The property was not in good shape, the rooms were dated. They had a smell of mold. The walls had small black mold spots. The rooms were maintained bye housekeepers. The swimming pool, was not maintained properly, there was a garden hose, constantly filling the pool with water, the hose was moving around the deep end of the pool with a metal clip attached to it very dangerous... i have a video of it.

The owners are cheap. The people working there try their best. No ice machine. They have a cooler. I had mold on the walls opposite of the shower. No Wi-Fi coverage down at the end of the units. The batteries in the remote control for the TV TV were dead. I had to move because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working to a second unit after I’ve already moved in. I’m 65 years old carrying suitcases everywhere. People are living here long-term stay residence. I could go on and on …Just go somewhere else it’s not worth it unless you’re desperate. Worst western. If Management replies to this, don’t even bother unless you offer me a full refund.

Carpet damp, room musty, black mold in bathroom, damaged TV cabinet left before and during my visit with the broken pieces on the rug. Was never vacuumed up repaired, or replaced. Ice machines that were "broken" last year still out of service... have to go to office to get a bucket of ice. Bad business.

Checked in and the person at the desk was nice. Went to my room and my wife pulled down the comforter and sheet and there was a dead bug on the sheet. Looked around the bed and found another dead bug on the box spring along with a bunch of hair. Went to the receptionist and she gave me another room. Went to that room and there was a dead bug on the comforter. Went back to the receptionist and at the bottom of the stairs was a dead cockroach. Told her I wasn’t staying here and was going somewhere else and she was very apologetic. Each time I went and showed her the pictures of the dead bugs she took pictures of them to show her manager.

We booked two rooms. The first room smelled of cat urine. The rooms were outdated and if we weren't so exhausted we would've not stayed because they were so gross/dirty. We checked in at 1 and out at 6. Also when arrived I asked how much a room was and he said $150 when I could book it online for $80 so I told him that and booked it online. Don't book there even if you're desperate.

Average. Pretty much what you’d expect at a BW. Old property. Clean. Mattress was ok, but the pillows were a 0/10. You’d better bring your own. They are the size of sofa throw pillows. We asked for extra pillows, but none were provided. My head was constantly feeling like it was coming off the pillow. It made for a restless night.

This is worth for the price, but remember this is cheap so don’t expect high-end things. Lots of workers stay there. The room has a certain smell perhaps because it is an older establishment. The toilet bowl is tiny :))) the staff is extremely nice! It is conveniently located in walking distance even from Publix, McDonalds and others. We couldn’t hear the noise of the highway. The other downsize is that you may get a room on the first floor and there is no elevator. All in all we had a great stay, we’d recommend.

Front desk reception was ok, seemed to be an issue with asking for 2 room keys. Motel is older and had tiny tv, small low beds and old bathroom. It was one night, won’t be back.

I booked through Expedia. I get to the hotel the clerk tells me he sees my reservation, but Expedia is credit card was declined and they’re not gonna honor my reservation. Then the clerk does a bait and switch and tells me oh I can pay for a room for $150 if I want we had to spend another hour finding another hotel and now Expedia won’t refund my money in the hotel is lying. The management won’t tell them I didn’t stay there. This place is a rip off and a bait and switch and definitely don’t book your hotel online because they will rip you off!!!

Stayed in the area before, decided try this BW. Busy area. But check-in had some difficulties as i booked online, they couldn't find my reservation even though i had one. Charged my card twice. But the real disappointment is when you have a reservation and been on the road all day and check-in late 8pm and get asigned a room and its still not clean from the previous day. And to be told theres no other rooms and standing on the balcony in the rain while house keeping was called to clean it is unsatisfactory. And we werent the only ones this happen to that night. Alot of unhappy people. No room service for 3 nights. Had togo get towels at the front desk. Owner should be ashamed, hold staff accountable and get more cleaning help. We Wont be back!

Prroperty was nice and clean, pool area clean and pleasant.. Breakfast was not very good, many items empty, including coffee urns. Biggest issue is they double charged my credit card. They told me when I called to complain that it is a standard card hold (never heard that before) and one should fall off. We'll see

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The main problem was the toilet situation. The toilet seat was loose and falling off so l tightened it myself. The toilet paper was almost all gone with no spare rolls. I called the front desk and they are so hard to understand, but ultimately refused to bring us a roll or two of TP. The toilet itself hardly flushed so I resorted to removing the tank lid and manipulating the float so that the tank would completely fill with water and therefore flush. I stopped by the front desk early in the morning to try to get some TP but the lady refused to give me any until the front desk was “officially” open at 6 am. Returned just after 6 am and was asked if I was checking out- no, remember I was here 45 minutes ago needing TP? Finally got TP. Completely frustrating process to simply get some TP!

Very convenient to the interstate. Some really good restaurants within a two or 3 mile radius hotel is a bit outdated, but it was extremely clean and offered free breakfast. It was also very quiet.

We had some painting done at home and didn’t want to sleep in the smell, so we booked a night at Best Western Acworth Inn. Honestly, it was a great surprise! Check-in took just a few minutes, the front desk clerk was super polite and helpful, and our room was very clean and quiet. We slept like babies. The breakfast was called “continental,” but it had a nice variety and everyone found something to enjoy. For the price we paid, this hotel went way above our expectations. Definitely worth it!

The staff are top notch. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had several options and was replenished regularly. Cleaning is only done upon request, but the staff was very responsive and provided anything that we needed. I would stay here again.

Breakfast on second day did not have the sausages or any meat. Nobody was at the desk for us to let them know that they need to replenish the breakfast items. When we finished breakfast, that is when the staff came out with other breakfast items. Very disappointing.

I usually don't post a review, however, this time I will. Your website clearly states breakfast is included in your stay. I find it rude for staff to rolled eyes at you and tell you where you have to eat. I grabbed yogurt for the 4 of us (my two children, my husband and I) and 2 coffees since breakfast was almost over. When this front desk lady made a comment to me saying there was a sign, about not taking food with you. Keep on mind I didn't take the whole breakfast bar that was there, correct. I kindly apologized! Yes, I didn't see your sign, whatever. Yes, I understand maybe some people take advantage but I didn't (I have paid for this). And your staff doesn't have to be rude about it.

I've stayed here before and it's always been either too loud (with the majority of the clientele always being undesirables) or too dirty. This past visit there was a nice large toenail laying on my carpet indicating that they clean very little, if at all. I've mentioned that the breakfast is always bland and too cold. What do I wake up to again on my third stay here? Cold eggs, tasteless biscuit gravy, and rubbery cold sausage. Third time is it for me, I will no longer be staying here again on my next trip.
