Hot tub wasnt working. Pool umbrellas and chairs were ripped and broken. Tp holder in the room was broken. Bathroom light didnt work properly. The sink faucet spilled onto back of counter top and all over the floor. AC unit had issues and a busted filter. Terrible experience. Will not be returning. Have photos and videos, but my mobile app wont let me upload them.

Front desk staff was exceptional. And the breakfast staff were very responsive and breakfast was very good! Only one elevator was working. The flooring in the elevator was cracked and gave in in some areas when stepped on which was concerning. Our conference room was perfect and those that attended were pleased to have coffee and water available. Thank you!

the elevator was not working ,i reserved the room one week before getting there.they told me about the elevator when i got there at 11 pm on friday ,i did not live because i did not know the area .at the next day i ask if they have a room in a lower floor because they put me in the 5 floor and the told me no that they were book.

there are 2 elevators for the 5 floors, when we arrived one of them was out of order, no problem just wait a little longer as we were on the third floor, but when we came back after dinner both of them were out of order. my wife suffers from asthma and climbing the 2 flights of stairs was not easy for her. and to make it worse our room was directly opposite the stairs door which was on a strong sprig, so every single time it opened and closed it made a heck of a noise and this went on all night.. so annoying and loud

Only one elevator worked for the entire five days we were there. The Hotel was at full capacity so wait times were ridiculous and the one that was operable was dirty. The room rate was elevated due to the season so expected much better. The breakfast was not up to par. There was no fruit for two of the days of our stay. Worst of all, the AC in the room was on a default of 67 degrees no matter how many times I tried to adjust it. To make it worse, the Hallway was a like a sauna with fans blowing 24/7. We've stayed in Hampton Inns for three generations and this was the worst stay we've had. So disappointing

Website says newly remodeled, however, it did not look newish or anything. Lots of issues. Ice machines not working, not clean, issues with card reader for numerous guests as we heard. No one showed an idea of where our room was & after a long day on the road I didn’t think to ask until I was already in the car. Shower had issues.

When i first got to my room, the sheets smell like it wasn't clean, the lights keptd flickering. On probability my third night there was feces in the lobby, the smell was horrible. And this where breakfast is served etc.

My wife and I were very disappointed in our stay at this location. We’ve stayed in several Hampton Inn’s which were very nice and clean. This location is very old, outdated, and in need of attention. The staff we encountered were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even letting us move rooms when we saw the room we were originally placed in wasn’t as expected. The rooms appeared to be spot cleaned and we found debris, hair, etc. in hard to reach places and under chairs/stools. The linens were clean but the comforters were very old and stained yellow from heavy use. The carpet was worn out and in long need of replacement. There were damaged areas of walls and broken door latches throughout the facility and the entire place seemed musty and moldy. We were very surprised at the condition of this location because of the high score it receives on Hotels.com. We’ve stayed at Hilton locations for years and this is by far the worst facility we’ve ever seen.

So I was there last weekend, I got bedbug bites I really thought there were mosquito bites, but then thought why would there be mosquitoes on the fifth floor, then a few days later my rashes were still there, and I looked them up and it’s comparable to bedbug bites. I’m glad they didn’t bite my kids that were in the bed with me, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve stayed here before and I didn’t have an issue and everything else is ok.

The hotel Room cleanliness was not the best seems as it was a rush clean and not a proper one. the bathroom cleaning was the most questionable as there were dust bunnies on counter and behind the toilet. they offer complementary breakfast but their coffee machine was broker... on a Sunday of all days which you would imagine since it might be the busiest they may had try to fix the issue asap. will I come back to this hotel? probably NOT

The complimentary breakfast food was okay (bacon, cheese omelet, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal). There’s usually coffee or tea available all day which is nice. The receptionist was fantastic and they can text you and vice versa about your needs. They give you water as a welcome gift and also can provide bottled water. Windows could use sound proofing. We were on the third floor above the pool area. Overall this hotel provided what we needed for our trip.

The mattress was very stained and sagged terribly in the center . We did receive a discount on the room after complaining ot the manager. The lamp shades were stained and old. The bathroom appeared to be newly updated but everything else was dated. The desk chair upholstery was also stained. There were clean sheets on the bed but thespread was dingy and not white as it should have been.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. I expected an apple, orange or banana. They actually had real food. Omelette, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, waffles and various different fruits and juices. Plus 24 hour access to coffee which my wife loves. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Pool was a decent size. Too bad pool closes at 10 pm, but not a deal breaker.

Disappointed. For the price, we expected more. No clock in the room. Noise, and for a handicap room, the toilet was not at ADA height. The shower flooded the bathroom floor.

I booked like 2 months ago and for may 24 memorial day weekend I did the check in I pay in advance for two queen bed to find out the room she gave me was only inking size bed. I went back to the front desk I explained the situation to the same person and she told me that they over sold the rooms and I had to call Expedia on a Memorial weekend where every hotel around where full. My cousin booked like a month after me and they gave him a room with 2 queen bed. I thing this is a first come first serves Hotel service. Thanks God my cousin kids didn't come and we switch rooms. By the way The woman at the front desk told me oh but you booked for two guest. So WHAT. If Im going to share the room With a person that we don't sleep together what do I supposed to do with it? Like my business are her business. Thanks God I didn't have to go back home. but the service was awful. No body cares and give me my money. On this days no body want to solve their own situations they provoke by themselves and we do end up doing it by ourselves.

This was a very clean hotel. It's located by the highway for a quick trip to Tampa or shopping, & it's only 20 minutes from Sarasota Beach which was an easy drive everyday. I will definitely be coming back here for future trips to Sarasota!

A little hard to get to. The hotel's stated address and my vehicle's GPS didn't agree on where the hotel was really located but we made it there eventually. Very centrally located close to major roads, etc. As for the hotel itself, like I always say, another great Hampton stay!

Hotel recently renovated. Reception person was very nice. Room is attractive, great location. Breakfast is only major complaint. It was pretty bad as far as motel breakfasts go and the juice machine was out. No bananas and eggs yuck!
