The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. They helped me when my key wasn’t working but it was mainly my fault. I think they’d be even better if they had like some sort of stovetop. My air went out and they were very professional and wasted no time to accommodate me. I was told that I had spoke with the owner and didn’t even realize it, but she was very polite and helpful. I’d recommend a stay there for anyone.

The hotel needs upgrades. The sheets didn't feel clean. The floor was in bad shape. Overall, it was one of the most unclean, unsafe stays we have ever had. The receptionist was great. She tried.
