The clean and quiet property lacked staff. The uncomfortable beds and pillows were disappointing. Despite the closed gym and pool, the free, delicious breakfast made it a pleasant stay.

We stayed here twice on our move from Pennsylvania to Florida. We had a cargo trailer, and there was room for parking it. The rooms were good, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and good, hot coffee. The best part was the young gentleman who checked us in both times in the late afternoon. He was very good at his job: efficient, knowledgeable, clear with his directions and explanations, and just plain nice. Everything that a front desk staff person should be.

This may be an older, smaller hotel but they've kept up with renovations and conveniences. Our room was clean, comfortable and smelled great. The shower was HOT and the water pressure was awesome! The breakfast was definitely better than most larger hotels we've stayed at. We had bagels, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and I had apple juice too. There was a lot more to pick from too! The parking is easy and the property is quiet and safe. The staff was polite and engaging during check in and check out. This was nice especially after being in airports and traveling all day and experiencing earthworm personalities from everyone else we encountered. Plenty of channels to pick from on the TV and food delivery services had so many restaurants offering anything you could ask for. La Hacienda's food was amazing! Only downside to staying here is if you have heavy or large luggage, there are only stairs if you're staying on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal to us but it may be for some. We stayed the end of January and it was cold but when we return to visit family again, we'll make sure it's in the warmer months and hope to use the pool located at the back of the property. Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again, it's like a hidden little gem tucked away on the main drag close to food and shopping!

Elizabeth and the staff was great very friendly. Had an unforeseen issue with the pool which is why we came but they refunded our stay for the inconvenience. The owner was present and hands on our entire stay.

My room was clean and the staff was nice but the outside of the property needed cleaned. There was trash everywhere. It’s more of a motel, the room doors open to the outside. Also, there was someone sleeping/living in their car right outside the door both nights I was there.

The best part about this Best Western property was the manager and front desk staff. THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY AND IN POOR CONDITION. The first room we were in had brown stains on the sheets, dirty towels, tiny hairs all over the toilet, mold in the shower, and the toilet didn’t properly flush. After making the front desk aware of the room condition, they said they couldn’t give us a refund because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) so they moved us to another room. That room was also terrible. My husband and I didn’t want to try a 3rd room because we figured all of them were going to be filthy. We spent an hour and half cleaning the room so we could at least sleep there for the night. The shower floor was terribly stained and the water in the shower drained very slowly and puddled in the middle (we had to wear water shoes in the shower). There were stains on the headboard, the doors and the walls. The fridge had hair in it and bits of food from previous guests. I wiped down the seal of the fridge with a Clorox wipe and the wipe was black. There are too many gross things we saw in the rooms to name them all, but I did take pictures to show the front desk staff. The manager was horrified at the condition of the rooms and contacted the property owner to issue a refund.

Check-in was great. Conveniently located. Unfortunately, there was a dog next-door that barked throughout the night and you could tell that someone had smoked in the room previously, which made it smell musty because the air conditioner was off upon arrival. Also it felt humid inside.

The guy who checked us in was really nice and efficient, made for a pleasant first impression. The breakfast was good as well. The room however, not great. They need a new, or better trained housekeeper. There was a wad of long black hair in the shower, hair on the counters, and the bed sheets were on inside out and were a size too small (queen sheets on a king bed) so, naturally, half the mattress was exposed. Hotel would have been 5 stars if the room had been clean.

I was hesitant to book due to being right on the main road, but it was very quiet in the room. So, don't worry you'll not be able to sleep and be super conveniently located. Great staff, large well maintained rooms. Great location. The roof and bathroom were recently updated and you can see they are still hoing through updated things like light switches when there are no guests. Shower was fantasticly updated, no slippy floor!

I've stayed in many hotels/motels in my life but I don't think I've ever stayed in a room where the a/c was so loud. It was miserable. Finally after a couple of hours trying to get to sleep sleep I finally dozed off only to be woken up by the phone ringing at 4:30 in the morning, it was the automated wake up call that I never placed. Needless to say I never got back to sleep and finally just got up, packed up me and the dog, and left. Definitely not the relaxful night I was hoping for.

This place is similar to a Motel 6 or a Red Roof Inn, but better than the other hotels in this class. Service was polite and professional. Continental breakfast was more than I expected and had a nice 3-hour serving window on a Sunday. Room entry is from the outside, but both floors have an overhang to minimize your exposure to the elements. Room was reasonably sized with a comfortable bed. Overall, I thought what they do is top-notch for this class of hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is right off the main road and we missed the short driveway the first time past. The room was big as was the bathroom (which was completely accessible for those with mobility challenges). Room had a mini-fridge and TV. No issues.

The first night my neighboring room had a bird I heard all night. The rooms are not insulated well enough you hear everything going on around you and the bed squeaks like hell at every little movement and there were bugs in the bathroom area

felt disrespected and mistreated by management. Rented 5 rooms to take a group of boys who just happen to be African American on what our Church calls our annual spring break retreat. We were asked in not so kind of manner to leave the property though we were only 2 nights in to our stay. There was no smoking, Drinking, or bad language - The only complaint against was too much noise, which we were discipline enough to handle. We left feeling treated unfairly. Yet trying to figure out what we did wrong because making adjustment with noise dealing with kids should have lead to this kind of action by the hotel.

Shower didn’t work, staff at front desk wasn’t helpful, maintenance man overheard the conversation and ask me a few questions when I came back later that afternoon I was going to cancel my room however the maintenance man replaced the shower head and was friendly and helpful. 3rd night the furniture didn’t match, wasn’t that clean

Incredible experience from pre-planning to checkout. Briefly after booking, I received a very welcoming and informative text from the GM, Elizabeth. She accommodated my couple special requests. We brought our puppy with us and were given a very convenient room on the first floor. I interacted with 4 staff members, all of which were very friendly and helpful. My respect goes out to owners, management and staff for operating this hotel with old school hospitality and courtesy. Best Western should be proud to fly their flag at this property.

My one-night stay was not bad. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel is in a slightly sketchy part of town so that was a little uncomfortable since I was travelling alone. Obviously, this isn't the hotel's fault, so that plays no factor in my ratings. My biggest issue was with breakfast. I booked this specifically because I know Best Western offers a grand breakfast. I was traveling that next day, and I wanted to get a good breakfast in me. Everything was empty. I was there at 8 am and there were no eggs, little to no hashbrowns, no proteins, and barely any bread left. The coffee was completely out. They only had one or two kinds of cereal and only a few super tiny apples left. It was just very disappointing. I would come back but I wouldn't plan on the breakfast being a selling point.

This may be an older, smaller hotel but they've kept up with renovations and conveniences. Our room was clean, comfortable and smelled great. The shower was HOT and the water pressure was awesome! The breakfast was definitely better than most larger hotels we've stayed at. We had bagels, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and I had apple juice too. There was a lot more to pick from too! The parking is easy and the property is quiet and safe. The staff was polite and engaging during check in and check out. This was nice especially after being in airports and traveling all day and experiencing earthworm personalities from everyone else we encountered. Plenty of channels to pick from on the TV and food delivery services had so many restaurants offering anything you could ask for. La Hacienda's food was amazing! Only downside to staying here is if you have heavy or large luggage, there are only stairs if you're staying on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal to us but it may be for some. We stayed the end of January and it was cold but when we return to visit family again, we'll make sure it's in the warmer months and hope to use the pool located at the back of the property. Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again, it's like a hidden little gem tucked away on the main drag close to food and shopping!

I was hesitant to book due to being right on the main road, but it was very quiet in the room. So, don't worry you'll not be able to sleep and be super conveniently located. Great staff, large well maintained rooms. Great location. The roof and bathroom were recently updated and you can see they are still hoing through updated things like light switches when there are no guests. Shower was fantasticly updated, no slippy floor!

My room was clean and the staff was nice but the outside of the property needed cleaned. There was trash everywhere. It’s more of a motel, the room doors open to the outside. Also, there was someone sleeping/living in their car right outside the door both nights I was there.

Convenient location for passing through or business. Room was shabby and beat-up but the bed linens were good quality and clean. Noisy neighbors in the adjacent rooms, walls shook when anyone slammed their door. Front staff was friendly and the breakfast was OK for the price of the room.

This place is similar to a Motel 6 or a Red Roof Inn, but better than the other hotels in this class. Service was polite and professional. Continental breakfast was more than I expected and had a nice 3-hour serving window on a Sunday. Room entry is from the outside, but both floors have an overhang to minimize your exposure to the elements. Room was reasonably sized with a comfortable bed. Overall, I thought what they do is top-notch for this class of hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Kids and I were not allowed to have breakfast because we arrived after breakfast ended - at 9am! Who stops serving breakfast at 9am? Even though there were muffins sitting out on the counter, we were not allowed to touch them! Seriously!

We only stayed one night. It was a decent hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice breakfast selection except there was no fruit that morning; otherwise it had eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt and a few sweet things.

Needed to stay a night, the room was clean, but when we looked there was only 1 towel and two hand towels, there was a coffee pot with coffee grains but no cups or supplies like cream or sugar. In the morning I went downstairs to get breakfast, it was a hot breakfast made a waffle , but then I see note, no taking food to rooms, which i ignored.

I emailed and never received a reply. I worked late, notified the front desk and said Id be getting in very late. I drove over 2.5 hrs from another state to go to City of Hope hospital for an early appointment. I rang the bell of the front desk over and over, waited and ended up sleeping in my car after pre-paying for a room. Disgusting customer service, no reply. Never again with this hotel. Quality customer service has suffered. Be careful here.
