Pool was broken found out 4 hrs befor arriving and had been broken for the 5 previous day the heater in the room was extremely noisy to the point that we had to unplug it due to the control panel not working

The elevator wasn't working. To the staff's credit, they did call in advance to let customers know. I didn't have much luggage, so I kept my reservation. I got there late and went straight to bed without really examining the room. At 6:00 AM, the fire alarms went off. I ran downstairs and around to the lobby to ask if this was a drill; they said to evacuate. I ran back to my room, gathered my belongings and went down to my car. Fire engines came. About 7:00 AM, the engines left, so I assumed it was OK to go back in. The staff never informed us if that was OK or not. When I got back into the room and turned on the lights, I was disappointed to see a big smudge on the bedside table. And there was standing water in the shower with a dirty ring. I skipped getting a shower, got dressed, and left. I would not recommend this place until some improvements are made.

Another extended day trip, 4 nights. All the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. Indoor pool, hot tub, gym. Decent breakfast, great beds, pillows and comfort. Close to family, great location with movies, dinning, entertainment all close by. Have stayed here multiple times and always will as long as they provide the service they are committed to.

Room#321, Room 3rd flr. elevator inoperable, I am handicapped. Shower dripped 24/7, could not use due the mildew on shower floor. Not only gross but you are wasting hundreds of gallons of water. Ice machines every floor inoperable. Fireplace inoperable. TV remote non-functioning. Coffee machine not working properly. Couch filthy needs shampooing. Blackout curtains do not pull shut. Two bright lights outside my window. Could not sleep.Walls need painting. I believe these problems are never addressed. On a positive note, I will say the staff was courteous, friendly and the hotel and grounds were well kept. You need a maintenance guy on the rooms..Had to bury my brother did not need all the problems I had to deal with at $300 a night. After all I had to endure, I should get a refund for the room. They are always friendly and polite. Hot tub was down when we checked in but it was working again just a couple hours later so we didnt have to miss out on relaxation time.

The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, walking around the room barefoot made the bottom of my feet black. Possibly mold in the shower and a hole in the drywall above the shower and hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was average at best, two out of the four tables I inspected had dried syrup on them, possibly from the previous day by how hard it was to clean off. Few bonuses were the 24-hour pool and hot tub and coffee.

Floors were very dirty and not vacuumed or mopped throughout the hotel. In our room, it smelt like vomit in the corner with lots of deodorant spray to cover it up. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and caulking around the tub was peeling and very dirty or moldy.

Room was falling apart didn’t even have a light fixture just wires hanging out of the ceiling. Breakfast attendant was awful she told us to move and get out of her way. Very dirty.

Cold water valve on jacuzzi did not work. When the jets turned on it smelled terrible and filled the tub with debris of who knows what. It was not cleaned like a suite should be cleaned.

We like this hotel because the beds are so comfortable. The carpet is totally disgusting. I have never seen worse stains in any hotel. Couldn't stand to walk in my bare feet. It is really sad because the service is amazing, the food was really good, the beds are really comfortable, the pool is really nice, but their carpet in the room and all down the hall was absolutely gross. My husband, Brad said we wont stay there again. Im pretty sure that a decent carpet cleaner could remedy part of the problem. It looks like people just spill their coffe and nobody pays attention. Big round dark stains everywhere. I would never allow my home to look like that. The maids need to let someone know immediately so it can be cleaned. The darker carpet does not hide the black stains. Get a carpet cleaner in there. Everything about the hotel is excelent except the filthy carpet everywhere.

The bed and pillows were comfortable however there was hair (pubic, and head) and a stain on the first bed so I got moved to a new room that also had hair on the sheets and then another room which was our third room and by that time it was late at night and I just wanted to sleep so I just slept with my own blanket and I payed for a suit which I thought was going to be nicer and they were all gross

This LaQuinta is getting a bit old. The toilet seat seemed like it was peeling.? The carpet by the door was fringing. Was ok for the night, but would not stay a 2nd.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. We got a suite that included a kitchenette, it made our lives so much easier. We were able to keep our drinks and left overs cold. Our beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and nice, internet connection was great, staff were kind, and the pool was big enough for my family and a couple others to swim without bumping into each other. We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta, it was one of the nicest places we stayed during our trip.

This was for our anniversary. From the pictures the loft had a bed and huge tub. When we got to the room it only had one bed. So that was disappointing. The room was way hot 78 when we walked in. We had to turn the A/C on and leave for a while so it could cool off. The room was dated and the shower dripped ALL night!! Needs paint and some upkeep/maintence. Then at breakfast we were making waffles. The employee named Brenda accused my kids of getting the butter spray out and told them they don’t need it and it tastes bad. I told her it was me who got it out. I am the customer and can use it on the griddles if I like the taste. She was rude. Very disappointed in the rudeness of this staff member. Not relaxing!!!!

Booked a room with a hot tub and when starting the jets it smelled like sulfur. Made my wife sick and couldn’t use. Needs cleaning. Carpet is also freighted walking into room. Not a great stay due to pricing being over 300 to find those issues with our room.

No complaints about the hotel itself as it met my expectations per the booking. The problem was the people in the parking lot setting off fireworks until 11:45pm on July 5th. We called the front desk to do something about it. They said they couldn't do anything about it which we found to be an inadequate answer. They could've spoken with them. Also there are noise ordinances and the police could've been involved. They tried to justify their inaction by saying it wasn't on the property which was untrue. Clearly unwilling to assist.

I asked for an early check in since I had an eye surgery at 2:15. I don’t do well with anesthesia so this is why I wanted to get all the paperwork out of the way prior to my surgery and I explained that to her. Shannon at the front desk was quite rude and not in the least accommodating to the situation. After I left my friend went in and tried to talk to her and she threatened to cancel the reservation all together, which made my situation of having surgery and possibly no where to go afterwards even more stressful. She kept giving my friend different dates about when I made the reservation, none of which were correct. I made the reservation the previous Friday right after I found out I needed to have surgery as soon as possible and they scheduled it for the following Wednesday. I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for many years, this has been our go to destination when we want to get out of town for a weekend away. The grandkids love to stay here and swim in the pool. The location is great for the activities we like to do. I also have had many Dr appts in Idaho Falls and will stay the night so we can get in some shopping and relaxing instead of rushing home. But I will rethink this as my go to place to stay after my negative interactions with Shannon.

Breakfast was hot and excellent choices. Eggs, sausauge, potatoes, yogurt, etc. Hot coffee cookies. Beds/Rooms were clean Pool and hottub were clean Safe area - Sushi and Hibatchi next door best atmosphere and staff We ended up with car trouble and got stranded. Our initial 1 night turned into 3 nights -The manager Lisa and her staff were more than helpful, accomidating and went way above and beyond to help us. They made a very stressful time... enjoyable! The people in this community are outstanding! I CAN NOT offer as many stars as they deserve. Absolute blessing!

Comfortable stay! I chose this hotel as my base to visit Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, quiet, clean, and pleasantly scented. Free parking and breakfast. Plenty of stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again! No complaints!

The room was clean and comfortable. They were able to provide a roll-away bed for my kid. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles for the hot food and yogurt, fruit, and hard-boiled eggs also in addition to the drinks, cereal, toast, and bagels.

It was a fantastic stay but the only flaw was no batter for the waffle iron. Quite disappointing for the little ones because they were looking forward to having waffles. The first day was bad but two days in a row they couldnt understand.

Breakfast eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold. We were there shortly after breakfast opened and it was cold. But the hotel was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable.
