Next to last day we were told to get out of the pool and pool area. The pool was nice and clean. Hate was not locked. No sign saying to pool was closed. My wife and daughter were out by the pool soaking up some rays then all of a sudden the office clerk came out and said the pool was closed. “ it’s seasonal and

The room and lobby furniture were nice. The room was clean. However, many areas needed paint, like the door frames (which were peeling & rusting), and the outside stairs were in horrible unsafe condition -- rusted supports, and stair frames bending up and out from the stairs = could easily lead to a fall. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Downside, lots of neighboring construction which was noisy and dirty, and clogged the parking lot of the Inn.

This property suffers from long time lack of attention to the outside areas of the property. From parking spaces that you can't discern which line marks a proper space, to trash piled up in the corners of the stairwells, this place is just neglected. I wouldn't stay here again, even if the price were $20 a night. Take my advice, move on to something more deserving of your lodging dollars.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was well taken care of. They had a small hot breakfast along with continental options. They were accommodating to needing adjoining rooms.

When I found out there was no pool or that it was under some kind of construction I tried to cancel the reservation on the 27th. The charge has already appeared debited from my account. Now who am I going to have to deal with to try to get a refund because your property was misrepresented by the reservation agent and by your own website. The reservation center should be aware if there are amenities that are not being offered due to whatever reason.

There was hair in the sink and shower. The room was terribly dirty. The sheets were brown and yellow stained. The walls were newly painted but you could see the black stained through where they had just painted over the dirt. The paint smell was so newly done and had not been aired out yet they expected someone to be able to sleep in it. I would highly advise people not to stay there. I am not one to complain and I travel a lot and there are many times I have to stay in less than a 4 star hotel. This was just nasty. The front desk area looked fine. Don’t let it fool you.

Only stayed the one night but when we entered the room there was an empty beer can on the air conditioner. The bathroom was not very clean considering there was hairs throughout the room and the neglected bathtub.

We reserved 3 rooms on our way home from Florida. The rooms were dirty, mold on shower curtains, carpets were filthy. Felt unsafe. We slept in our clothes and left at 5:30 the following morning. One of the worst hotel stays we've had.

The room we were given on arrival had an unmade bed and a bottle of coke in it. The receptionist was very pleasant and changed us to a downstairs room. The room had an unpleasant odor and was not very clean. Left a lot to be desired.

Was shocked to learn upon arriving that it was a motel not a hotel. Rooms were all outside entrance. Expected a hotel with inside entrance into the rooms. Louder by far.

Room smelled like mold, pillows were rock hard, bedding felt like cardboard, and there was a loud thumping all night long. When I complained to hotels.com and they called the front desk, they denied knowing about the sound. When I checked out he admitted to knowing but since no one complained before me, he didn’t do anything and refused to give a refund even though I was unable to sleep all night. I was told a manager would call me but they have not.

Pros: Plenty of parking. Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Cons: No shower curtain Tub faucet was a constant drip, making a 4” oval stain in the tub Walls are so thin you can join the conversation of your next door neighbors. Breakfast was awful ( watery scrambled eggs, boiled grey looking log sausage, not hot oatmeal just packets, acidic coffee).

Started with key card problems! They had to find a way to my room. You must park around back and walk thru. There is no way to turn the shower on so had to take a bath.

The place was a dump. There was brown water flowing out of the bathtub so I could not take a shower or brush my teeth. When I asked the manager she said if you don't like it call the 800 number and would not give a refund. I left and went to another hotel. Manager was totally obnoxious.

Not clean at all. Brown water came out of the sink and shower - disgusting!!!! They blamed the local water company and said the t was not their fault and we would have to deal with it. When we asked for a refund to go to another hotel - as soon as we noticed the issue - within 8hrs of arriving - they said they could do a $30 credit - but no refund! That is totally unacceptable for such an unhealthy - unsanitary- and disgusting situation! Will never stay at a Days Inn ever again and will post on social media and ask all my followers to post as well - this exact situation and experience! Also - booking through Expedia - Expedia should take care of the refund since we used their system - platform - company. We did NOT book through Days Inn - we booked through Expedia - based off their reviews! DO NOT use Expedia either! They said NOT their issue - we have to deal with Days Inn!

If you don't put up a "do not disturb" sign, staff will come pounding on your door at 8:30am yelling "housekeeping" and then quickly leave if you don't answer in .5 seconds. If you ignore it they WILL return and wake you up again.

I stopped defore check in and pri-registered for the room that night because it was going to be a later checkin that night. When I came back around midnight they said they could not find my reservation. After about 10-15 minutes they located and said they needed to check the room first to make sure it was ok. After about a 30 minute ordeal I was able to finally get in to my room. Not very confident in using the location for my next upcoming trips to Dalton.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, there was a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. The property was a little dated but it was very clean on the inside and outside. I'm not sure why all the negativity about it. We will be staying there again on our next trip.

The room was clean. The bathroom looked like they let an 8 year old do the caulking around the tub and shower. Not really a big deal but it always makes me wonder what other maintenance issues they are neglecting. The breakfast was really just scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, and make your own waffles. The cereal was stale and the yogurt was expired.
