This place seriously needs some tlc, I stayed for a week and I couldn’t tell you how gross it was. For starters they’re elevator isn’t working so be prepared to walk up stairs, the hotel itself after the kitchen and the lobby is dark and dingey w a smell, and they also don’t have do not disturb tags so you will be startled by what it seems like one housekeeping lady about to break your door down. She will not make your bed, just takes the trash and gives you more towels and cloths. She was rude overall and I don’t think I will be going back, however the one African American lady and taller Indian man who works at nice were lovely and very kind. Also there is a lot of people who like to hangout around the lot, so lock your car nd take valuables!

New furniture, clean bathroom, warm shower, clean sheets, firm mattress, good HVAC. However, missing towels, floor not vacuumed, holes in the wall, shelf falling down, sloppy paint job, paint chipping, smelly elevator, phone doesn't connect to front desk, stained carpeting in many places, pool closed. Not as nice as the price would suggest.

Just went for the pool, which was freezing. Hot tub was dirty and looked like it hasnt been on in years. Ordered a King and got 2 queens, broken thermostat, holes in the sheets, they need serious help. We swam for a few hours and left. Get it together guys, staff was cool though

Rooms were dirty. Old carpeting with spots all over and dirt around baseboard. The back door would not close and much debris in stairwells and hallways. Our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice albeit limited. The pool was closed and appears to have been for awhile. Overall very disappointed with this facility. It needs major remodel and in the meantime a good vacuuming could help.

I woke up in the night and little roaches running around in the bathroom and on the dresser . Made it very hard to go back to sleep, luckily for me I only stayed 1 night but never again. Not to mention the elevator was out of order . Bathroom was gross and poorly maintained

I let the front desk know that there was mold in the bathroom. They claims it was corrected but once I return to the room it was still there. I also took pictures and show them but nothing.

I would not stay in this hotel again. The room was not clean, with nasty streaks that looked like dirty mop water on the toilet along with dried something smeared all over it (shaving cream?). There were pieces of a wrapper and a cardboard box on the bathroom floor, I don’t think it had been mopped. There were visible handprints on the wall and makeup smears on the mirror in the room. The beds weren’t comfortable either. There was a thermostat on the wall hooked up to nothing & backed by a hole. The AC & fan were adequate for the temperature. One feature I did appreciate at the hotel was the blackout curtain which helped the room be nice and dark for sleeping. The towels appeared to be clean as well. There was a member of staff who was helpful.

Not clean. Moldy everywhere, daughter started coughing. Stains everywhere. AC did not cool down. Had to leave and get another hotel down the road and pay again for the night.

Everything smelled as soon as you walked into lobby throughout the hallways and the room was even more smelley. Bathroom outlets didnt work, couldn't dry hair or curl my hair in the bathroom, TV was in a different language and didn't work-had no signal, chair was broken where someone before leaning back so far I fell out of it, when I tried to get some work done at the desk...couldn't. Told three people who worked there...they didnt care. Spent $185...for what? Ridiculous.

Was in need of a quick stay for the night and was able to book quickly online which was a bonus. When I arrived to the room it was late and upon going in the bathroom I noticed the bathroom light switch was missing out of the socket...leading me to shower in the dark. Whenever I turned on the shower it started spraying everywhere due to a leak. There was also a leak in the floor causing water to come through the hardwood in the hallway. The room got the job done and the service from the staff was quick/easy.

The staff was nice, but we had to change rooms. First room overwhelmingly smelled like stale cigarettes. The second room had a sticky floor, broken toilet seat, smashed bug on a curtain and curtains the couldn’t close due to a malfunction.

Inside the hotel smelled of stale cigarettes and booze. Broken elevator. Dirty carpet in room, would not recommend walking barefoot. Bed very uncomfortable and squeaky with every small movement. Air Conditioning unit randomly made quite loud noises. There is no way this place should be charging $130/night and I would never have paid that except I was there in Griffin for a wedding.

While I was getting out of my car she said we’re booked, I stated we have reservations. So, I followed her inside. She took my information. Meanwhile, her grandson came in stood behind the counter talking about getting in the pool. (Coughing) So, I got my key went to the room. Sheets had stains on them. Had to walk back down the stairs because the elevator was out of order.While I was waiting in line. She was at the desk talking about another customer to a customer. Saying they don’t have to stay here and what she is not going to do. I requested some clean sheets. Jennifer volunteered to get the sheets and she made the beds up for us. Thank you Jennifer. We cancel our 2nd night and went to a different hotel.

Small town feel and friendly staff. Housekeeping didn't clean room 1/3 days and I understand their laundry person quit that day...but staff did everything to try to make it right. Front desk welcomed me each day.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU WILL GET ROBBED! I got rob by the cleaning lady who is the mother of the man working the front desk. I did not know that was his mother until another person working there told me. I had a do not disturb sign on my door which I had booked for two days then the cleaning lady goes in sees my suitcases in the room and decide to take things from my room. My medicine, expensive perfume and expensive lotion and even food I had in the fridge for my kids to eat were all taken. The hotel doesn't want to take responsibility for my things going missing. There are roaches everywhere, the bedroom sheets have stains on them. I am now waiting on Hotel.com to call me they said they were going to reach back in 3 days so I can press charges on that thief of a lady. After all this when we were told the lady thought we were checking out they left the same sheets on the bed. THEY ARE DIRTY AND THIEFS. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.

I booked the Country Inn Suites during my home renovations t and was treated very poorly by the staff. The tvs didnt work the entire stay and I was rudely told they didnt want “my kind” in the hotel when questioned about my children using the pool as well as my room intruded and told it was for “mandatory” cleaning. So I took my children to breakfast and returned to nothing cleaned in my room. I keep a orderly room because it was me and 4 children staying so I didn't request or need housekeeping but it felt like they used that as a reason to come into my room to inspect because of my ethnicity.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Late night check in went without a hitch. This hotel is in the middle of renovating, so there was a neatly organized stack of new flooring in the breakfast area. The common areas were clean. Hotel staff kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. Linens were clean and passed the UV light check. The bathroom.could have used a little more attention, but it was probably a room pending renovation. This hotel is conveniently located. You can tell the hotel staff take pride in what they do! If you're in the area, it's well worth it to stay here!

There was a dusty compter charger left on the table in our room. How did housekeeping miss that??? Staff were rude and non existent, even the front desk. I had to search for someone at check in and out.

Pros: Rooms available when other hotels were sold out. Staff was super nice and friendly. Room was roomy and clean enough for one night stay. Cons: Several guys tailgating drinking and sitting in the parking lot upon arrival. Staff said they were aware and they are fine and there are cameras in that area if anything happens. Not five minutes after entering the room of roach ran across my bathroom floor. Black mold under the bottom soap holder in the bathroom. Back of top of nightstand dusty. Tons of marks on doors and door frames in hallways and on the elevators, wear and tear not kept up with

The hallways smelled of food. The bathrooms had mold. The rooms smelled of mold. Bathroom countertop had a crusty residue. The carpet in the rooms were heavily stained. The closet doors fell off of the hinges with one landing on my foot and the other hitting my wife on the head. There were trash bags full of beer and liquor bottles in the hallway. There were occupants outside sorting beer bottles in their coolers and at least one occupant displaying signs of meth use. Dirty and a feeling of being unsafe.

I was here for work so i was never there but to sleep. It was a nice room, good free hot breakfast. I had to be transferred to another room, but the staff was very quick and courteous about it. The hotel was quiet and felt pretty safe. Some of the side doors leading outside are need of repair though.

When we walked in the front lobby smelled like weed as well as walking down the halls. There was sticky areas in our floor and the room chair was falling apart. Tub was severely stained and there was debris and stains on the comforters. Some parts of the comforters were ripped. Breakfast was cold.

We stayed here during NASCAR race weekend for one night and the stay wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid for the room. Our room smelled like smoke and the towels, comforter, and curtains were all stained. The breakfast and coffee were good and all the staff we interacted with were very nice. I understand up-charging for events but didn’t like feeling like we weren’t getting the quality we paid for.

Staff was friendly. Based on the price of the hotel and area of the hotel, everything was ok. Found a dirty socks in the window, chair in room was broken and bathroom toilet intermittently made a flushing noise when not in use. Breakfast was great, good variety and great presentation. My only complaint is the water never really got hot. It was lukewarm at best. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was appreciated.
