I’ve stayed here a few times in the past, I was in a nice room & saw a few balloons go up prior to Albuquerque’s International Balloon Fiesta this weekend coming up. Though I was hoping to use the pool the 4 days I was there, but they said it was under maintenance?? Which I found to be untrue. I even saw some people swimming in it anyways

Just good , only one elevator at the other end of the hotel, Ice machine and vending machine were out of order on 2 and 3 floor, only one washing machine and one dryer. In the room , air conditioning was terribly noisy, we can see light under the door. Confortable bed.

The property felt unsafe, with people loitering near the entrance and other places on the property. The floors were filthy, the tub backed up so we couldn't take showers, there was hair everywhere- in the bathroom and on the beds, and the texture on the ceiling was peeling off in the bathroom.

The room smelled as if I was a smoking prior and had a musty smell. The shower curtain rod was broken, the fridge was broken and wouldn't seal up causing it to run all night, the room over all was very outdated and needs help. There were bugs in my room and the tub won't drain. The free breakfast was a far cry from breakfast with a bowl of cereal and a waffle as options. Wouldn't stay there again

The mattress was in fact comfortable; however, the floor was filthy. The bedspread had a deep red stain which we think was nail polish. The shower pressure was weak, and an electrical socket was really sticking out, posing a potential danger. There were waffles at breakfast, but no eggs.

Pictures were VERY misleading. Very dirty, smelly (smoke & vomit) & terribly maintained. Pull out beds were dirty. The lock on one of the doors didn’t work. You could see light under the door. Also there was a security guard, which should make you feel better but it did not. The next morning when checking out asked for the manager so I could make sure we don’t get charged for all damage in the room but he was late. Not sure when he would arrive.

The bathroom paint was terrible which made it seem dingy.. the vanity area floor was really dirty didn’t look like they every cleans behind sink and wall. But I loved the fridge and microwave. The over all room was nice!!

There were cockroaches in the rooms they charged us a pet fee when we should of charged them. I had to buy my own spray to help mitigate. WILL NOT ATAY HERE AGAIN .

Very convenient location, right off I-25. It was only about a 15-minute drive from the airport. It is pretty close to the old town area also. Free breakfast is a huge plus for me, as it saves me from having to figure out what I'll be eating for breakfast each morning. I gave it 3 starts because the room was a little bit weathered, but clean.

The best part of the stay was the check in. Staff were nice and professional. Beyond that though there was a lot left to be desired. We stayed in one of the suites. It was spacious and had 2 bathrooms, which I don't know that I've ever stayed in a hotel that had 2 bathrooms in 1 room but that's where the positives ended. Both bathrooms were sketchy. They weren't super clean and needed to be remodeled long ago. One AC window unit worked great in one half of the suite, the other didn't. So one half of the room was warm all night. The beds weren't the typical queen sized beds you'd expect to find in a hotel. They were fulls so they're wasn't much space if you sharing it with someone. And oh yeah, our toilet seat was not on the toilet when we arrived. I fixed it myself. All in all, I'd say you get what you pay for here at this motel (doors do face outside so I consider that a motel and not hotel). The rate for a suite was pretty reasonable but don't expect anything fancy.

It was after 10:00 PM when we checked in and after we got to our room, we discovered our TV didn't work. I called the front desk and the young man came and fixed it in just a few minutes. He was professional and courteous.

Had a few complaints the sink was clogged and the TV did not work. Brought them to the property managers attention she was very rude about them none of it was fixed during our stay asked for some compensation and was denied by property manager

The staffer who checked us in was obviously not concerned about our needs. During our stay, the television in our room did not work properly and the ice machine didn’t work. When we asked for help, he was not concerned and said that we would just have to deal with the problems. Would not stay at this motel again or recommend it to anyone.

Lisa at the front desk was rude. I asked for more towels and then asked me to bring the dirty ones in a garbage bag which I didn't have an issue with but when I handed them to her she started to look thru the bag and count the towels in front of me. I told her that they were all there and she said thay she didn't mean to offend me but the towels dissappear there. I told her she shouldn't do that in front of the guest!

We were first greeted by an unfriendly employee, with no smile, no words spoken, and no thank you. After trying to check into our room, we were blocked by the security door latch. After going down to the front desk for assistance, this same woman came up to try to help us get in. After many f-bombs by this employee her ending up punching the door, she called for assistance. We ended up having a suite, which we didn't know and she didn't either! They lock one door with the security latch and you can only enter through the 2nd door. No apology was given by this employee. We have never been treated like this at any hotel in our lives! Upon entering our room, we found if disgustingly filthy. Filthy and stained chair and couch, blood on bath mat, dirty floor, holes in the black out curtain, one toilet would not work, and the whole room smelled of sewer. I would not ever stay at another Days Inn & Suites by Wyndam! Furthermore, the employee that served us should not be representing your company and should be fired!

Clean, safe, in a good part of town. Just off the freeway and within a 5 min drive to good food, entertainment and shopping. Was really nice they had an elevator to get to the various floors and parking was very spacious.

I was staying at this hotel because I went for the balloon fiesta for the first time. I booked 2 days not knowing what to expect and the website said the morning session was 430am until 12pm noon. The fiesta was over by 9am pretty much. The hotel was a 10 minute drive to the park by Lyft, but it took forever to get a driver because of the traffic. The hotel itself was nothing fancy, but clean, basic free breakfast, and close to what I was going for. I asked the front desk clerk, Cesar, very friendly, since the fiesta was over am I able to check out a day early and get a refund of the 2nd night? He told me to follow up with the 3rd party because the hotel was not booked directly thru them. I asked him if he can please make sure to have that i checked out before 11am and that i would call hotels.com. I reached out to hotels.com and they spoke with manager Daniel and the agent Karla was told no and to contact the hotel directly. At this point I'm disappointed I'm losing out on $187 for an unused night. She also was not even able to offer me a credit. I knew I'd be playing phone tag or he said, she said, so I have to take the loss.

The property had homeless people walking around in the parking lot and people sleeping in their cars. The room was really old and the showerhead hair in it. The air conditioning did not work and was missing the cover and was full of dirt inside.. under the pull out Couch was full of it food crumbs. I would not recommend especially with children.

Not bad for the price. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff did not see/read our request for a ground floor room (although they were able to accommodate).... Rooms have a lamp and space for a reading chair, but no chair (was advised that no rooms have this.... ).... Would be a nice addition.... Breakfast was sparse..... cereal, white bread and waffles..... They used to have a full hot breakfast.... oh, well....

The first room the sink did not drain and the toilet was not attached well. The second room they put me in did not have a phone next to the bed but it was in the other room. This was an inconvienience. Also, the toilet did not flush well. The biggest down side to this hotel which really set me wrong was that they wanted to charge a $25fee for a late check out of only 2 hrs. Unfortunatley they are so short sided that charging this fee may get them $25 but it lost me from returning to that property of Days Inn at all which will cost them thousands in my rental money as well as all the people I tell. So sad they don't get customer service. Also, FYI the breakfast does not have ANY protien. Big thumbs down.

This hotel was adequate. Nothing majorly wrong, especially considering the cost. The bed was comfortable but the bottom sheet did not fit and would not stay on. A big open space in the room would indicate there used to be seating, which would have been nice. There is only one desk chair for seating. Breakfast was pretty minimal and the coffee was was not good enough to bother drinking.
