The location is great for what I need, and the staff is very curtious and helpful. Renovations were happening which I was not aware, so you had to enter from the side of the building. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. All of the ammentities that made me chose this location were unavailable because of renovations (pool, gym, bar). Staff was lukewarm at best in terms of service, seemed impossible to reach via phone also.

Hotel was not fully ready for all services for guest. It was under construction even though lobby was not ready. Room was ok. I believe when the hotel will be fully ready for guests service then everything will be fine.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, large and modern rooms. Has a pool, well equiped workout room, conference room and a restaurant quality breakfast buffet. Lots of well lighted parking will easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was under construction, which I was not aware of, otherwise I would have not booked here. We found out the hotel had construction at check in, which is probably the cheap rate reason. We were awaken at 7am after returning to the hotel extremely late in the night after a concert. We just wanted some rest before making the trip back home the following day, and unfortunately was awaken to loud hammer blows, drills, and construction crews.

Property was quiet and clean. Heads up ! There is a lot of construction going on so may not so quiet during the week. Also, pool and hot tub currently closed due to construction. With current tempatures in the high 90s was Very dissapointed. All of this should of been disclosed before booking. On a positive note,the workout room has been updated. Still felt a little bait and switch was going on. If you offer items at your property They should be functional Shame on you Hilton Garden!!!!

Visiting family in the area, the hotel felt very safe . Close to a Kroger, Chick Fil A, Panera and other stores. The hotel /room was very clean and comfortable Hotel has a bar, all you can breakfast but for a fee , did not eat there

The hotel from the outside looked very clean and like we could stay there I pulled the bed covers back to get in the bed and it was a bedbug in there. I would like a refund for the time that I stayed there.

The entry way didn’t look like it had been mopped. The shade over the window pulled down but wouldn’t go back up because it looked like someone pulled it out of the track. There were long hairs in the shower, the shower seat wouldn’t stay up and since there is no lip on the base of the shower stall water splattered all over the floor. The bed was comfortable though.

Staff was kind. Location was convenient. They should get ride of the couch in our room that had stains on it and I’m sure it’s the naughty kind of stains. Also we saw two cockroach crawl out from the mattress. I did let the staff know and all they said was it’s probably from the construction.

It was very quiet everything was in walking distance. It has a microwave and a mini refrigerator in the room as well as a living room. Free breakfast I stayed from Sunday-Tuesday room was like $550 total plus $100 holding fee which I got back after check out. Lady at the bar was wonderful only thing I didn’t like the shower door would not stay close which is minor. Overall I would stay there again very affordable and breakfast was wonderful also

I checked in on the app and went straight to my room, no problem. Easy and efficient. I had a problem with the air conditioner leaking in my room and the carpet was soaked. The young man at the desk was super kind and helpful and even upgraded me to a suite. Skip the hotel breakfast, but say hello to the morning staff. I was greeted by people who enjoyed their jobs. As an EV driver, it would have been nice to have a few chargers available on site, even for an up charge.

We originally booked this room due to the reviews and unfortunately I wonder how honest the people were by their reviews. First of all the evening check in clerk was not very friendly. Second for some reason the bathroom door locked on us and in the middle of the night we couldn’t get into it. The phone in the room did not work so had to call from our cell phone. The nice lady at the desk was by herself and no maintenance were there. She brought up a couple tools in which I used and was able to get the door open. For the 2 night stay I had to keep my extra pair of shoes against the bathroom door so it wouldn’t lock on us. The tv remote was not easily operated as well as the blinds to the room. The only 2 good things were: Gloria the overnight lady and the cleanliness.

The staff at this hotel are just amazing, especially Ms. Penny and Evening Shift Supervisor Christen. There is another young lady I was talking to on my second morning. Didn't get her name, but she was very nice too. Wonderful people. Have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire team at the hotel.

Everything was terrific until the basketball team checked in. They kept us up until 3 am Saturday and Sunday night. The hotel staff was wonderful in addressing the problem. All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel. Just not a good value for the price. We stay in this area visiting family quite often and have stayed in several of the other hotels. This one cost the same, only charges $15 per person for breakfast. The other hotels in the area have breakfast included. We will not be staying at this hotel again, unless they either lower their rates or include breakfast.

The water pipes start making noise at 6:00 am. So it was difficult going back to sleep. They also charge you for breakfast. Other than those two things it was fine.

Everything was great except the breakfast!! You all charge for a breakfast that is basic but nasty!! It was cold, poor selection and not worth the money especially if you don’t eat pork.

Worse hotel ever! They make you pay for breakfast when booking(which is supposed to be cheaper than paying for it in person) and STILL charge you once you check out. I even asked them to please make sure I wasn’t charged. I believed they did it on purpose. They caught an attitude when I asked them for flavored cream at breakfast. The night before, they wouldn’t let the delivery driver deliver my dinner to my door and lied and said the driver stated they didn’t have time to deliver it. By the time I got my food from the desk, it was cold! I found a bug in my room as well(silverbug). And almost 2 weeks later, I still haven’t received a refund for the double charge on breakfast.

They said free wifi, but it was not free, you have to give them a lot of your private information, then you are allowed to use their wifi. I used my credit card in the hotel. They refused to give me a receipt. The food was so disgusting. This is the worst hotel, I have ever stayed.
