The lady in the área of breakfast and the one clean the room was excellent, but the one in front desk terrible I went to ask when they are coming to clean the pool and she say “I don't know you have to wait for maintenancethe pool area in bad condition and is high humidity felt in the rooms and bad smell.

Gross. Don't stay here. Pool was filled with bird poop. Rooms are basic at best. No staff at front desk. You communicate with off property people via screen. One night is survivable, other than that avoid at all cost.

This property was nice and quiet. I am in a wheelchair and it was handicap accessible I had an accessible bathtub which I had never used before it was quite nice. The ice machine was broke on our floor. Other than that I would stay this place is pretty dynamic. The staff were amazing

The hotel is located close to shops/restaurants. We arrived late for check in which went smoothly. Our room was clean, however we encountered roaches. We called down to the front desk and was told the hotel was completely booked and we were told to follow up with management in the morning, which we did. We were able to get half price discounted for our stay with no issue.

The location is good, cost reasonable and the people are exceptional. Unfortunately, there was an ongoing battle with roaches. I was there for 6 days and, every day, I discovered a new roommate. At least one. Overall my room and the social areas seemed clean, and it is Florida, which is critter paradise, but it still freaked me out.

It was a terrible experience, there was mold everywhere, the carpet was dirty, a nasty bad odor in the room, we couldn’t sleep at all. It was like we were in a low life neighborhood. This was the first and the last time in that hotel.

The check in was on line, but the connection went down Three times. They told me it was a momentary thing when i asked. If they knew this was happening they should have told me, despite their promises on the contrary, the Wi-Fi was terrible, mostly inexistent. Breakfast was pretty bad compared to other similar hotels.

The internet access could and should get an upgrade. I was unable to get online when I had to complete some work assignments. Otherwise the staff was great and welcoming. Even the “FaceTime” type station in the lobby was adequate. I would stay there again, granted I didn’t have any work obligations.

Probably the quietest hotel I have stayed in. It is an older hotel but they do a good job with cleanliness and the rooms have been remodeled. No carpet! Beds were good and the location was great. It was what we needed and a fair price.

Everything was really good except that at night there was a lot of noise from the nearby rooms and they tried to open the door by pulling it several times, which made me feel unsafe and I couldn't sleep well. For the rest, everything was fine, although I don't think I would stay there again.

The person at the front desk just walks out at three o’clock. I was waiting to check in and get a room number and a key. The bath tubs in two rooms were so slick that my girlfriend fell and our friends both fell. They had the nerve to tell us they would give our money back but move out!!! What ever happened to real customer service?

I was in the area to do some hiking and biking but hotel.policy wouldn't allow me.to bring my expensive bike i to my room Bike was new and exceptionally clean so I didn't understand the issue. On a much better note. I left an item in my room and the house staff found the item and held it fo me.u til I could drive back from Tampa and get it.

Overall Four Stars due to a lack of Personnel at the Front Desk. It’s was kind of Cold Service Without having a Staff at The Front Desk and Talked to a Monitor ( Machine ) in order to talk to someone. As human beings we have concerns that We don’t like to talked out loud , Personal Service it’s a key Factor for me. The breakfast was awful. only 1 waffle maker, nothing premade. only eggs and sausage. no hot cocoa only tea and coffee no milk or juice avail or any allergy info. we just left. Staff was friendly but no one likes that tablet virtual indian guy. Our room was fairly clean. relatively speaking but all the doors and trim needs tending.

Very disappointing stay. Even though the front desk was staffed, I was told to use a kiosk to video chat with a remote representative instead of being checked in by the employee standing there. Why is a hotel, which is built on customer service, replacing local staff with a remote video check-in? That experience alone makes me think twice about staying at another Quality Inn. The hotel itself was in poor condition. The carpet was stained and coming apart, the walls were paper thin, and my non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. There were also people hanging around the parking lot throughout my stay, which made the property feel less welcoming. There have been some updates, but that’s just lipstick on a pig. The experience was bad enough that I checked out a day early. I won’t be staying here again and would not recommend this location.
