Clean and everything was great!

Checkin was easy once we found the place, Waze kind of dropped the ball. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The balcony overlooking the canal was so peaceful! We never used the pool so can’t say anything. We would stay again!

A great location for exploring the upper keys. Two pools to chill out by and even had a swim in the creek. There's a small bar a couple of minutes away that did freshly cooked bar snacks and a good array of b eers. The place is a little 'tired' but served our purposes well. We had a room creek side and couldn't hear the road. Not much infrastructure nearby but you would have a car anyway. Next to the bar is a paddleboard and kayak hire place, didn't use it but would next time.

This place could be really good, they simply need to clean up the grounds by fixing the broken parts of the walkways and buildings… putting away junk just laying around… and spending a few bucks to update the rooms.
