfast three times at Surf Box since it was so close. Minor issue with being charged twice but hoping that will be resolved soon as I have been communicating with our host about the mistake and subsequent refund. I would definitely stay here again if in the Playa Flamingo area.
