The room was newly remodeled and very nice. Pool open until midnight, which is rare. Elevator was broke and the construction stuff took up a lot of parking spots but that's all temporary. Overall, completely satisfied.

The stay was fine except that the pool was closed due to something about the inspection. I asked about the pool when I checked in and was not told at that time that it was closed. This is very disappointing as my 4 year old son was really looking forward to getting in the pool.

The gym was unusable bc it was filthy and flooding. If you don't care to workout on vacation or business trip, stay there. The breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were updated. We enjoyed the indoor pool, just wished it was heated.😊. The breakfast was good, especially the day they had the chicken sausage ( since we don't eat pork) . All of the staff we had contact with were very friendly. We would most definitely stay there again.

This Hampton Inn is being remodeled and updated, which is great. Our room was super nice. My biggest concern is the construction debris. There are bins and trucks and materials raking up space in the parking lot, and parking is already tight. Further, the crew decided to store all their materials in the stairwell!! See the picture provided. Had there been any kind of emergency, it would have been difficult, if not impossible, to evacuate down the stairs.

The rooms we stayed in were quite nice. They had just been renovated. The rest of the hotel was in the process of renovating. There was no barrier to protect customers from all the dust and debris. On Friday night when we checked in, the hallway on the 2nd floor had dust and debris all over that was not cleaned until Monday. It was a risk to customers with respiratory problems. We should have been notified that the hotel was undergoing renovation and apologized for the inconvenience. Even after we raised concerns there were no apologies or attempts to correct the issue.

If your standards are none, this is your best choice. Dirty, unacceptable, and less than hospitable are the words that come to mind to describe my stay. Dirty shower floor, hair in shower, in the sink, in the drawer, unvacumed carpet. Requested a new room upon check in, and was told no rooms were available, but that management would get back to me - they did not. I then requested a new room in the morning and was told that despite my request, I would not be moved, but housekeeping would do a deep clean. I watched housekeeping wipe down surfaces, and change linens. It was not a deep cleaning by anyone’s standards. The construction made this hotel an eye sore and was appalling to me, considering what I paid for 3 nights. None of these things should be so carelessly visible to the consumer. I always had to look for a front desk staff member, and when leaving, had to call from my cell phone to check out because no one was there. It was so bad that I checked out a day early, because I was done with the second class experience. Customer service is non existent here. This is a motel with hotel prices. Good luck to you!

Property is under construction, had to step over active tile laying and most of 1st floor had a film of construction dust. Luckily our room was on 2nd floor. Room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Was a great place to stay if it wasn’t for the construction. Would use this hotel again if visiting the area

The room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and pillows and comforters were cozy. It was nice to have a microwave, refrigerator and small bar sink outside of the bathroom. The bathroom had a big lighted mirror that made it easier to get ready in the morning.

I first want to say that I’ve stayed in MANY Hampton Inns. I’ve enjoyed all of them. This one however, was the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. My fiancée and I were in town for the NASCAR race. We arrived midnight on a Friday night with our dog. They put us on the first floor at the very end of the hall right next to the stair door and the door that goes outside. We entered the room and it felt run down and gross. Massive red stains on the carpet and a dripping shower head. They didn’t have a thermostat and had a hard time regulating the heating unit. The shower had the worst water pressure and BARELY had hot enough water. All night people were in and out and slamming doors. When we checked out the gentleman who checked us out said that room was only 3 weeks old! I beg to differ. We should’ve stayed in the Motel 6 up the road.

I was on the first floor. Someone that was above use was making so much. A lot of stomping and bumping. I called the front desk it calmed down about 20 minutes later. This was around 1030pm. The next morning the noise started again around 630am. Also, the water pressure is low. When we checked I complain again. The manager on duty just said, we sent security upstairs. The breakfast was the only thing I can say was decent. We will not be staying there again

I checked out in just three hours bcz I felt unsafe. Looks like it was family owned thing. So many other environmental factors which doesn’t look good to me. There was no security and also there was no one at reception all the time. Only one person was there and he was going in a room and just coming to talk to customers if he sees someone standing by the reception…

Whitney did a great job. It was very busy and she was by herself. We got to our room and the tv cable did not work. So she put us on 3rd , only king available. The elevators did not work and my husband has a heart problem and dealing with cancer right now. Not good. We were going to leave but we had already unpacked in one room. To pack it up and move to 3rd floor. 2nd floor closed for remodeling. No manager and Whitney was by herself to deal with everything. She knows her job well and was polite. Never got frustrated helping the many people checking in. And then us!!!

Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean. There was limited parking because they were doing maintenance work on the first floor, which also made it noisy. The workers are taking up the guest parking spaces. Otherwise overall, it was a good stay in a good location. Conveniently right off the interstate.

Hotel was under renovations: there was a smell in the air probably glue, paint, etc. The pool was also under renovations and the breakfast was very minimal, cereal, fruit, mini muffins. Not worth the $. Would have looked for another hotel had I known the place was under renovation.

This property is “ tired” the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but , it’s just needs a lift. You must bring plugs for your phone and watch because there are only USB holes for your technology . I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It needs a facelift. There are better places to stay. The breakfast was the same as all the other places … boring food and not yummy . There’s no restaurant in the hotel

It was a sleepover for my 12 year old grand daughter. We were not able to get a joining rooms however we’re we’re across the hall from each other. The kids had a blast in their room as well as the pool. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the kids enjoyed the variety presented. They also enjoyed the tea and coffee station.
