It would be great of the property would update the information on Expedia stating the water park is NOT part of the hotel price and that it is extra. The pictures shown are very misleading as again, the water park is not included in the price of the hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast ok. Kids still had fun even if it cost much more to attend the park attached.

This property is at best a very outdated best western. The walls are so thin you can hear every word of conversations in next room. Housekeeping didn’t come once during our three day stay. They advertise in the amenities they have a pool….. they do NOT! You can pay a crazy amount of money to go to the “water park” next door. $18 per person for 6-10pm ticket much more if you want to go all day. Everywhere needed a good vacuum. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is old but is clean. The TV never worked (I forgot to mention this to the front desk). The continentals breakfast is pretty basic in the 2 nights I stayed the 2 waffle maker machines were not working. Everyone was very nice. The pool and other attractions are not included with your stay, you have to pay extra (like $60 per person). If I come back to ID probably i will definitely stay in a different most upgraded hotel and just pay $74 to go to Silverwood theme park.

If your a stay and play visitor be prepared to park across the street and pack your luggage because the hotel has no parking. Our room had burnt out lights the bathroom was disgusting, the coffee maker had old coffee with mold in it, the tv was in and out of service, the front office didnt give us our triple play vouchers (only knew this after standing in line for 30mins)

Rooms are newly remodeled, with new carpet, paint, and TV. The renovations unfortunately didn't seem to extend to bathrooms or wall outlets. Beds were comfortable. We found two big bugs in the room and asked the front desk if they could give the room a little extra TLC when they cleaned that day. When they came back, the room had not been cleaned -- beds not made, carpets not vaccuumed. Only thing we found were a few extra trash bags, a new mini tube of lotion, and towels. The built-in shampoos and body wash were empty, so those were never replenished before check-in, and we also found leftover debris from the last guest.

I absolutely not recommend this hotel because it’s very dirty, I stayed there Thursday till Sunday and they didn’t cleaning my room, Friday they just made the bed without changing sheets, no cleaning the bathroom not even vacuuming the floor, no shampoo or conditioner at all, I had to ask every time for towels because they didn’t drop towels at room, I led them know that my room needs to clean because Friday was not cleaned and they said on Saturday we’ll be clean it but on Saturday still not cleaned this time not even the bed, so frustrated for me because I have kids and wasn’t ok to stay there like that. As soon as I get there I asked housekeeper every day but they ignored me. Not recommended to anyone this awful place

Our room was absolutely filthy. There was mildew, dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The shampoo dispensers in the shower were broken. There was either a blood or poop smear on the bathroom wall. Our room wasn’t provided with adequate towels and bedding for the number of guests staying in the room. The food was mediocre. $215 per night and the waterpark was not even included. Never again.

The staff was nice. There were multiple mold spots on the bathroom ceiling and they don't clean rooms during your stay. If staying multiple nights with family prepare for overflowing garbages and lots of towels to hang up.

We go every year bd it’s been a good few trips just seems like this year the actual hotel lacked cleanliness. Our room felt grimy, the door was broken (like the actual handle you had to click into place before you could open the door.) the shower seemed u cleaned, there was a stain on the mattress, it was just unclean. My kids love it there so we will definitely be back but over all the rooms could be cleaner.

The back door was never locked anyone could walk in with a hotel full of children. Staff was blocking the halls with cleaning carts the morning we left and we couldn’t get through. Our bathroom was dirty looked like the tub hadn’t been cleaned. Front desk night person was excellent. Very nice and helpful when our reservation where messed up by Expedia

The room we were given was dirty: dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. We asked for house keeping and it wasn’t available so they gave us another room. The second room was also dirty! Bathtub was clogged with hair, toilet was dirty, old rotten food underneath and beside the couch.

Both beds were sagged terribly in the middle. Visible just walking into the room. We had family stay in another room and it was the same in theirs. Awkward and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that it was a great stay and fun for all. Beds just need updates or repairs.

The hotel is just ok. Booked 2 queens and got 1 good queen and a double bed that was small and hard as a rock. walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Our room smelt musty and old. probably won't stay there again. Breakfast was not bad. .

There was false advertisement! The website said Queen beds & they were not queen rather they were a double bed and the mattresses were very old and broken down! Very uncomfortable and I will not stay in their hotel again. They had a sign at check-in that said, excuse the mismatch furniture they were in the process of remodeling, I believe the mismatched furniture was not a problem. It was the old broken down mattresses. Investing in a better sleep quality is more important than how the furniture colors match.

Hotel really needs a lot of work. Beds were horrible and worn down, it’s hard to see in the bathrooms because the lights are so dim. I felt the floor was dirty, and one of the chairs on our 3rd floor balcony was broken!

Very convenient location next to amusement center, dining, shopping. Hotel was clean, but showed some signs of wear. There was some renovations happening to rooms at this time. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent. Our check-in was very smooth. The person checking us in was very accommodating for an early check-in. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and the staff was very good at making sure everything was available and cleaning up as people left. The only issue was our room was not cleaned after the first night (we were there 3 nights). We had to get more towels from the front desk. One of the rooms we had (we had 2 rooms for our group) was cleaned the next day and one only had one bed made and nothing else done. Overall we would recommend this place.

The people in the room next to me left their giant dog barking the entire time in the room so loud I couldn't even even hear the TV, and when they came home at 10:45 at night, the children were screaming so unbelievably loud. I had to call the front desk multiple times. The people have been warned like three times by other people to be quiet and they refuse to move me to another room. I will never stay there again.

The whole experience was wonderful. Front desk ladies were amazing. We arrived early from Montana, so I was going to see if I could get my discounted triple play tickets while we waited. She let us check in early because the room was available. Everything was clean and very nice. And the park was a blast. Overall a wonderful experience.

Upon arrive staff was friendly but we needed blankets for the pull out and they acted so inconvenienced to get them, even telling us they probably didn’t have any. We had booked for six people so that was shocking. It took them so long to bring the thin little blanket. Had I asked for multiple blankets I could understand it might be hard to gather them. Overall I would say the staff needs more training in hospitality and to be prepared for the amount of guests.

We've stayed here before, and it's worth noting that the previous weird smell in the room was not an issue this time – the room smelled clean! The hotel staff were super nice. However, we encountered some rude staff at the fun center, although they appeared to be teenagers who seemed unenthusiastic about their job. It’s was okay, the phone didn’t work I couldn’t even dial the front desk. Tv didn’t work well, the guide wasn’t available and you had to scroll through the channels. Couldn’t call the front desk to talk about it so we just didn’t use it. Everything else was great. Service was fantastic.

I loved the staff, and the breakfast. It’s very convenient to stay and play and have everything right there in your hotel. However it’s noisy and kids running everywhere which is expected so if you want a peaceful place, don’t stay here, but if you want fun for your family then it was perfect.

With a water park right next door this is definitely a kid-friendly hotel. The service was excellent and the room was comfortable, however, the TV guide did not work so we had to scroll thru dozens of channels before we found what we were looking for. (Probably the provider's issue). The carpet is dated but expected with all the activity. The breakfast was awesome! The only thing I would suggest is an "Adult Only" hot tub after 7pm. I needed a good soak after being in the car for 5 hours but there were 6 kids in there and I am not that brave! We would definitely stay there again though.

It’s a bit noisy because of all the kids and starts getting noisy very early for the same reason. It’s a kids resort so that is to be expected. Lots to do at Triple Play indoor/outdoor park! Free breakfast was nice, however the pancake/waffle makers didn’t work. Room was clean, but TV remote and air conditioning didn’t work properly. Staff was friendly and prompt when needed.

Fun fun fun! This is a great location for a getaway with the kids. Lots of fun things to do from water slides to bowling. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! Super friendly staff.

Hotel was great. The staff was super friendly. There is food close by outside the hotel area. Access to the waterpark from inaide the hotel. The beds could be upgraded. Ours felt like it was broken (sunken in) in the middle. Breakfast wasnt the best choice. No juice dispenser, so the juice was brought out in jugs and was warm.

Ok this weekend trip was in lieu of my 2 sons birthday parties. They each got to pick a friend and traveled from WA to ID, to the Triple Play Hotel & Amusement Center. The front desk staff was great, very polite and genuinely helpful. The kids loved the water park and the amusement center. The Hotel buffet breakfast was great and the best thing about it was it runs from 6am to 10am. Nobody got left out for sleeping late. Although there was a mix up between expedia and myself about the room, we managed to all cram in there anyway and this is where the only problem was. My husband and I stayed on the pull out couch and when we pulled it out, low and behold it looked like nobody had cleaned under there for over a year. It was pretty gross. I didnt complain, but I think now they should know to check all of the pull out couches, the area where the bed pulls out of, its really dirty. Otherwise is was a great timd had by all.

Fun place to take the kids for a night! The hotel and park are separate so I can see this place getting expensive for multiple nights if you’re just here for the theme park. Mind you that is not the hotels fault but it’s slightly misadvertised as one place. I don’t think that is intentional and I was able to weed through that and notice it’s not. We went during a weekday which made everything super affordable. Overall the hotel itself was a great stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds & great breakfast!

For the price room should have been cleaned daily. Water park and attractions should be included with the per night price so high. Breakfast was not great. Juice machine not working any of the four days along with pancake machine. Ran out of bottled juice Sunday.

I had 2 rooms reserved,when we got to our rooms my room had a odor of cleaner in it. I have cancer and the smell instantly didn't agree with me. I called the front desk and explained my situation, Ace the young lady at desk took care of the problem immediately. Ace was extremely nice and helpful.

Our stay at triple play was all over, pretty great. Our daughter had an amazing time and even told us, best day ever! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even offering the refrigerator behind the desk for our cupcakes. However, the room was a bit on the untidy side. The towels had little black specs all over them as well as the sheets. My daughter's feet were dirty from just walking on the carpet in the room and it seemed as if one of the housekeepers left their full cup coffee at the little coffee area. Overall, we had a wonderful time and were able to look over the few things in the room. We will absolutely be back!
