A very nice reception by the staff, and a good room on the ground floor. But very noisy noisy from the room on the upper floor (we could hear every step and yse of the bathroom). And the adverted pool is a small swimming pool with a tine warmer pool. Towels present, but no changing facilities, lockers, or chairs.

I am not pleased. The property said it has a pool. Indeed it does but it was empty. NO ONE bothered to inform me of this or I would have chosen another place to stay. I’m in the throws of PT and it was essential on this trip that hotels had FUNCTIONING pools. I sent a message to management thru this site and did not received an acknowledgment. The young man who checked us in never made eye contact or said thank you. On the plus side - everything was quite clean.

Great location for visiting Grand Teton Park. Room was very nice and clean. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Had a pool and hot tub. Pool was FREEZING - hot tub was nice and warm to sit in after a day of hiking.

Surprised the rooms were very clean. Wasn’t sure what I’d be opening the door to, the hallway smelled horrible. Beds were comfortable. low quality bedding & towels but at least soft. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. variety to choose from including Hot options. The room rate was higher than expected for what we are used to paying. No other lesser options.

Reception man was awful. Very unwelcoming & unhelpful. Breakfast very bar, no hot food, ie eggs. Toilet tissue you could see through. Bugs in thd room, needs a spray. Awful stay.

For $211 for the night it was extremely over priced. The bed was terrible, and the noise was off of the charts. I could see light from the hallway coming through the curtains. The fan/AC for the room was it this little hallway by the bath room completely away from the sleeping area. We ended up checking out at 6 am because there was no sleep to be had.

We came to hike and the nice, big room was great for our gear. The people were really nice and the breakfast had a lot to choose from. What none of the photos show is that there IS a microwave in the rooms, which, along with the refrigerator, is very handy when you're up and out at the crack of dawn. Most interesting part: the lamp switches were handles that were so easy to use, very nice. Good parking, no problems with noise, it was great to come back to after hiking 4400 vertical feet!

The bed was one of the worst I’ve slept on, the room was hot even though the thermostat was set at 65, and the walls were paper thin. I could hear someone’s phone buzzing from incoming texts in the room next to me in so loudly that it was waking me up. Will not stay here again.

This was an obvious transitioned drive up motel into a hotel, with an exterior wall built around it. It was goofy looking Your windows opened up into a hallway not to the outside, which had to stay closed due to traffic in the hallway This being said it was as well done as it could be and the interior remodel was very nice. It was clean. The price while over 200/night was cheaper than other hotels near Yellowstone. The staff was helpful. They got us a rollaway bed. The breakfast was just average.

Our room was great and had all the amenities needed. I would suggest staying on the 2nd floor as we could hear every footsteps from the room above us. The floor squeaked loudly.

Genuinely nice staff. We were arriving at the Motel after midnight and and since reception closes before then the staff went out of the way and checked us in ahead of time and hid the key for us to be able to get in the room after hours. That speaks volumes. I can tell you that most places would just say sorry cant do. Also because of our poor planning, next day we had to cancel remainder of the nights due to reasons that had nothing to do with the Motel itself. Manager worked with expedia and allowed the cancellation without additional charge. Teton West Motel, thank you for going above and beyond policies to accomodate your customers!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was some sort of mixup between Expedia and the motel and they did not have our reservation when we showed up. Our confirmation number they showed as belonging to another guest who had already checked in. Fortunately they had a room which they gave us at the Expedia price. Then they charged us twice for the room. Once at the Expedia price and then again at the regular price. They reversed the extra charge and were very nice about it.

I was working at a wedding nearby and called ahead to let the hotel know I'd be checking in late. I had made my reservation weeks in advance. When I got to the hotel that night, they had no rooms available. They had given away my room! This is a rural area, morning else available nearby. I ended up having to drive the 3 hours home that night.

Nice area and overall good stay. The last night I was there I was woken up to the front desk person and another man knocking/trying to open my door at night because the guy was apparently looking for a bag he left in the room when he stayed in it. When I checked into that room earlier that day, there was a bag in there and i immediately told the front desk guy and he grabbed it/put it in a closet, so i found it strange that he was trying to get into my room close to midnight when he knew the bag was no longer in my room. Glad I brought a portable door lock!

No one was at the front desk when we arrived and it took about 10 minutes for someone to finally show up and check us in. The room was clean and fine. It was just really annoying tbat we had to wait so long for check-in after a very long day.

They told me the online 3rd party website we used overbooked & wanted to send us to an another place down the road. After a lot of discussion and the front desk person calling his manager a couple times, they finally found another room for us. It was 2 doubles instead of a king.

We used this place as a one night stop after a 7day hiking trip. One the good side the place was clean and had good hot showers, and the location is near decent restaurants Other than that there’s not much to recommend this place. On the downside the reception staff were some of the most clueless, unfriendly and unwelcoming front desk people I’ve ever encountered

Water temperature fluctuated while taking a shower, had to work the knobs constantly during my bath. Direct TV was not working, Asked for assistance but the person in the front desk did not help me at all. Nobody from the staff was supervising breakfast supplies: at some point there was no more coffee and there was no one readily available to prepare more coffee. On the good side: clean and spacious rooms at affordable price. Good location.

This hotel looks like it’s out of business. The property is overgrown with weeds and the staff were ambivalent about pretty much everything. The breakfast was not refreshed at all, milk was expired, etc. garbage bits in the room, but surprisingly it was pretty clean considering everything else.

The room was pretty close to perfect and the staff we dealt with were great. The reason I scored low for service is that the breakfast area seats about 20 people in a hotel that holds 200. We ended up checking out and going down the road to spend money for a breakfast that was included with our room.

The breakfast was better than anticipated. The service was friendly, the room was clean, I had my service dog and they were appropriate and professional with regard to him (you'd be surprised how often hotels are not). The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. I would absolutely stay here again.
