I've stayed at other Days Inns and they were clean and professional. This place felt very different. The parking lot was near a dark and loud highway overpass. When we arrived there were no lights on in the hotel. There were large piles of dirty laundry in the halls. The safety lock in our room was broken and the room needed a paint job. It was the Balloon Fiesta so the room charge was still 4x the usual rate.

The place is just ugly outside nothing fancy, you walk inside and there is a fridge with nothing in it. The hotel stated breakfast and WiFi and there was no breakfast and no WiFi. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and smelt good. But the shower made no sense it’s literally a one night motel. Shouldn’t be considered a hotel when it has motel vibes.

Just a terrible experience. It’s a low income single night residency place. Noise all night. Noise complaint was ignored. They ran out of glasses, plastic glasses, nothing to drink with or swallow a pill. They advertise breakfast but there wasn’t any. Not even coffee in the morning. Located in a scary neighborhood.
