The service was good. My room was at the top of the stairs so I heard everyone that went up and down the stairs at all hours. Not a very restful sleep. Hot tub and pool hours are limited 10 AM - 10 PM. Why don't hotels post signage reminding tenants to not slam the doors and walk quietly?

Pool not open until 10am. Shower/pipes squeal after a few minutes of use. TV & heat/air worked.nice place, easy to find, good place to stay. Do wish they had an elevator….

There must have been a baseball tournament in town because the pool area was overrun with kids. Noisy, running all over the hotel with wet swimming suits, way overcrowded in the pool and hot tub.

Pool and hot tub were nice. No elevator was not enjoyable! We were with a BMX team and hard ti get the bikess up stairs. Also i am 67 years old and it was a little hard on my knees. The rooms were very clean! I would stay here again and tell people about it.

The motel did not have an elevator. Had to carry heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room was very dusty. We notified the front desk twice. One day they did not even clean the remove nor replace the towels, etc.

The staff were great. They were polite, helpful, and friendly. The room was small. With two people in the room, luggage took a fair amount of clear space. The bathroom was so small, you couldn't close the door without stepping to the side of the toilet. The AC/Heater didn't regulate the temperature well. The bed was comfortable but the temperature never did stabilize. The facility was kept in good repair. Everything worked. Nothing appeared aged or broken. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms well stocked. It wasn't a bad stay, just didn't get the rest I was hoping for.

Friendly staff, good breakfast with hot and cold options, clean, convenient location right off the interstate, really nice area/property for walking dogs. My only complaint is the heating/air conditioning unit is kind of loud and was turning off and on all night - I am not a big 'sleeping with a fan on' person. Also, our neighbors either had their TV blasting for a while or the walls are a little thin, not sure. Overall good stay. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but looked inviting!

A/C did not work properly. Room (218) was uncomfortably hot all night. The A/C kept shutting down after 10-20 minutes and didn’t come back on. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize this until we were unpacked and in bed. Everything else was fine but the A/C failure ruined our stay.

Not a bad place. Desk was helpful. Only issue was with the tv and cable box. The entertainment center/ refrigerator blocked the box on the wall and I had to move it to get the remote to work. Picky? Maybe but still kinda silly to have an issue like that. One of the smallest bathrooms I’ve had in a hotel too.

If this is a quick overnight with only one person you will be fine but not great. If it's family, well the driver will be cranky in the am. After the rock hard mattress with spring noises I hit the hot tub in the am which helped. I'm overweight and barely fit in the bathroom. It consisted of a door, toilet and shower all in one. In order to shut the bathroom door you have to jimmy to the tub and then shut it.

All staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and beds comfy. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great. We attended the Eastern Idaho State fair. Hotel was close and easy to go between. You could walk to fairgrounds if you wanted too. Walmart across the street. We will definitely stay there again next year

We had a room next to us with noisy girls who didn’t quit until someone turned them in at 2:00 am. However, the breakfast offered was one of the best ever. Food was fresh and cooked just right.

Attentiveness of staff was great. Room did its job. Breakfast was a nice selection, scrambled eggs actually cooked all the way and. It from a powder mix. The food seemed to be made there. Even had chopped ham or Canadian bacon in the eggs. Gravy was pretty good. Waffle batter wasn't watered down. Coffee was good here. The lady working the dining area was in point. She is a great employee.
