AWFUL SIGNAGE!!! Some staff was helpful others not @ all Really $6 for a small bottle of Diet Pepsi that is ridiculous afraid you are not ripping customers off enough w/ a $40 per night parking charge Next time Hamton Inn same rooms, free water & fruit & ALL THE STAFF HELPFUL NOT JUST SOME, MUCH BETTER

POOL was beautiful and clean.. a little loud with the highway as its backyard~ Was told breakfast at 7… that meant pay $11 for oatmeal at their in house Starbucks place. Carpets down hallways were dirty and the place uses a strong deodorizer that tried making it smell like a flower shop! LOL Everyone was smoking on their balconies and outdoors. Was good for one night on a work trip!

Nice Property, clean and comfortable. Only con us that you can really hear the highway from the pool and balcony. Good location and we'll maintained. Most staff were friendly but the guy on the night desk was rude and when we came back late on new Year's he would not let my 11 yr old in the building without a key card. Ok fine but she put up her finger to say just one second and he decided she was giving him the finger. Still just a misunderstanding but when we came in he stopped her and tried to discipline her. She's 11 and did nothing wry. She was terrified. If she had given him the finger (which she would never do) I would have been happy to discipline her if he had spoken to me. Unacceptable. Not to let this spoil the otherwise excellent service and clean, comfortable rooms though.

Nothing is open for long. The pool was closed for maintenace and nothing was posted letting me know that it would be closed. The furniture is oitdated and walking around it at night hurt myself woth the base of the furniture sticking out because its not a normal couch. No microwave in the room. It was jist overall an inconvenience.

Staff and hotel was great. Well organized and friendly. Bar tender and food was good but pricey which is typical for the very $$ area. Hotel lodging prices were good for the area. However, do wish it was more centrally located to the downtown Clematis St / Rosemary St but you get the location you pay for. Only note id make is the gym could use a cleaning and minor updates. Could use some wipes for the equipment. Good hotel spot for a weekend in West Palm.

Room smelled like smoke, tv did not work, toilet kept flushing by its self, had to switch rooms, new room has hair on bathroom floor, towels had hair in them. 10/10 will not return, or recommend any one to stay there.

The hotel was nice and updated. Check-in was easy and the service was great. The bar area was clean and had decent options, but our room was dirty. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. There were some pieces of trash on the floor and it was just dirty. One of the beds had hairs on the sheets, but we chalked it up to maybe the cleaning staff hairs. Overall, it’s about a 3.5

I kept smelling something terrible and when I got into bed something wet touched my leg. Pulled back the covers and there was a brown wet spot. The front desk moved our room but moved us to one that had double beds instead of queens. When I asked for a partial refund they said they couldn’t do anything bc I had booked through Expedia. The hallways and elevators were dirty.

We woke up to bugs on my husbands phone that was on the night stand, also on the tv furniture. We call to get a refund and they lied saying we never advised them, which we did the same day. I will definitely not recommend staying here!

We were able to book, same night that we had to leave another hotel abruptly due to unsafe conditions and cleanliness. When we arrived the staff were so polite and welcoming. The hotel was clean, peaceful. Our room was clean. The only issue that was experienced was Internet was spotty.Will book here again when we have to come back

Rooms closer to interstate are very noisy. Have stayed at this location many times but this was the first on third floor toward the interstate. Could not sleep.

I had to ask multiple times for house keeping to at least take our trash out. They came by 1 time in a 4 night stay. I was basically begging for basic necessities. There really needs to be more organization here because it becomes nothing but an inconvenience when I am on vacation. The staff overall was not bad however the bistro being closed during random hours was very weird. Strange way to run a business.

Every single person had outstanding customer service. We stayed there for 12 days because my husband was having surgery. They were so accommodating, kind, caring and went above and beyond the entire time. Lauren at the Pub, Makayla, Lindsey, John, Roberto were outstanding. We have to come back a couple times in the near future & I can’t wait! The grounds are beautiful, clean and private. Inside is squeaky clean & smells so good. They have Starbucks and breakfast menu for morning. However if you aren’t there by 9am you won’t get coffee ☕️ or breakfast. That’s a downfall. Pub opens at 5pm. Yummy food, wine and cocktails. They have nights where they do s’mores, walking taco night, ice cream sundae bar and etc. wonderful seating areas. Pictures doesn’t do this beautifully done hotel justice. Thank you everyone.

Check in was a mess. Computers were down so staff was paralyzed to do anything. So they said. But after waiting 1.5 hours they said they could have walked us to the room and used their master key. So why didn’t they then? It miraculously came up at 4p. Beds were hard, bathrooms are small. If you don’t speak Spanish it is difficult to communicate with them.

I originally booked a king room on trip advisor. Once I got to the property and paid for the room, I walked into the room and it was two queen size beds. I then walked back to the front desk to advise the representative I booked a king room. The representative then advised that they don’t guarantee room when done thru third party carrier such as(Expedia, trip advisor and etc) No discount was added for the inconvenience, not even an apology. Furthermore, the representative should have told me that the room size what I booked was not available when I paid the room. Very disappointed.

Very comfortable hotel, not much nearby as it is in a business park, but great if you are working nearby or overnight stop on a road trip. No microwave in room, but was able to use one in reception. Room service twice tried to come into room to tidy around 09:00a.m. Before we had checked out.

Every single person had outstanding customer service. We stayed there for 12 days because my husband was having surgery. This hotel needs some renovation work. Yes, it was clean but carpets and furniture need upgrading. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash (assuming that is what these three bottles were) in pump bottles in shower/tub, however they were not labeled. My friend believes she must have used body wash on her hair! When we checked in we were told that "dinner" would be served later in the lobby. When we went, we were told it wouldn't be served as the company who does this were not coming. Next morning we showed up for breakfast and unlike most other hotels without a restaurant who provides breakfast, this breakfast was not free (included with your stay). There were a few items available, including coffee, and you had to pay for them.
