The service upon check-in was average at best. I asked the man upon check in if they had a guest laundry and he simply replied yes. That was it simply yes. I go to do my laundry and the washing machine washes my clothes. I go to dry my clothes and lose $4 in their machine to find out it will not dry clothes. When I arrived I was not charged a room deposit and that is the only thing that I have that I can say in favor of this place. When I got into the room and looked in the refrigerator I think God that I keep my own cleaning products with me. It was nasty and I cleaned it. I also cleaned a dead roachout of it. My grandson saw a rat run out of the door when he opened the door to the room one time. I saw a live roach before we left the place this morning. The TV service was terrible. It had to picture cutting in and out on every channel. We had a two queen bed room and one of the beds had a sheet on top that appeared to have been unwashed and or dirty. I certainly would not recommend staying here. I was incredibly disappointed.

The good news? The hotel is new. Otherwise, expect the absolute minimum on every fronts. "Breakfast" was 2 containers of yogurt, a bowl of orange, two pieces of toast, and fruit loops or raisin bran. Broken pancake machine (in a brand new hotel??). The "pool" is about 10x10. The bed sheets were not washed and hairs were found all over them and the shower and bathroom. Gross.

This location is obviously transitioning from another brand to Rodeway. There were construction materials on site, and the room appeared to be in the middle of a renovation. Headboards had been removed and evidence of screws and glue remained on the wall. The beds were clean, the shower curtain was dirty. The carpet in the room looked relatively new, the carpet in the hall needed to be replaced. The hair dryer did not work. One was provided after the night manager came on duty. There was writing on the toilet seat lid. Maybe it will be a more satisfactory facility once renovations are complete.

Bed sheets were very dirty with stains and crusty stains all over . Room smelled like cigarettes and there was a family with a dog in the next room over being very loud. We checked out one hour after checking in.

Noone was not present at the hotel when we came to check in.Did not like it at all. The hotel room floor was nasty. There was a bottle cap still in the floor, and someones sock was behind the door from the previous people. There was no coffee pot in the room, but the coffee packs and coffee condiments were available in the room.

Breakfast was a joke. Cereal no milk, box hunnybuns, Pancakes, toast. The room was dusty, carpet was dirty, there was used Bobbi pins in the bathroom floor. The only highlight was the staff was very nice

The room was dirty (hair in the shower, shower door covered in soap scum, dirty towels, toenail clippings on the floor around beds), and the breakfast provided was pitiful (bread, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, juice). At 7am, the breakfast area was empty of items. When the attendant refilled the area, he only refilled the juice and sat out 3 more yogurt containers for a hotel that was full.

It was disgusting. We were heading from the beach to home and was stopping midway to rest. The smell of mold and the mold spores on the air conditioner unit in the room was enough to stay for 2 hours and leave. Room 114 ***** The older lady who checked us in, she's the nicest lady I've ever encountered at a hotel. She was amazing. But the hotel was rundown on the inside once in the room .

The room smelled terrible and was incredibly unclean. Someone left a snail trail on the blanket (iykyk) The floors were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. The “complimentary” continental breakfast was nothing but TANG, a few yogurts, empty cereal containers and a basket of instant oatmeal. AVOID at all cost.

Rooms were fixtures were damaged. Towel bar in bathroon broke off the wall snd sitting on the floor. Refrigerator was nasty, so was the microwave. All the wall mounted lights were broke and hanging off. Hotel needs serious tlc. And upgrade

I don't like to let people know when I'm traveling alone but when I do I usually book ahead of time and request a upper floor well I didn't book ahead as I was driving to see my son who is military and having seen him since December. 1st I couldn't get a room on the upper floor because the bottom wasn't "sold out" and when I entered the smoke detector wasn't there just a hole in the ceiling the AC unit is worn out while it wasn't dirty I still felt uncomfortable being on the 1st floor.

There was a room connected to our room that the people who owned the property/work there were using. At almost midnight, they were apparently partying or something in there, yelling, banging on the walls so hard it was vibrating on our end, and trying to open the door to the adjoining room. I was trying to get 4 kids to sleep. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I should be given a refund.

The motel is being refurbished, so breakfast is not offered at this time. The first room we were given had a smelly fridge, but the manager ws very accommodating and gave us a slightly larger room at no extra cost.That room was clean and comfortable. Beds were good. Were it not for the work going on I would have given it 4 stars. We stayed three days.

The hotel is being renovated. No pictures on the wall. The room was cheap for a one night stay and clean and that’s why we booked it. The guy at front desk was on a personal call when we were checking in and took several minutes to even acknowledge us but finally told whomever he was talking to that he would call them back.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for the guest ahead of me because they could"nt find his reservation. Now they can"t find mine , this took over twenty minutes . No apology offered. The room looked as though it had not been cleaned , and I doubt that the bedding was changed either. Overall a very bad experience , and I will go out of my way to avoid this place

It looked like the hotel was going through some renovations and updates. It wasn't very clean and there was stuff everywhere. The lower level hall just reeked of smoke. Breakfast was ok. They had pancakes, cereal and yogurt. It was much cheaper than other hotels around the area. We probably wouldn't stay again.
