I stayed for 6 nights - busy with business meetings all days except the morning I checked out. The bed and pillows are comfy and give support, the breakfast has options for you and the staff answered all questions cheerfully. The shuttle was appreciated. The last morning I got to try out the pool - I want to come back, just to enjoy that area again. Pool was warm, lovely to be enjoying the outdoors. I will be back! I have future meetings this year, and this Hampton Inn is where I will stay.

Hotel nice and clean. Room very clean and spacious. Great location near West Palm airport. Very good staff. Pool very nice. Only problem with the hotel is that the parking which was advertised on hotels.com as free, was not free, as they charged $10 per day for parking. Trying to get this resolved through the hotel has not been satisfactory and will require calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. So, you could say that customer service after the stay is poor. This situation is annoying.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. I was hoping to use the pool but didn't because it was in an undesirable and somewhat isolated location next to the busy street. Also, the only dining nearby seemed to be the limited selection at the Hilton Garden Inn or a 15 min. walk to an IHop or Wendy's. Lastly, the view out the window was to the mechanical tower on the roof. Luckily I was only there at night anyway.

Very good hotel and conveniently located for a weekend in west palm. During our stay we were laying by the pool and someone jumped the fence and used the shower and pool to clean/wash themselves off. It was clear people do this often. Unsanitary amd unsafe. Overall nice stay, great gym and good breakfast as well

Short Stay@Hampton WPB and even though the area was not my 1st choice the Customer Service from the staff enhanced my overall experience. The room i stayed in was clean and upgraded.Hot Continental breakfast was pretty good too. Pool was warm and a shuttle was provided downtown and to the airport. I only wish there was more to do in the area within walking distance.

We had a 2 night stay. The first room the first night was muggy, sticky, and uncomfortable. The carpet, bedding, and towels were all slightly damp. It wasn’t refreshing coming in from the FL weather. The paint was peeling on doors from the extreme humidity. Then, for the second night, they switched our room. In that room, the muggy feeling was a bit better, but the sink was clogged and the TV was broken. I have pictures of everything including the condensation on the vents and water on the floor. We won’t be staying there again.

The room and bathroom were remarkably clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful. The A/C worked quite well. The parking lot was more than adequately illuminated. The only soft spot was the fridge; I had to put it to the highest level to make it cold.

The rooms are nice, but the beds aren’t the most comfortable. What really bothered me was the road noise—it’s quite noticeable. Additionally, some staff members played loud music during the day while cleaning rooms, seemingly unaware that guests could hear it as if they were at a party. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay. There’s plenty of parking, and the breakfast was decent.

Noisy Air conditioner and room stayed hot room 229 in west Palm Beach We could not sleep all nite I called them at 4:00 am they changed my room to 322 and same thing plus the water pressure in the sink was not enough to wash your hand and the stopper in the bath top was broken I went to front desk 3 times they never kept their promise however the manager didn’t contacted me I would like to get my money back for the suffering and couldn’t function for my job

Check in was ridiculous. It was 10:20pm and ALL bell carts were “missing” and we were told to go next door to the Hilton garden inn to get one of course I refused and when the desk clerk realized how ridiculous that was to ask he ultimately did help carry up our bags. We requested service and for 2 days they didn’t service the room when we asked what was going on they lady had an attitude and when she looked into their service book she saw that we had requested service and when I had to show pictures she backed off and apologized and gave us new towels at least since we had only dirty ones for 2 days. Overall it was ok but their night time staff need some serious training

Dejon was super accomodating when we arrived. He offered breakfast and to store our bags as we just came off a cruise. Also booked a shuttle and then got us into a room early. He has impeccable service and we really appreciated him going above and beyond!

Unfortunately, check-in was very frustrating. We arrived an hour early and were told check-in was at 3 pm. We understood and waited. However, at all times, I perceived very little willingness to offer us a solution and little courtesy from the gentleman who was there at the time. Until a very kind supervisor attended and was willing to help us, which she did. However, it was already a shame to be there... a very bad experience with check-in.

The air conditioning unit in our room made loud noises at night; in addition, it was not properly cooling the room. When we tried turning it up, it only made matters worse. We let the front desk personnel know, and they informed us that all the units there were of the same quality, thus changing rooms was not a viable option. The front desk staff was seemingly indifferent to our issues and even found them amusing as they laughed at us when we departed a day early. They also refused a refund for the day we departed. Hard to believe this hotel is part of the Hilton brand which is usually a great hotel.

Overall it was great, Our check in was top notch. Hours Later we got our invoice only to find we we're charged for a dog which we don't own. After arriving home, my wife called about the extra charge and was told someone would call us later. nobody called, so Karen called again and was told a manager would call. Nobody has contacted us as yet. I'm hoping this will b credited soon.

The room and bathroom were spacious, quiet, clean , and comfortable . Comfy beds and pillows. Their shuttle picked us up from the airport at midnight, and drove us back the next morning to pick up a rental car. Plenty of tables in the breakfast area. Breakfast offerings were just ok.

The people who work at this hotel could not have been nicer. They have a shuttle bus that not only takes you to and from the airport but also runs to downtown West Palm Beach. The free breakfast is really good. Excellent coffee, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, english muffins, make your own waffles and more.

Extremely limited dining choices nearby. Adjacent Hilton’s dining was limited and poor quality, free Hampton Inn breakfast was awful. Hotel staff was great. The room I stayed in was ok but needs hooks in the bathroom. The door to my room was so difficult to push open and keep open to move suitcases in and out.

Had coffee and orange slices in ice-water, but did not have HOT WATER/TEA BAGS for tea -drinkers. Had to walk to the bar in the next hotel to PAY for 2 cups of tea :-(, then it felt necessary to TIP ... even though ALL should have been complimentary in the first place!!! Staff helpful, however, so... CLOSEST HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT: EXXXCELLENT!!!

The hotel itself was very nice. The only upset about my experience was that the front desk checked me into a room by the elevator and it was loud, you could hear the people talking. When I ask to be switched to a different room, they offered to switch me at an upgrade fee. They would not do it unless I paid the upgrade fee. This was very upsetting that they wouldn’t care about my stay being comfortable but focused more on getting more money from me. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Had to book a last minute room and the room we got here was very nice and clean. Bed was comfy! I am never a fan of hotel pillows as they aren’t firm enough for me. Very helpful front desk person, very kind staff.
