I wish they would reinvest some money to make the property a little better. Some outlets were worn out, bathroom vent didnt work, pool was not cleaned. However the staff was great, Beverly at the front desk was amazing to interact with and breakfast was pretty good too.

First room had no hot water, front desk got us in a different room fast. Both rooms in the bathroom there was only small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, water pressure is okay but not so good for thick hair, Breakfast was good. There was no microwave in the room, did see one by the icemaker.

The staff was friendly and basically wonderful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The issues we encountered appear to be teething pains for a new hotel building. The 2nd floor ice and vending area was shut down, the hot water for the shower was either too hot and couldn't be turned down or too cold and couldn't be turned up. The front desk attendant took notes for maintenance to address. We also had a spare smoke detector in our room that a previous guest appears to have stuffed under the cushion of the chaise chair in the room. It beeped once per minute, distressing our dogs and keeping us awake. Once located, I handed it over to the front desk for reuse. All in all though, we were extremely pleased with our stay. We would choose to stay here again.

The girl at check-in was ambivalent on our stay, it seemed. Every other persons at the front desk were super friendly and upbeat. The breakfast was superb as was the woman who kept everything clean and filled with delicious, hot food. The pool was very dirty so we didn’t even use that. We ended up leaving a day early because the room was cobbled together!! We stayed in the accessible room, on the fourth floor and the ceiling had a few pieces missing, the toilet paper dispenser came out of the wall, the mirror “door” to the closet was held together with 2 sided tape and wouldn’t stay closed. A few stains on the rug. The room itself was clean, but maintenance was slack. On the bright side, it is located in an area where you can walk to a few restaurants. When we checked out the young gentleman really seemed to care about our predicament, he was very nice. However, our room was not up to the standard of the price we paid.

The website states the room "sleeps 5." However, there were only two beds and no available roll-aways. I\'m not sure how 5 people sleep in 2 beds. Also, website stated that they had free airport shuttle which is the main reason it was selected. Upon check-in we were told there is no airport shuttle. Our room had a connector door to the next room and our next door neighbors were having multiple, loud "cheering sessions" at 6am. Thankfully, our grandchild was asleep. It was not a \'maybe we can hear something\' situation. It was like they were in our room. To be fair, the breakfast was good but nothing else was up to par for the price.

The staff were great. The room was okay. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it and the room smelled like mildew. The night clerk was very apologetic and offered to move us and gave us clean sheets, but it was late and we didn’t want to move the kids to another room. Everything else seemed clean, the bathroom was spacious.

The front desk worker was very rude to us when checking in. On the trip, we have over 21 families that have booked Rooms in this hotel. The next morning there was not enough food out for breakfast after they were told that it was mostly boys and are all football players. We had to keep asking the kitchen workers for more food. Pooll were horrible horrible, bathtub was nasty with hair in it. there was no toilet paper in the room we had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn a year ago and it didn’t seem this run down. Unfortunately I have one more weekend booked that I can’t cancel. I definitely would if I could. I stayed in Room 104. All the furniture is falling apart. The fixtures in the bathroom are rusted and falling out of the wall. The room felt damp so I guess there’s a humidity problem. Definitely not worth the price they are charging. I have 5 more weekends of work in the area. I will try every other hotel in town. The staff was friendly. I was always greeted by front desk staff. The lady running breakfast was on top of things.

Upon check-in, Lydia (I think) was an amazing host! She was pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We got to our room and the tv didn't work, so she helped us move to another room, all while being super sweet and didn't act like we were being annoying. ;) The hotel itself needs updating for sure. There were obvious repairs that were done by amateurs. Water stains on the ceiling. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall in our bathroom, etc. Breakfast was better than nothing, but the breakfast attendant was on top of everything. I would not choose to stay again.

The Expedia website stated the double room slept 5 people, when I got there, the room did not sleep that many and the General Manager would not accommodate my family with a comp room, because they stated it wasn't there fault but the 3rd party. I had to pay for another room after already paying for 2-rooms that wasn't what was stated on the site! BAD customer service at the GM level (the women at the front desk were very apologetic)

Property was in a convenient location. A/c was a bit loud but expected. Shower pressure wasn’t so good for 6am but turns out there was a boys & girls basketball team in house and probably were all showering at same time . Otherwise room was clean easy walking places for quick food.

Our check in was flawless and smooth, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was warm and adequate variety (pastries, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffles). Bed was good. Location to everything was fantastic.

Went to Fairburn for the Ren Fair, and this was probably the best place I’ve ever stayed in my past three years of going. The staff was friendly and great to be around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning is the best I’ve ever gotten out of a hotel before, and some of the food they offer changes day to day. Overall, amazing experience, and I’ll definitely be staying again next year :)
