Right off of I-10 in Tallahassee, very convenient access. The only bummer is the median prevents you from turning left out of the hotel, you have to go right and make a u-turn to go back to Walmart and other vloser restaurants. Room A/C was booming, the bed was a little firm but big king. Room was a King Jr suite so very roomy. CLEAN,CLEAN,CLEAN...room, hotel, everywhere. Nice outdoor pool and patio furniture. I stay here when I pass thru.

Great hotel right off I-10 in Tallahassee. Nice pool area for lounging. Room was very spacious and bed comfy. Did not eat breakfast but it smelled good. Restaurants and Wal-Mart are close by. I will stay again when I drive through.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and safe! The breakfast bar was adequate, the dining room was very clean and inviting. Breakfast is served between 6-9 A.M. This hotel is close to a lot of dining choices. Burger King is within walking distance in case you miss the hotels 9am breakfast cutoff. The pool looked clean and felt cool to the touch. Didn't get in because it was raining. There is NO hot tub.

Nice property, free parking, free breakfast! Clean and comfortable beds. Only issue here were the inconsiderate guests that are very noisy which led to disruptive sleep!

Hotel was close to interstate and had easy access. Room was very clean. Access to room was easy from parking lot and back door. Staff was courteous. Big hi light was the full hot breakfast in the morning! Definitely needed that for the last leg of my cross country trip. Hotel was close to 2 restaurants and several fast food places that were within walking distance. Plenty of grassy areas to let my service dog run.

Perfect check in. The staff is super friendly. The room is clean and well appointed. Love the bigger frig! We used the pool twice and it was clean and beautiful. We walked to Wahoo for dinner and it was great too. Highly recommend!

I like the hotels proximity to the major highway. I liked the dining options and convenience. I liked that the staff were was nice and welconing. I liked that I was offered an upgrade for inconvenience. I did not like that a roach was overhead at the front desk. I did not like that my initial room had mold on the desk lamp. I did not like that the room I was upgraded to had mold on the walls in the shower. I did not like that the mattress on the couch pull-out bed was horrendously stained. I do not like that I have yet to be contacted by management and offered some sort of amends.

We stayed here last week. I had been traveling with my two sons one being nonverbal all day by the time we got into bed it was sooo late to complain the sheets had blood droplets. I just layed on top of the sheets. We would like at least half of the money we paid to stay here. Thank you. I have pictures.

I’ve stayed here many times and find it to always be clean and comfortable. The night we stayed got pretty cold and I never could figure out how to get the heat to kick on. They only give you a thinner blanket more suited for summer. I’m sure I could’ve asked the front desk about the heat and for an extra blanket, but it was late and I was in my pj’s, so I just made do. So think ahead and be prepared for colder weather. I also had trouble sleeping due to being on the side of the hotel facing the street, and in the future I’ll make sure to request the opposite side which we’ve always found to be quiet. Cleanliness, service, and the breakfast were all great though.

Everything was clean and nice looking. The staff was very nice and friendly. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because our room was kind of muggy and we had to turn the ac down pretty low (65) which is freezing to us, to keep the mugginess gone.

Overall, this is a great facility. Unfortunately our room was on the east side facing Monroe St. Awaken several times during the night by “inconsiderate” drivers. Road noise was inconvenient.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Liked the bed, breakfast changed all 3 days we were there which is a nice plus & the Nespresso machine makes me want more. The internet is lacking though, expect buffering when high demand.

It was very quiet surrounding. Check-in was quick. Restaurants near by. The room needs some upkeep, however the room was spacious. The only disappointment was the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable. I woke up the next day with a back ache. Overall, the stay was decent for one night.

It was a very enjoyable trip and the hotel was clean and the service personnel was exemplary. The beds however to me were to hard. I did not sleep well because I could not get comfortable. My husband did not have an issue though so it could have been just me.

I went to check in after purchasing a room online. The staff member asked to see my ID. Since they offered military discount, which I didn’t find out until after I had reserved the room. I presented my retiree military ID card. The staff told me he could not use that as an ID for checkin. I asked why and he said this is for the military and has sensitive info on it. After arguing for about 5 min he said that he would reluctantly allow it since he supports the military. I am appreciative he changed his mind but I wish I wouldn’t have had to have that dispute with him after my 10 hr drive to the hotel. I never got the military discount but I felt too tired to come back and try and get that added.

The property manager and associate working on Saturday, March 20, 2024 at approximately 8:00 am were phenomenal. We were in town for a funeral and had arrived early. They allowed us to check in early. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. The entire staff on Mach 20th and March 21st were great. They provided excellent customer service and made our stay an awesome one. For fear of spelling the manager’s name incorrectly, I will not list it here but I believe it began with an A. Had to wait in line while check in staff had long conversation with first customer. (I like friendliness but this was ridiculous while other customers were standing in line after a long journey). Spent another wait later in the evening while maintenance broke into our room as evidently the battery needed replacing.

I had an issue with my credit card being left in Louisiana. The even desk clerk wasn’t a help. So I left, not knowing what to do, and my hotel already paid for through Expedia, I sat in my car and cried. Then around 1230 am I decided to try again and went into hotel, and the overnight desk clerk a new lady was there. I told her my issue and She didn’t hesitate, she got me into my room, I got to sleep some and then off to my final destination in morning. She was an angel, and although I know she probably did something she didn’t want to do, there was a point where I needed someone to help me. She did. Thank you for this angel.

We got a flat tire on the interstate about 60 hours out from the hotel and drove in on a small spare. I made an appointment to have the tire replaced, but the earliest appointment was for 10:00 a.m. I asked for a late checkout because we would need to move all our luggage etc to the back seats to access the tire and I would need to leave my 18 and 14 year old children. I was told I would need to pay $25 extra to check out even 30-60 minutes late. I think this is absolutely ridiculous, and we will not be staying here, or at any other Best Western, again.

The front staff is wonderful and kind. I tried checking in a few hours before check in, however our room was not ready. A few hours later the front staff called my cell to tell me they rushed and my room was ready.. That’s customer Service. The location was close to everything. The breakfast was mediocre. But my room was lovely. All and all had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again..

What a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff, clean, quiet, excellent breakfast. All you could ask for. My biggest regret is not having the chance ro use the pool or gym, but enjoyed the bed very much.
