Main issue with the hotel is it\'s being renovated. Parking was limited due to old and new materials taking up parking spaces. Things in the rooms didn\'t always work (but were obviously "punch listed" to be fixed). The staff was great trying to work around the remodeling. It should be a good place to stay once the work is done.

Hotel is nice, service good but behind on maintenance. One ice maker missing and 2 broken. TV missing from lobby. TV in room mounted crooked. Nice clean well laid out rooms and friendly people

Property was under repair and a lot of pounding. They should have let us know that prior to booking I would think. Beds were cheap and not clean (long black hair on the sheets) and carpet not vacuumed. Wires were hanging out of the hotel room wall. No lock on the sliding barn door style door on bathroom. Not my favorite hotel and would probably not book here again if other options are available.

Horrible design in where you have one elevator to cater to 5 floors with 5l15 rooms each. Slow slow slow. Then my room, 419, was directly across from the elevator door so I heard noise and people all night along with the elevator door slamming. Horrible engineering design.

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was a bit difficult due to multiple vehicles pulling trailers taking up two and three parking spaces.

the property was in the process of updating---our room had new carpet---the only problem was the hotel dryer wsa near our room and something was clanking in it until almost 11 pm -- need to move those from sleeping rooms or enclose them. staff were very nice.

Couldn’t find it! Even with the address in google maps! Desk clerk(when I found local phone #) talked us in to hotel!!! No carts available for luggage. No freezer in room frig( use freezer packs in cooler, not ice) Ice machine poor. Excellent evening desk clerk, though. Very patient with us.

Pulled in with a trailer Zero parking in a small area had to back out into traffic pulled back in to go other direction had to back out again. was told to park across the street in not a very good location ended up leavings and going to a different hotel with adequate parking. not happy after a 14 hr drive to have to relocate i wont be staying at any holiday inn anytime soon

My carpet was spoiled with a lot of black stains. I reported it to the front desk but it was too late to switch rooms. I was exhausted as I am undergoing chemotherapy. The sheets were stained too as if they were not completely washed. The staff was amazing though.

This was a terrible experience. We called beforehand to let the front desk know we would be in late. When we arrived after being on the road for 6 hours there was nobody at the desk. We yelled out for someone to see where a worker may be and also tried to call the hotel with no luck. 45 minutes later the front desk worker comes out of some conference room where it appeared he had been asleep. He offered no apology and just asked us if we wanted to check in. We got to our room and when we woke up the next morning we found blood on our pillow case and sheets. We informed the front desk and asked them for room service to come change our sheets. We got back about 3 hours later and our room still had not been cleaned and there were no new sheets. We also spoke with the manager who told us there was nothing they could do. I don’t know at this point if I will ever use hotels.com or a holiday inn. This was a terrible experience for our vacation.

Unsafe area, and there were bugs and a roach in my room! The entire building is run down and the elevator is full of scratches and is very rickety. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Carpet in toom was damp and smelled like pet urine. A/C never really cooled off room until the next morning as we were leaving. Its a shame. Staff was super friendly and room was clean....just the smell was awful and gave us a headache.

The best thing I liked about this place was cleanliness and there was room service daily.

Checked in on Sunday night, happy to see a newly updated room. Woke up Monday morning to the room infested with ants. All over the desk, up the wall and ceiling, on the beds we were sleeping in. We were moved to another room and in that room we would find 3-4 ants daily. Tuesday morning, we went in our car and that too was infested with ants. The front desk was basically like “well, that’s Georgia.” The hotel property is infested. The room was cleaned daily, which was good. The food area was clean. (No ants seen there) The area around the hotel is not great.

The hotel is being remodeled. So I understood the messiness in the hallways, the boxes of new furniture in the lobby waiting to be put in place, duct tape on the hallway floor, supplies randomly on the floors... what I did not like was my clearly unfinished room. The beds were comfy, new carpet and bathroom, it's almost beautiful. But there were wires hanging out of the wall for what seemed to be hopefully a new thermostat for a new air conditioner. The one in the room was old, dirty and super loud and squeaky when we turned it on so we turned it back off. Luckily, the weather was comfortable enough so we didn't really need it. The sliding bathroom door didn't fit properly, there was a large gap so you don't have full privacy. The shower has no shelves in it to hold your items so I had to lay them on a towel on the toilet and reach out to grab what I needed. The light switches made the tv go on and off and the lights flicker when you turn them on, so there are some electrical issues that need sorted out. We had a mostly remodeled room, but it would've been nice for it to be complete. Wasn't nice to feel unsafe just hitting a light switch. The breakfast was not great either, the juice machine had chunks of stuff coming out, it was nasty.

Checkin was quick! Room was comfortable! The guests were noisy! We could hear every sound made in the halls and neighboring rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant just noisy!

Unfortunately walls are thin and you could hear tv in room next door as well as every door that seemed to slam in other rooms. Breakfast was fine and staff were friendly.

The room was very clean, but there was a broken handle in the shower, the microwave didn't work, lighting in the room is almost non existant, almost impossible to turn on or off the television with the remote provided, HOWEVER the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had instant hot water

I booked a room with a king size bed without handicap accessibility. We got there and checked in, and when we got to the room it was handicap accessible. I went back to the front desk and asked them if there were any other rooms and they said there wasn't. The room was nice clean, however it was located right next to the door leading to the stairs. The door slammed and rattled the room all throughout the night which made for a very long night. Another thing I'd like to add, the shower being handicap accessible is all tile, and the water is made to go down to a drain. However the slope for that is not accurate and the water runs all throughout the entire bathroom floor. This is a safety concern as if anyone who was handicapped stepped in there they would slide and fall.The room was 104. I expressed concerns the next morning when I checked out and the lady at the front desk said I'll see if there's something we can do about that. There was no empathy or any statement given to say I'm sorry about your rough night.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and quiet. My only negative observation was that the elevator needs to be updated. It looked dirty and felt confining.

The hotel was clean and quiet. No issues with that. The exterior window let in too much light and we didn't care for the sliding barn door for the bathroom. The bathroom was nice and the shower was excellent.

We ended up staying 3 nights due to the snow and our gymnastics meet was postponed from Friday to Sunday. The entire staff was super friendly, and helpful. When I needed to add the extra night, they made it so easy. The breakfast was great. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel and its staff.

Very average, typical Holiday Inn, however, I complained that the heat didn’t work, and I came back that evening to a brand new heating system. Great service in that area.

Disappointed in the delay in checking in. There were no rooms clean and released for check in until ~3:20. Hotel fully booked night before, and I assume a shortage of cleaning staff so I understand. Experience was frustrating.

Great property to stay at. Did not have any issues, they let me check in a little earlier due to early flight arrival which was a plus, the room was a good size. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Isaiah was very friendly and he made checking in and settling down easy to do. He answered questions and made suggestions when necessary.

Easy check-in, friendly service. Heater in room was not working, so manager moved us to a king suite. Very helpful!

Great location; close to I75. Safe neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. Nice remolded room,great shower. Very nice breakfast with hot and cold foods. We always stay here as we pass through Atlanta

I liked the covenience of access to the highway

Served the purpose and convenient. I ad to travel between Marietta and Buckhead so it was in the middle. Was near the 75 Freeway.

Juice machine broke down, would suggest to bring some juice cartons when that happens. There’s a sliding door for the bathroom door in the rooms- that was strange and awkward at times.

The breakfast was great, better than most. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet — just what we needed for an overnight stopover.

Front desk was nice and helpful, check in was smooth. Room was great, clean, spacious and a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, loved all the options. Check out was easy and the front desk guy was super sweet. All in all, great experience!
