The parking lot was very well lit & check in clerk was very friendly. I just needed a clean, quiet room to spend the night & this fit the bill. Breakfast was grab & go- muffins & packaged pastries. The coffee was very good

Property owned by very nice people. Clean and safe. Off the expressway so very quiet. 5 minute walk to restaurant and Circle K gas station. Safe, quiet neighborhood to walk our dog. Clean, well maintained pool and rooms. Best motel we've stayed in in a long time.

This place was quiet and clean. Parking lot is difficult to back out of spots if parked by the entrance because of the awning pillars being so close. Pancake maker could've cooked them a tad longer, but that's okay because there were plenty of other breakfast options. It is close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Overall very good place to stay.

Cons of the property: Property states they have a swimming pool- they do but it’s filled with dirt. The building and rooms are dated and smell very musty. Pros of the property: It is convenient on/off the interstate. The beds are relatively comfortable. The property does have an elevator. We stayed one night each on the way to and from Florida. We won’t stay at the property again.

I really don't understand why this place even has more the. 1 star reviews. The location isn't too bad maybe that's it? Other than that, it's a dirty hotel, especially for the price about $85 a night after taxes. I've stayed in motel 6s that weren't this bad! Check in was easy, parking is ok. Come up to the room, went to shower, mold along the caulking all around the tub. After seeing that thinking ok, not horrible but still, looked under the sink, lots of dirt, and hair chunks. Went to lay down, pulled back sheets, it looks like they don't do well washing them at all. The doors in the hallway slam, constantly causing noises through the night. The AC somewhat works, and of course dirty, the floor is scuffed and damaged. Going down the stairs, completely dirty. Gave us 2 towels, wanted them to come in change sheets, they came in, put 2 towels and washcloths in, and left the room doing nothing else. DO NOT STAY HERE

The building itself was nice however, once I was in the room, I had an allergic reaction to the cleaning supplies that were used. Fabulosa is a very strong scented supply that I feel should not be used in hotels

Hallways on the 1st & 2nd floor smelled like an ashtray full of cigarette butts. The stairwell was filthy with litter and needed to be mopped. The side entrance door was propped open with a washcloth instead of being locked and secured. I removed the washcloth when I returned to my room about 10pm. The next morning when I left at 4am it was propped open again.

There wasn’t any housekeeping after we checked in, the bathroom floor was filthy. I had to clean it my self. I kept my shoes on in the other areas. Very limited breakfast. Not sure how the rating was so high.

Our room was very dusty and the floors were wet and had dust all over them. Very dirty in the corners. Refrigerator had dust all over it. We went to a different hotel and paid an additional $75 in order to get a clean room.

The hallways on the second floor smell terribly of cigarette smoke, the beds were comfortable but we each only had 1 pillow that wasn’t stained. There was a lot of dust in the sprinkler system, by the beds, in the vents. The waiver stating they weren’t responsible for injuries kinda caught me off guard made me feel weary of the safety of the building. Our light in the bathroom flickered for a minute before the light would actually turn on. It was an ok room the beds were honestly the best part minus the pillows

I’m not sure who rates these hotels, but the ratings are far from the truth. There was fecal matter on the toilet paper, and a toilet that wasn’t cleaned properly. You can slap some laminate floor down, and take a good picture of the room, but that doesn’t cover the nasty. You pay for what you get. However, in this case I feel that I still paid too much.

I took a chance on Home Town Inn since it wasn't one if the big chains. I'm glad I did. Our room was large, super clean, comfortable, very convenient and priced reasonably. I couldn't have expected more and will be stopping there again if I'm ever in that area for an overnight or vacation.

I wish I had got the clerk at the front desks name when I checked in. She was super sweet. Room was above average for a budget hotel. Smelled clean. Comfy bed. Only complaint would be that the doors seemed paper thin. You could hear everything in the hallways. If you’re a heavy sleeper it’s no problem.

Clean, updated, very comfortable hotel. Penny, at check-in was wonderful, so friendly and kind. I’ve stayed before years ago on a long trip and, again, this hotel does not disappoint. Convenient, quiet and safe location. I highly recommend it!

Very clean and comfortable low price hotel, and it has a stove top and large fridge if you want to do some cooking. No real breakfast to speak of and I don't like the fact that they keep a metal screen down over the front desk until 11:00 a.m. in the morning. That's reminiscent of what a place would do if it's in a high crime area, but this is a nice area so I did mention it to the owners that they may want to rethink that.

This was a pleasant family operated Hotel just off the interstate. It was comfortable and provided the necessities, with plenty of restaurants about 5 minutes from the hotel. The only complaint would be the lack of any front desk people overnight all the way up till at least 10:00 a.m., there was a gate hanging from the ceiling so it lost the Personal Touch. But it was a good value for the money

Check in was quick and easy, the lady at the front desk had a great sense of humor and lightened up my day after driving 9 hours. The room was very quiet and clean, everything worked great and we had a wonderful night. Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean. No issues at all.

Staff was extremely rude. Kept giving me excuses about room Service that was not being performed. Had to wash my own towels. Every conversation I had with the staff seemed hostile on their part. Seems to me they hate their customers.

I stayed for five nights. Every time I turned on the heat it blew a smell of cigarettes into my room. I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room. I never had housekeeping once while I was there never once did anyone check and ask if I needed anything. I was staying for the week for work And had to ask for clean towels and had to ask for my trash to be taken out after I bagged it up. Twice I was locked out of the front door at 9 o’clock in the morning. I’m not sure what I expected for the price, but it certainly wasn’t this. I would not recommend

This is a good place for quick overnight stay. Cleaner than most super8 and motel6 I’ve been to, somewhat safer feeling too. Downside is free breakfast is a little skimpy and it’s off the only exit in Georgia without a Waffle House. Also if you’re headed north it’s before the I 75-24 split which had a massive construction delay. You might want to clear that before you pull off for the night. Otherwise it's a good choice for arriving late and leaving early

Hotel in perfect condition. Spacious room renovated, great mattress, bath tub wall could use some TLC. Great stay for a night. However, don’t count on having a breakfast therebecause there were only a few cookies and muffins. Should not be listed as continental.

The bed and bedding is clean as is the room I like that it doesn’t have carpet in the room seems cleaner that way. But the shower is old and some mold around edges. Could use some updating. Don’t count on breakfast. Weak Coffee watered down juice and packaged muffins. But for an inexpensive place to sleep no frills it works and that’s all we needed
