The penthouse rooms are great. The regular rooms are also nice and spacious. However, there is no bar or food in the pool area which kind of threw off our staycation. Other than that great hotel!

Only one elevator operating. Pool area looked quite nice but we were not able to enjoy it because of weather. It seemed food options were limited. Room comfortable but felt it was overpriced for a weekday. Hotel staff very friendly.

I wanted to relax by the pool with a few drinks and good food for the three days i was there, unfortunately they don't allow ANY food or alcohol anywhere in that entire area. It was very disappointing! Other than that the resort is very nice.

All I can say is this is our new go to when we travel to Albuquerque. Thank u isleta got a good night. Only down part is theres no bowling and arcade anymore. But we will be back for sure.

The room was extremely dusty and dirty. Our 6yr old was struggling with his allergies and breathing because of the amount of dust everywhere in the room. The lamp shades had blankets of dust hanging off of them. The water pressure on the shower was intolerably hard. We were told the pool closes at 9pm not 10pm (as website states). The pool was closed early both nights because of clouds. The need for a card to use the elevators were inconvenient and there was no continental breakfast. Just overall disappointment and frustration. Will not be staying there again..

Customer service at the front desk was great at check-in. Once my party and I got to the room, I became disappointed. There were dried-up mini pepperonis under the desk area as we pulled the chair out. Requested housekeeping, while we were out of the room. They didn't come to service the room until we returned, about 4 hours later. It was a trip for my birthday, so I'm trying to be reasonable and not get bugged by something small, but that changed when I left behind an item. Going on day two now, and I have been transferred to security, housekeeping, and back to the front desk multiple times. Disconnected. Called back. No sincere or helpful resolutions. Sadly, I'll be taking the loss and ultimately staying far away from this place.

Check in was easy and Front Desk workers were very friendly. We got VIP treatment . We stayed on the 6th floor penthouse room was clean AC was not the best but it worked beds were super soft but fell in in the middle so made for a uncomfortable situation also queen beds are small. Bathroom the toilet is in its own area with a sliding door very small area not comfortable also no fan in bathroom. Bathtub was very large with jets but did not use, shower is in bathtub not very good pressure at all. It was very hard stepping into bathtub to take a shower so if you have knee problems this is not a good room to get. Ate at the Restaurant it was okay not great but okay. Ate at Panda Express was delicious fresh and portions were great as well. Went to the coffee and ice cream shop they have and that was okay not great. Pool was very cold but nice. Hot tub was nice as well.very clean. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful .

The double queen size bed room was perfect. The furniture accessories offered a convenient place for every item. Room A/C worked great and quiet. Beds and pillows are top notch. Shower pressure was perfect offering warm water immediately. Rooms are very clean as well as the common areas. The resort had a great vacation vibe.

This property desperately needs renovation. The furniture is chipped, wall paper is cut, drains are stained, light fixtures are crooked and phone did not work. Air conditioner fan had one speed although it showed 3 settings.

Nice pool, but the rooms are showing signs of aging. The floor boards are falling off the wall. The wood trimming beneath the fridge is warped and damaged due to a water leak from the fridge. Not to mention the lighting, It’s too dim and dark in the rooms. Please update the lighting or put in some lamps. You can hear the neighbors in the next room so we didn’t sleep well. It’s time to renovate the rooms!

Staff at front desk was rude, he had no social skills, rooms were mid, KCup Coffee maker was gross, no waters in room, soap for showers were missing, small details of repairs were very obvious and room charges were awkward, bartenders did not know how to achieve this, each bartender had own method, was a.bit weird, however all bartenders were amazing!

We got to the property around 2:00 for early check cause we were going to a funeral viewing on Tuesday at 4:00/ They told us computers were down to come back at 3:00 when back at 3:00 told to come back at 4:00 so then we did and there was a long line of people checking wait 30 minutes only 2 people checking people then the girl couldn't find my reservation finally the other man helped her find it. I didn't like them making copy of my credit card but I did cause we had to get ready. I hope all those copies were destroyed.

The hotel was clean, only a few staff seemed genuinely nice. The front desk never seemed busy during our 3 night stay but always seemed inconvenienced when asked for any information even during check in. We did ask for an early check in and was told they would call when our room was ready. We never got a call and just killed time until actual check in which was about 5 hours later. Coming from a place huge on hospitality, Las Vegas NV, this was a little disappointing.

Went to a concert at the amphitheater thinking that it was on the property, but it was not walkable and had to drive 15 minutes away. At check in there was a woman who was a disabled veteran and she had to cancel the room and did not attend the concert because of her disability. The location of the amphitheater was misrepresented by Isleta and the concert venue. They need to work out shuttle service from the hotel. I also have a disability and the walking was very painful. I had to leave the concert early because of it. The concert was great, but there were no accommodations provided.

A lovely hotel. If you are visiting Albuquerque you would need a car as it’s quite far out of the city, but that means it’s quieter and in a beautiful location. Lots to do, including a casino, restaurants and a pool. The spa was $60 each so we didn’t use it. Very comfy and quiet at night time.

First the good, the rooms are amazing. They are huge and so comfortable and luxurious, staff. was so nice. Now the bad. That beautiful spa you see in the pictures is not open to hotel guests that is an additional amount of money. The pool is just OK. But where this place totally misses the mark is food. Nothing was open except the TexMex place and chinese fast food. Resturant is empty and we were told we had to wait 25 min to eat because there were no waiters. Food was awful. So like all the other reviews this is a great place to stay but eat before you get there.

The hotel is clean, staff was nice, room was comfortable. Do not stay here if you plan on needing to eat. Numerous restaurants with lack of help and wait for a hamburger was 45 minutes. Management truly needs to get control of this situation, it ruins the stay. Wait time for the restaurant was over 2 hours. The coffee shop had good coffee. Would probably not stay here again due to the location, higher cost, and lack of restaurants.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. One of the main downsides, however, was that you aren't allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages and take them back to your room, to the pool, or anywhere else on the property. You can only drink within the designated bar areas, which may be a newer rule across all New Mexico casinos—I’m not entirely sure. Another thing to note: this resort doesn’t offer room service. Housekeeping didn't come around until about 5:30 in the evening, and for the other two rooms we had booked, one wasn’t cleaned for two full days despite requesting service. We eventually had to call the front desk to get someone to come by. On a positive note, I did get a massage at the spa, and it was truly wonderful. Kyle, the masseuse, was calm, sweet, and very professional. He really made the whole experience feel relaxing and therapeutic. The pool and spa areas were nice, though very crowded—which, to be fair, was probably due to it being Memorial Day weekend. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The casino had a very sterile, almost boring vibe to it—just not much energy. If that’s your thing, Isleta might be a good fit. But if you’re looking for a resort with a more lively, upbeat atmosphere, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
