Rooms were bigger than I expected them to be. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. Nothing to complain about.

The staff was outstanding in its attention, helpfulness and competence. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Chair in room was stained. No table in room. Bathroom vanity was peeling.

We chose this hotel because we were traveling with pets. I requested a pet room. Walking in it looked okay. A bed, a table and an office chair. The bed was great. The bathroom facilities were not: The walls in the tub area were patched and crumbly, not repainted well if it was repainted. The water pressure for the shower was so poor I could not wash my hair. As I stood in the shower the water came up over my ankles and after turning off the water, it took 20 minutes to drain. The outlet by the sink had only one receptor working. When we turned on the hot water at the sink, it sprayed/leaked water all over the counter. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work. Looking at the smoke alarm, we questioned whether it would work or not. It was very old and yellow. The next morning we were leaving, there were 2 very tiny bugs of some sort by the edge of the tub on the floor. Room 339 needs repairs before it is used again. I shared our experience with the front desk person as I did not want to lose my $100 room deposit that was required in addition to the pet fee of $50 for two small dogs that did not cause a problem.
