We arrive for basketball, it’s very hot and the site said pool but… no. They own several hotels and none of their pools are open. Bathroom in lobby closed, drinking fountain didn’t work. The rooms looked ok but no frills for sure. Mona at the front desk was very nice. But we didn’t even stay.

Nice lobby and super friendly night clerk. Liked the room and had a pull out sofa so plenty of room for the 5 of us. Was clean and comfortable. They only serve takeout breakfast and no place to sit and eat so with 3 kids, trying to eat in the room wasn't the greatest but we made do. We didn't have timw to use it but noticed the pool was not available. So, no major issues and overall very satisfied.

Disappointed, I was really looking forward to using the pool and the workout room that was stated on their website, yet the pool was covered up and they said they didn't have a workout room. The rooms are stuck in the 80's. The room phone didnt even work. If you're just needing a bed and shower for the night and just passing through, this is the place for you. It is close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Pool has been out of service for a very long time. Breakfast menu is super-limited (instant oatmeal is the best offering), and for some reason the eating area has no chairs, just tables. I still haven’t identified the species of 7/8” long bug in the bathtub…

Checked in after a long drive to find out the pool is out of order it’s been like that for the last 3 yrs it had green moss the room weren’t as I expected as you can see in the picture the breakfast they called the “ Big Breakfast “ only muffins coffee a banana some cereal that’s it for your big breakfast

This is not a bad property: clean and easy to park. A few things can be improved though. The air conditioner in my room was extremely noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The pool was not opened also -- end of June and pool still not opened. Breakfast was bagged as in the bad days of COVID: easy on the owners but not cool for the customers. COVID has be over for a long time now guys.

We checked in and my wife in to use the bathroom. She came out and said there's mold on the walls. I went back to the checkin desk and told the lady. She got the key to another room and we checked and it had mold in it too. We told her to refund the charge and we would someplace else. She said she couldn't do that because I booked through Expedia. We ended up cleaning the walls ourselves with paper towels and spray disinfectant we had with us.

Property was dirty, we found a cockroach in the microwave, a lot of mold in the bathroom. The phone was dirty and the couch had a hole. I got late there and was not able to find another place to go. Save you time and do not book here.

Check in was easy and quick. The room was fairly clean on entering however close inspection of the bed left much to be desired. I travel with my blue light and when I checked the pillows I quickly went to walmart and bought two pillows. All4 pillows were stained, from the pillow themselves down to the coverings. I couldn't sleep on anything looking like that.. The pillowcases seemed as though they were washed but they all had spots. Pillows are inexpensive and there is no reason for a hotel to have disgusting dirty pillows for guests to sleep on.

This motel needs a complete overhaul. I have pictures of the very stained chair the outdated and Rusty items in the room, it just really needs updating, it's a very dismal place. No pool no amenities no nothing. And they shouldn't be allowed to call whatever that was they had sitting out as breakfast

The hotel is ok for a one night stay, but there are several things about it that should definitely be improved. The upper door lock was cracked and loose. The lamp on the desk was rusted beyond belief! A $5 lamp from GoodWill would have looked much better. There was chipped and peeling painting the bathroom area. The AC/heating unit was very loud. But overall, aside from the obvious visual things that need to be addressed, it was comfortable for an overnight stay.

This was an old motel, but since it had good reviews, we decided to try it. The room seemed fine initially until I walked barefoot on the newly installed LVP flooring. My feet came away so dirty, it was obvious that floor had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The King-sized bed was so soft I didn’t sleep most of the night because of back and hip pain. The tub was obviously original with a yellowed plastic surround that had been caulked over and over again.

the front desk staff was clueless, the manager called the cops for checking out 30 mins late, the maintenance man barged in our room multiple times without permission, the sheets and comforter had stains on them, the room was dusty, the bathroom had multiple dead bugs lying around, the TV remote didn’t have batteries, 2 of the 4 lightbulbs were dead, just endless inconveniences in a room that wasn’t even clean

we booked a Jacuzzi room, we were making a long drive going from Wisconsin to central Florida. We were looking forward to the relaxing Jacuzzi. When I went to register that night the woman at the desk asked any pets ? Yes we have a cat we choice this location because it was pet friendly . She said no pets in Jacuzzi room, She gave me a regular room, I asked what the price difference was , she said same price, that was about a forty dollar difference. maybe that's the way they treat people from whatever country she was from. Once inside the Roon the frig was leaking water right next to the door, My wife got a towel to wipe it up, she showed me the towel it was black from the very dirty floor, There was a number of spots that the paint was peeling of the walls,, I was going to use the outlet next to the bed, but it was so loose I was afraid to use it. It was a fire hazard, Death trap waiting to happen T think for everyone's safety I should contact the local fire department and they should inspect the property. Room #106

The evening reception was horrible. There was another person in front of me. I waited until she was finished. I had pulled up on Expedia the hotel and asked if this was the right place. She told me I don’t know look it up yourself. I said I have it here but it doesn’t give a street address. Told me it wasn’t her problem. More people came in and she told me to move. Being that we had a toddler I just ignored her and hit reserve the address came up it was the right place. Than I said I paid could we please have the room. Said no it hasn’t shown up on her computer. In the meantime 4 more customers I had to wait until she’d looked after all of them first !!!!!!!! After a 45 min check in we got our rooms. They are old and comforter was dirty The breakfast was awful. NEVER AGAIN.

When I entered my room it smelled of cat urine. I called the front desk and informed them and immediately was told she would change my room. As I went out to walk back up front, the female employee was on her way with a new room key on hand and made sure the new room was fine. She was super kind and I appreciated her willingness to help.

Great location. My sister's toilet overflowed around midnight. She noticed it running slow earlier but did not expect it to overflow. Front desk did not offer her another room just gave her a plunger and some extra towels.

Really disappointed in breakfast - only 2 dry cereals, wrapped muffins, bananas (mine was 1/2 bad) For a continental breakfast - very, very poor. Beds were comfortable but you could see daylight under the door allowing in cold draft. Will probably not stay here again.
