Homewood Suites by Hilton Tallahassee

Tiara, who helped service and organize the breakfast bar, was absolutely amazing! She treated my family with so much care and hospitality. We were rushing out for soccer games each morning, and seeing her first thing truly made our hectic mornings feel pleasant and welcoming. Her kindness and positive energy did not go unnoticed. I do wish the front desk clerk had shown a little more energy and warmth when greeting guests during check-in. The hotel itself was perfect for my family size, which we really appreciated. However, I did notice the room was a little dusty, one of the plates in the cabinet was not fully cleaned, and we found a glass still inside the dishwasher. The kitchen and bathroom sink drains also could have been scrubbed a bit more thoroughly. Other than those minor issues, we truly had no major complaints and enjoyed our stay overall.

I called Thursday to make sure my room was booked and my guest was on the check-in due to the fact I wasn't gonna be there til 1 am. He calls me to let me know that he was not on the check in and that there was nothing he could do so I spoke with front desk Jessica. She told me to call and talk to reservations so I did they gave me a run around hung up on me called back finally after 1.5 hours later I got him on the check in. But by then I was almost there so he just waited for me. Once I got there at 1am I went to my room to find the toilet was not working went down got a new room and the light wasn't working. Finally got to lay down after about 1 hour bs

Nice hotel in a convenient area. Lots of free parking. Lady staff member that checked us in was wonderful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was plentiful but honestly just ok. I did love that they offered take away boxes for the breakfast buffet.

Clean, good shower. Love the extra room and big fridge.

Check in was fast. Easy. I had pets so he gave me a room on the first floor right next to the back door. Room was spacious and very well appointed.
