No person checked us in. No front desk staff. No coffee in room, but had some in lobby. Super thin walls and you could hear everything. Grounds crew was using power tools before 8am in the morning which was really loud. Holes in comforter.

Room smelled really bad like smoke and then some cover up spray, our room was across the street at their second building we weren’t told about and we didn’t find it until after searching for about 20 minutes. Virtual assistant was unhelpful, there was no staff on the property. Mold in the AC unit so we couldn’t use it, and the main building looked like it needed some repairs.

Property was filthy when we arrived. Bed didn't even look like it had been changed. Feces in the toilet urine on the floor. Countertops were taped together and the pool that was supposed to be heated was not even clean look like it hadn't been clean in a month and a half. Broken glass all throughout the parking lots and bugs on the floors in the hotel room. Do not recommend as it has been a hassle to get our money back.
