We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience.

Room was clean but no plastic laundry bags or bags in ice container or garbage cans. Great breakfast, beautiful facility (although pool and hot tub not functional), and great staff.

Only bad thing was guide for tv channels was wrong or out dated.

Pull out bed in couch was broken. We had three people on reservation only king bed useable. Breakfast questionable. Room service nonexistent didn’t even empty wastebasket one day. Not up to Wyndham standards at all.
