Only downfall was the hot tub not working

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. They had complimentary cookies in the evening in the lobby which was really nice. I like that the pool was open until 10 so we could relax before bed. The restaurant is also open late. I didn't like that breakfast was an additional $5 or that they seemed to have a leak in the ceiling in the lobby because they had wet floor signs around. The room itself was nice and, with the exception of the 1am garbage pickup it was quiet outside.

I only stayed at this property due to their hot tub, as I have a bad back. Neither the staff nor the website stated that the hot tub was not open until after 10 am and could not be used. I explained my issue to the manager, and she stated that it had to be cleaned every day, and that was it. She did not offer anything to help ease my aggravation. I will never stay at these hotels again.

Unfortunately the water was out so I couldn’t shower before my cousins wedding after driving nearly six hours. The gentleman at the desk was polite but either way giant inconvenience

The elevators were not working at an inconvenient time.

Stayed one night to be in town for a cheer competition. Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was clean, I’d stay again :-)

Well the spa is just a hot tub. The jets barely work, no pressure at all. They let people put luggage dolly to there room over night. I am handicapped with a bad back and my wife bad ankle walk with a cane. We went down to get a cart at 7 am and was no carts, we waited for a hour and still no carts. We had to take our bags down our self and was really hurting , I will never go to that hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful great breakfast room was clean and comfortable the only issue was the hit tub they said they had wasnt even warm such a disappointment i picked this specific hotel for the hot tub

The hotel was well taken care of and the rooms were clean and modern. All the staff were extremely nice especially the breakfast crew. The location is about 12-15 minutes from FSU. This was our second time staying here and we recommend it for its good value and location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tallahassee Conference Ctr N from August 21–25. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained – everything felt clean, fresh, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after full days out and about. The location is excellent, just a quick drive to the FSU campus and near plenty of great restaurants, which made our trip extra convenient. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Tallahassee. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable. Great breakfast. Its an actual Continental Breakfast buffet that's alottttt nicer than most. Nice bistro if you need to grab a bite instead of waiting at least an hour to go out somewhere else. The two pillow per person in the bed is a nice touch. And everyone in the hotel that you interact with were great. You will get what you pay for and it's worth it.

Day 1- Wet floor from refrigerator , dirty bathroom (Great maintenance guy cleaned both) Day 2- No coffee (1 lady in the cafeteria sent me to the front desk lady, front desk lady was too busy, a man came out but never came back with the coffee).. I eventually went to Starbucks. The air conditioner went out in the area where the coffee was as well. Day 3- WiFi was atrocious. (Another great maintenance guy tried to fix it) Still bad service but at least he tried. Last and final day… my room was spotless but a roach was in the bathroom. I closed the door real fast, opened the door again and he came out again like I was supposed to know that was his room.

The property was bug infested, and I stayed on the 6th floor, also upon entry the room smelled like food, and the blankets and bedding was stained, upon informing the front desk I was informed that the hotel and surrounding area was fully booked due to graduating college students. I received no apology, instead for a room that cost me over $400 I was compensated $75 but was never apologized too. This is inhumane treatment and customer service at its worst. It is unacceptable but to be fair I normally receive better from IHG staff and locations.

Excellent staff - all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and fresh. Easy access to Interstate 10. Good breakfast.

Everything was fine until I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Room was not clean at all. Found hair tie on floor, hair in shower, counters and surfaces not clean or wiped down at all. Will never stay there again!

The ad said that the rooms are sound proof. NOTHING about the rooms are sound proof. As my wife and I tried to sleep, we heard the pipes between the floors banging together through out the night. Also the phone rang at like 1:30am. But overall, we had a good stay. Would stay again. The sheets were fresh, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the ac worked. Other than the noises, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We had a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker.

Everything I needed for a perfect night’s sleep! The standard king room was very spacious and super quiet. I believe them when they said there was noise cancellation in the walls. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were silky smooth, cool and clean, the covers not too bulky, and the a/c kept a consistent temperature. The hotel seemed very elegant. I would definitely stay here again!

Would give this a hotel a five except for the beds which seemed to be old style coil spring mattresses (which needed turning). Room was unusually small, too. But the staff were very friendly, the hotel itself was gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was a really nice surprise.

Check in was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Only issue was the carpet was worn and had stains in multiple areas. Bed was not as comfortable as it was our previous stay here.

Stayed one night on our way back to Az! Check in was great and easy! Got offered complimentary beer and water! Room was clean beds where ok. Pillows where great. Easy parking. Hotel located right of the i10.

Hotel was nice, staff was nice,breakfast was nice. The room however was just stuffy and stale. The air was just thick and the room smelled moist.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They will help you if you have any issues in your room. The Wi-Fi is good. The breakfast is paid but only$1. They provide you free water bottle on arrival and fresh cookies in the evening. They have an on-site restaurant if you want dinner. There is a nice seafood restaurant within walking distance of the hotel and it is really good food. Overall a very nice place to stop by if you are on road trip. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Our first room the tv didn’t work and the front desk reception was so great and moved us to a new room quickly rather than making us wait for maintenance. Excellent service!!!

Every time I visit Tallahassee I chose to book here. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always amazing. Shawn the front desk guy who I have made many encounters while checking in always provides superb service and hospitality. Always greet with a smile and make sure we have everything we need. I will be booking again!

Easy to locate. Easy parking, Easy check in. Clean and professional establishment. Great customer service. Good price.

We checked in late around 9pm. When we try to enter our rooms the key would nit work. Over the next hour of trying different keys and different rooms, to find out the key entry system was down. My family and I are waiting for another hour waiting for the system to work. Finally, around 1130pm we were able to get in our rooms. Then, we didn't have enough bath towels, ugh. I had to go through expedia for a credit but the hotel manager refused to give any credit for the ordeal. So, we were denied, even though the other guest that was checking in - thre front desk gave them a discount the same night since they booked directly with the hotel. This is just bad for business.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I had an early morning flight and early check in to my room was not an issue at all. Nice breakfast in their restaurant.

I checked in on 8/17/23 at approximately 6:00pm. The two women at reception were uninformed and rude. There was an issue with my departure date. I tried to explain what happened and also tried to show them my correspondence with Expedia where the representative confirmed my timely change to my reservation and stated she spoke with Sarah at your front desk confirming the changes. Neither employee would look me in the eye, listen to me, or look at the correspondence. They repeatedly told me the reservation was for two nights and there was nothing they could do, due to policy. I asked to speak with a manager and was told, “there isn’t one on property nor would there be later, but that doesn’t matter anyway as it’s policy.” I felt bullied and flustered and almost gave up and just paid for the extra night. I decided to call Expedia and their representative called your front desk. After the call was completed, I was quoted the correct amount with no acknowledgement of the error, what happened, or an apology for the misunderstanding. The representative from Expedia told me Sarah didn’t make the necessary corrections to the reservation, nor did she leave any notes in the system.

Clean, quiet, convenient & quick access to I-10.

There were many restaurants, and shops near by. But they also had an Excellent restaurant and $5 breakfast choices at the Hotel. Would return again! Very quiet area, easy check in and check out. They had a small little store for snacks, etc.

We were very impressed with our stay ! The breakfast was absolutely over the top and delicious, offering a perfect start to each day. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable and clearly well cared for, everything felt fresh and clean. The Dove toiletries were a nice touch. Highly recommend !

Stayed here for just one night with my husband and two boys ages 3 and 6 years old. We had a busy weekend and drove up Saturday night to attend a friend’s baby shower on Sunday afternoon. We were happy to find the hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Our room was perfect for the night. If we had a longer stay, we would have chosen a suite for our boys to have more space to play. The beds were very comfortable, all of the surfaces felt clean and well kept. Our tornado children did force us to discover that a drawer did not work properly and that a curtain was being help up with a paper clip, but honestly if our six year old wasn’t so excited to be in a nice hotel, we would’ve never noticed and I’m sure the upkeep team will get to fixing that eventually. It did not take away from the stay at all, as my husband was able to easily put it back up. He works in maintenance, so we understand they could just be waiting on a new curtain rod to arrive. Our only true issue was that there was not enough kitchen staff to keep up with the Sunday morning breakfast demand. One guy in the back is truly unfair to all of us beginning with the poor guy himself. The one guy at the front desk and the hostess were all working hard to clean tables, meanwhile the one waitress was working hard to tend to the demands of the same two tables that would absolutely not leave and bombarded the buffet each time food was finally brought out by the one cook. This needs a better system and more staff.

The check in process was easy. The desk agent was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and clean The lighting was dim even with several lights on. The only negative was no free breakfast was offered. I paid more for this hotel that any other in the area, and they comp breakfast.

The King Suite was wonderful and a great value! Greeted with a complimentary water or beer. Nice touch! Restaurant was ok. Advertised room service but there was no menu in the room and when we called the restaurant there was no answer. Called front desk and no answer. We finally went down to get a menu. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

Liked everything about the property.The dining room was out of items on the menu.
