Computer system down at check in. Then keys couldn't be made. 5-10 minutes before staff asked if we wanted to be let in the room despite us saying we were trying to change to an event. Rooms under construction. Pool under construction. Fitness center under construction. Grounds in the lobby coffee. In room coffee maker was missing a piece a part so it couldn't be used. The worst Hampton we've ever stayed.

Staff checkin in was only average. Not overly helpful or friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Me reason we booked this hotel was because it said it had a hot tub. While it had a hot tub it was out of service and has been that way for some time, I was told. After a 700 mile, 12 hour drive I was very much looking forward to a nice hot tub. So if you are looking for a place with a hot tub, look elsewhere.

It was easy to get to, friendly staff and clean facilities, bed was comfortable as well as all of room. Nice workout room and pool. The breakfast was fair to good. However, the hot tub was out of order, I could not get either computer in the office room to connect to the internet and no one knew how to help. Only about half the TV control buttons worked, and the refrigerator did not keep food cool, I suspect the thermostat did not work. No maid service while I was gone but I may have missed some notice and it was no big deal to me. I understand staffing can be an issue. Overall, I was OK to pleased with it, but must remember to call ahead to make sure hot tub works.

Things were not as indicated, pool broken, construction was underway. I was told I could use pool for Grandsons 8th birthday party and when I arrived I was informed that pool was closed.

I got to my room kind of late so I didn’t check the bathroom very well. The tissue container had dust and hair on it. The bottles of hand soap and body lotion were dirty and had hair on it. Then the bottles in the shower are the same way with hair on it and it wasn’t mine. When I put down the toilet seat it was dirty.

Walked into the room - toilet had toilet paper in it, eye lash (fake one) on the sink - overall not clean feeling after that. Checked for bed bugs and knew we only had time for a nap before leaving for the airport - made the best of it. Wouldn’t recommend!

Some of the property looked dated and other spaces looked like they had been updated within the last few years. We got to our room and it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned very well. There was dust on the headboard and other varios surfaces. There was hair in the sink and bathtub. The bathroom floor felt as if it was not swept or mopped recently. There was water under the ammenty try in the bathroom (it was clear so very noticeable). When looking at the bed the pillows on one side were very wrinkled compared to the other side and while looking i found hairs on the pillow and in the sheets as if someone had slept there the night before and they did not change the sheets. The alarm clock was sitting odd so i picked it up and there was a chip under it. We went to the desk and shared about the hair in the sheets and the chip. We asked for new sheets or a new room. We were given new sheets and was told there were not other rooms we could move to. We picked this hotel due to the hot tub but it was out of order.

There was a roach in our room, we were told we could move to room next door… this was about 9pm and I have to guess that there would be roaches next door as well. I have reached out to the general manager and haven’t been acknowledged!

Overall we had a nice stay. The hotel is very nice, pet friendly, quiet, and clean-which is the most important-but the rooms are cramped. They are a nice size rooms, but too much furniture to navigate around. The closet is along the outer wall lengthwise with only a few hooks to hang clothes and covered by a curtain. Only 4 smaller wire drawers to hold clothes. If you’re an “unpacker” and don’t live out of the suitcase, this will be cramped. No mirror in the bathroom made getting ready a challenge.

This is in a questionable area of town. Felt quite dirty overall. Elevators were out, (we were given a third floor room), was informed the cable doesn’t work, so no TV. The clerk was apologetic but couldn’t do anything to help us. Breakfast looked terrible. Price was expensive for what we got. Overall, not a good experience.

What was unacceptable was the unbelievably cramped room. Two double beds (not queen) completely filled the room. One could not get to the closet area if someone was seated at the desk. There was no chair in the room besides the desk chair. I have been a longtime Hampton customer but this property is off my list.

Hotel was closed due to flooding. NO CALL, NO NOTIFICATION HOTEL WAS CLOSED UNTIL WE PULLED UP!!!!! Ended up at a whole other hotel who luckily had a room for us. Terrible customer service!

Arrived to check-in and Hotel was closed. There was a sign on the door stating closed due to flooding, along with a phone number. I called the number and was told they had a pipe burst and contacted everyone with a reservation. I was never contacted, had booked 2 rooms, and the other party staying with, also had booked 2 rooms, wasn't contacted. Went to the Hotel across the street to see if had any rooms, which they didn't, and were told the flooding had occured in January.

The wife and I stopped in Cedar Rapids for the night during a business trip. I was pulling a trailer and there was grsat parking. This an older Hampton Inn and the rooms are showing it. Shower was great but the bed was so so. Breakfast was delicious.
