We enjoyed our stay here. Room 309 beds comfortable, spacious room and bathroom clean. Lots of plugs to charge our electronics. Our iron did not work, sink has a slow drain, fridge had no freezer section for our ice packs. Breakfast variety was great with eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, drinks, pastries, etc. Small dining area but had comfy chairs and kitchen lady kept everything cleaned and stocked. Limited parking was full at night. We will come back again. Thanks

Great hotel and every nice including a breakfast area and food pretty good. Nice pool and fitness area and reception had coffee out most of the day plus a pay latte maker and keurug in room. Shower head awesome. Issue was non existent house keeping on floor 1 . Our son had clean towels and cleaning every day for 5 nights stay on floor 3. For us poor: One day they showed up and took the floor mat away and one garbage can replaced. But other days didn’t show at all . Never made the bed and one day we came back to a pile of dirty towels on the sink counter! We had to go down to desk to get new towels, soap etc. place is great but housekeeping is POOR.

Right off major highways made it very convenient. I loved the blackout shade ! Small things that could improve: the shower floor was a little slick, and there was no grab bar. Overall, we were very pleased

Will definitely stay here and recommend to others. Personable, friendly nighttime front desk clerk. Comfortable and clean beds and room. Quite spacious. The only issues I have dealt with is the bathroom door did not shut properly. It was quite loud and would stick when you tried to open it, if you actually managed to close it. Also the front with the parking is a bit strange, too close together when there are larger vehicles in the lot. There is quite a bit of additional parking all around the hotel so only an issue in the front. Overall great stay and great value.

I stayed here for a week while I was traveling for work. It really felt like a home away from home. There was a great gym, laundry, and free breakfast every morning. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and I stayed in a very reasonably priced suite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning if I'm ever in the area again!

Everything stood out for me about this stay! From the personalized welcome text messages , to the customer service, to the hotel decor and layout. The pool was simple and perfect. Breakfast didn't miss. Plenty of restaurants close by. 10 out of 10 and I'm somewhat picky!

Older property that was renovated. Great staff and breakfast. The room was ok but sticky floors, dust from recent sanding on the wall was not cleaned-up and the blinds were broken the first night but the staff took care of it after. A good value for the price if you are budget minded.

This whole building is falling apart, so bad that when nobody is moving it sounds like people are moving around. Do not stay here if you like to sleep. You will be listening to the loudest creaks and sounds all night. 1/10

My girlfriend and I stayed in the king suite with a full kitchen for 12 nights. The room was spectacular! It is basically a one bedroom apartment! The only downside to the room was that it did not have a jetted tub, but that is just personal preference. However, the shower made up for it as it was very spacious with curved glass sliding doors! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, dish washer, full size fridge, plenty of cupboard space, microwave, stove/oven. It felt like we were at home the entire stay! The suite was a bit more costly than a normal suite, but the fact that it had the full kitchen allowed us to cook meals and save a bunch of money not having to go out every night during our stay, and who doesn't love a good, home cooked meal??!! The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and overall, we are highly satisfied with our stay!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who plans on visiting this area!

They had the air conditioner off and the blowers wasn't working well. They couldn't change our room on the 2 queens, we purchase 2 rooms they switched the other room but it was so late we had to change everything out. I wouldn't stay there again we had a baseball tournament there in that town. I paid way too.much money there to be hot and them bot have the air conditioner checked before we got there, plus being so cheap to even have the air conditioner come on at 74

The website advertises high speed internet. My experience was that the internet has major issues with connecting and staying connected. I had no more than 10 minutes of internet use on any day. It would connect and be stable for a couple of minutes and then come up as reconnecting for the next 10 to 15 minutes. I contacted the IT number and they could not correct the problem. The breakfast was marginal at best. There was no flavor with the exception of salt, pepper, or whatever else I put on the food.

We had a terrible night’s sleep! There was some kind of alarm bell that woke us up. I could hear it in the hallway. I initially thought it could be a fire alarm, but my husband said it wasn’t loud enough for it to be that. It finally stopped after 15 minutes. At around 5:30-6 we heard the clock alarm from the common door room next to us. We had to call the front desk to go to the room. We were told the alarm was going off while guest was in bathroom and he couldn’t hear it??? Obviously, not enough noise buffering!! We won’t be back.

Did not require room to be cleaned for our three day stay. When we switched out our towels, we always do that to save them time, we were told very rudely to not bother employees they were cleaning rooms. Call front desk for towels. What the heck???? Will not be booking with Best Western again. When I sent a text to front desk with my complaint, there was no response.

Book the room with two queen beds. There were none available when we arrive. It was my adult daughter and my wife and myself. My daughter had to sleep on a pullout sofa extremely uncomfortable. We arrive late and the gentleman work in the debsk was totally lost. But in his defense, we did manage to get him to get us some linen for the pullout couch.

My husband and I were traveling up to visit family as they were getting Baptized, however I had an unexpected emergency come up and couldn’t make the trip. After speaking with the Manager Dave and Tonya about this they were not helpful. All I was asking if they could approve the cancellation with a refund due to the circumstances and they wouldn’t budge on the request. I spoke with Expedia and they was willing to cancel with refund but had to have approval from the hotel manager. Never will I book with Best Western again.

Myself and my business partner stayed overnight on a business trip, and upon arriving the staff went way out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. The staff was amazing with their knowledge and attitude. The hotel was very clean and had a cozy feel to it. The breakfast in the morning was very fresh and had such variety of options. Very pleased with our stay!!!!!

Don’t stay in room 124. It is next to the side entrance… door slammed late into the night and started again early in the morning. Hotel was full… good for them, a Rowing Team was eating breakfast when we tried to eat. We came back an hour later, food was good… bacon rocked!!
