Hot tub didnt work. Ice machine out on 4th Floor my floor. Nice atmosphere, clean, and a friendly staff

Breakfast was not as good as Fairfield Inn which was cheaper. Music playing at Breakfast was loud and hard rock/metal which is too much for early morning. Bathroom was small. Pool was nice, but hot tub was scalding hot and jets were broken. Road noise from motorcycles. Will not stay here again.

I liked that parking is free and that there is a supermarket and a pharmacy within a mile. It's within walking distance to an ice cream shop, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The pool area is clean and very pleasant, with a poolside snack bar. The breakfast is simple but delicious, with a variety of bagels to choose from, as well as different cream cheeses and jams. There is yogurt with a variety of toppings to make a great parfait. They offer orange and apple juice, milk, and coffee. The coffee stand is open 24 hours a day. I didn't like the cleanliness of the sheets. Unfortunately, except for the pillowcases, the rest of the sheets were dirty; you could still smell the sweat of the previous guests. Very, very unpleasant and disgusting. Another thing I didn't like is that there is no gym. It would be nice if they considered having at least a small room with some weights and a treadmill. In reality, the price per night is quite high considering the limited cleanliness of the sheets and the lack of a gym. When I chose this hotel, I did so primarily because it said it offered free transportation to the beach. I thought the hotel was the one offering it, but that's not the case. It's a private business in town that is sponsored by the hotel and other local businesses. Although the service was good and "free," I must emphasize that it's almost "mandatory" to tip per person, between $3 and $5 per ride.

The pool was the perfect temperature and the bar staff was very nice.

Good location. Access to pool and hot tub. Be advised. The website says breakfast and shuttle available. While this is true, potential guests should be aware that the shuttle is not free; tips only. And breakfast consists of bagels, cereal - hot and cold - muffins, coffee, OJ, and water. No eggs, bacon or potatos. Also, this hotel was formerly a Best Western. That being said, if you need a place to stay close to Siesta Key, go for it. 👍

Shower tub very slow to drain, showering in ankle deep water, hot tub was out of order, ice machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast is a bagel bar and nothing more than that. Staff was great, and room was clean.

Clean basic rooms, beautiful pool and hot tub, poolside bar, and free beach shuttle. This was a great pick for my solo vacation- felt very safe.

The staff at Spark is what made this stay great! The manager was very friendly and helpful. Let us check in early and use the pool after check out since we had a late flight! Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The Tiki bar, heated pool, and hot tub were great as well! Thank you!

I would have given this 4* but the day we left at 6am another guest was checking out due to bed bugs…my biggest fear with staying in hotels. I just arrived home to find one on my pillow. I kept seeing black spots but nothing really moving till this one. Now I have to spray our car and luggage. The rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Only one chair in the room. No microwave. Pool is nice and the bartenders very friendly. The staff was nice. Great location to Siesta Key. Breakfast is continental.

Think twice!! The hotel has everything you need! Pool was warm! They had live music on the weekend which was great! The hot tub wasn’t working! The restaurant was also convenient. THE PROBLEM was that the room we stayed in was infested with FLEAS! I’m not sure if a dog had stayed in that room previously! It doesn’t help that the rooms have dark curtains and weren’t very clean. My family and I were all bitten by the time we realized what was going on. We won’t be going back there again!

My experience was there were roaches in our room. They did come and spray raid and tried to say it was due to maids leaving doors open while cleaning rooms. We left for the beach but when we returned the room smelled of the spray. It was the closest hotel to where we needed to be. It wasn’t a feel a Hilton property. It looked like a motel.

It was not as clean as it should be. There was a long hair on bed pillow and my daughter wanted to leave. Then the bathroom had hair on the floor.The maid came in and only made one bed, because the was a bag on the bed i guess.I would stay someplace else for the money we spent.

Water pressure was terrible and the shower did not drain. Both towels and sheets had stains on them. Would not stay here again.

Clean room

The mattress is not comfortable. There is no coffee pots or microwave in the rooms. There was a pile of sand in front of the entrance door. Not a clean hotel

The pros to the hotel, are its location to the beach. The hotel itself is nothing special in fact our room had mold in the shower and a sink that was clogged. I also didn’t like that anyone could enter the property and essentially walk right up to my room. The staff was very friendly and supportive, so that was a positive.

The walls were paper thin. People next to us in room 226 were up until 2a going in and out of rooms and making lots of noise. We tried turning down the AC to drown out sound but no help. Not sure why you would put people right next to each other when it was evident that there was plenty of other rooms available. Given the fact that rooms are so thin, please avoid placing them next to an already occupied room. We left early the next day so did not have a restful sleep. Don’t think I’ll be staying at Spark ever again.

Motel quality for Hilton prices. They placed me on the first floor when it was literally over looking the parking lot. The head lights from the cars and noise kept us up all night. There is literally no separation from the parking lot to the room if you are placed on the first floor. Room 125 had dirty carpets, the king bed was very uncomfortable….room services doesn’t even clean the rooms. This used to be a best western and they just put some lipstick to make it what it is. The front desk employee Ginny had a headphone in her ear and was more invested in the music that she was listening to than the actual customer. Had 0 interest in helping us out. My wife felt very unsafe being steps away from the parking lot with no insulation. I would have much rather stayed at the holiday inn rather than this. Extremely disappointed. I was expecting so much more. Do your best to not book here.

Nice update of older property, very clean and comfortable, great pool area for a motel, fun pool bar. Great location, easy to get to beach and restaurants in Siesta Key. Pretty quiet for being on a main street, individual AC units are loud though & cycle on/off all night.

The pool is warm enough. The room was clean but very small. There was no microwave or coffee maker.

Great for an overnight stay. Rooms look like they have been remodeled. Bathroom small, no coffee machine or microwave for extended stay.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check out a half hour later so we could finish packing for the airport. we were also allowed to utilize the pool area while we waited until we had to leave to drive to the airport. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and brought towels to our room when needed.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. Bartender was super sweet!

The check in staff was super helpful and super friendly. She had a very welcoming smile and disposition. We'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We left another property that was subpar. Spark staff were kind enough to let us check in early and rest before a family memorial we flew in for. Will be happy to try Spark again!

The reception named Claudia was very rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t even greet the guests. Room very dirty im glad i got my sheets from home. and we didn’t sleep all night from next door people, they were laughing all night. I won’t go there ever again even if it was for free. I forgot to mention it that I payed $500 per two nights 🙄

Very nice hotel close to the beach (Only 5 minutes drive). The staff is amazing and always willing to help.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nice. I received a text message everyday asking how our stay was.

The hotel was right off of Route 41, very noisy during the night with road traffic. It was a pet friendly hotel , so the elevator always smelled like wet dog.

The location is perfect to be between the beach and the city.

Not the typical Hilton stay, but close enough to every thing Siesta Key. Hilton obviously bought an older hotel and upgraded it, but it doesn't give a Hilton vibe (except the pillows). Clean, quiet, has a pool and a pool bar. This is all about location. Restaurants, dining and shopping options all around; this hotel is a left turn and a right turn away from the best beach in Florida.

Staff was good. location was clean. property photos and other items are a bit misleading. *More than a 2 mile walk to Siesta Key Beach which is pictured. Location is surrounded by very busy streets and behind and adjacent to strip malls. if you do try to walk, you have to run across the 8 lane roads! Property is Mostly surrounded by parking lots. Not exactly the "beach location we travelled in for". The"Free Shuttle" was about $15 every time we used it as "suggested donations" and does not run 24 hrs.They have tried really hard and done deecent job to add the "Hilton" feel but it does still have a motor lodge feel. On arrival we drove through the parking lot and tried to see if we could get another hotel. Unfortunately we would have had to pay one nights stay which at that point was $281/ night due to Spring break. Other options in Siesta Key that week were difficult to find. Its a decent hotel with decent staff but i do feel the pictures and reviews I read lead me to book here but wish we had not.

It was close to Siesta Key beaches, staff friendly and accessible, room clean, price reasonable.

I only stay at Hiltons, however, very disappointed in the breakfast. Other Hilton locations usually have a very descent breakfast, that has sausage, waffles, omelets but you only had oatmeal, cereal and bagels. Had to go out for breakfast. That was the only disappointment.

Great overnight stay! From the person on the phone when I called to confirm some information. His name is Andrew! He was professional and Kind! Very kind-hearted person! He made me feel safe and secure, even before checking in! My bed was very comfortable! And, I slept well! Enjoyed the pool and hot - tub! When I checked-in, the front desk and evening desk attendant, both were pleasant and friendly, provided great information and answered, no matter how many questions I had...LOL The breakfast was good, next time hopefully, they'll add some Hot breakfast meats to their menu!!

Overall was a great stay, location, and friendly staff! The only thing we disliked was the breakfast wasn't very much, would've been so much better if it had hot foot like eggs, waffle maker, sausage etc.

Didn’t like the continental breakfast, it was primarily bagels & cereal. Everyone was trying to toast bagels took forever. Coffee was weak as tea. Come on guys it’s a Hilton not a hotel 8.

Don't believe the pictures that they show on their web site. They do not have a full breakfast it's a cold breakfast. Was very disappointed was expecting a nice breakfast in the morning

Overall a nice hotel but pretty basic. Seemed clean and well maintained. Nice pool area. Not crazy about the exterior room doors. It would be nice if the breakfast included some hot food or a protein source other than a hard boiled egg.
