Run!! Do not stay here! Pool is green, stains on the carpeting in the room, stains on the bed sheets, hallways reeked of weed, the only exercise equipment that worked was the 1 exercise bike! The two treadmills did not work, the stair stepper did not work, the elliptical did not work, they are missing hand weights, and the rowing machine directions are in Spanish only! No one cleaned up the towels from the pool area overnight!!! And yes, people still swam in the green pool!!!!!! Praise God nothing happens to my vehicle, that was the only good thing from the stay!!

Check in was quick and simple, room was large and clean. Car park was constantly monitored by security so felt very safe leaving our hire car parked. The indoor pool was clean with plenty of fresh towels for use. The hotel and casino is an easy 20minute walk over to the beautiful Arch National Park and city of St Louis. Wish we had the time of I stay longer

The hotel was overall good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, the bathrooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel and casino looked very unsafe, but once inside, there were security features that made us feel...well, secure. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the exercise room wasn't great. The treadmills didn't work, the seat on the airdyne bike was wobbly and the only barbells still in pairs were 25 lbs or more. Price was great and overall a good value.

Check in was great! Property is dirty. Elevator is filthy. Amenities are run down. Carpet looked like a crime scene took place. We had water in carpet from toilet running under tiles. Bed was actually comfy. Needs major upgrades!

The hotel is old, no doubt but that doesn't excuse the filthy air conditioning unit, filthy wall switches, blood on the bed sheets, urine on the base of the toilet, weeks of not mopping behind the bathroom door, flickering light in the shower. Absolute worst hotel as far as up keep. On the other hand, the staff were VERY polite at check in/out. Cleaners need to dust once in a while, spot clean walls/ switches/knobs once in a while and let maintenance know when something doesn't work.

This hotel has been in need of renovations for the last 10 years. I’m not sure who owns it but they should go tour the rooms for themselves. I’d be embarrassed if I were a business man to say I owed it. I will start by saying the staff is always super friendly! And housekeeping does what they can with what they have. We have stayed here prolly 20 times or more and have never gotten a room without stains on the carpet And when I say stains I mean even if cleaned they aren’t coming up. This time my the bed sheets are so old they had a huge rip on them, housekeeping did what they could and at least put it at the foot of the bed. But come on!!! Cooperate can’t even supply new sheets?! If the carpets are stained so bad you think a murder might have taken place amd the sheets are so old they are ripping…what about the mattresses? Bed bugs? Some will say why do you keep returning? We do so because of the location to St. Louis and the casino on site! We love supporting St. Louis and Casino queen, Just really really wish some updates would be done before it’s to late and y’all decide to close because lack of business.

Carpet in the room was FILTHY! I don't think it has been shampooed / cleaned since it was installed; it also had stains and tears. Commode was not secure. It wobbled while being used. Lost water pressure in the shower halfway through my shower. Had to go outside the hotel to get to the casino

The property overall was nice. Just a few steps to the casino. The room was nice and clean although the carpet was stained. The outlet closest to my bed didn't work. They could definitely use a larger TV. The room was a good size. The view of the St Louis Arch and the Mississippi River was terrific...we were on the 4th floor. The sports complex is just across the bridge. Overall we had a nice stay.

We've stayed here several times before and were always satisfied. We enjoy the complimentary shuttle to Busch Stadium and the casino next door. However, this time we felt the property has gone downhill... the carpet in our room had many stains and the bathroom tiles were cracked and moldy. The overall condition of the property has declined. Not sure if we'll be back.

The rooms have a small old 19 inch tv on the wall. The room they gave me the tv did not work . I called the front desk 4 times before they sent maintenance up to check it out. So 4 calls later he came up and told me that it did not work and I had to move to a different room..

The first staff at the check in I encountered was great. The later night staff was somewhat rude. They shut down one of the elevators and there were many people in lines trying to get to their rooms after a concert. Air conditioner runs extremely loud

I would stay there again for the price but it does need some furniture upgrades and lighting in bathroom. Beds were decent though. Adding a breakfast is always a plus. GREAT VIEW OF THE ARCH

Check in was smooth and easy and the staff was fantastic. The room was pretty dirty, noticeable dust on the carpets, the tv wouldn’t work, the ac unit was LOUD, both bedside lamps would not work, obvious water leak from toilet stained bathroom floor. The hotel has a lot of potential, but just needs more attention to cleanliness and making sure amenities are in working order

The hotel itself is nice…needs new carpet, but most places do. The first front desk lady was not interested in doing her job (didn’t get her name, if I see her today I’m putting it) however Tanya was amazing! She handled all my requests and made sure I was taken care of and that’s definitely what I appreciate when starting somewhere. I would definitely stay again. The chicken in the casino is awesome!

We were there for Bands of America marching contest at the dome in Americas Center. Brie greeted us. We were very tired from our 6 hour drive from Oklahoma. She was so sweet and so helpful. Check in was smooth and quick. The rest of the staff were also kind and very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The smoke detector kept going off. The maintenance guy was there within minutes to change the battery. He was also very kind. The view from our room was beautiful.

The location was great! The desk staff at check in left a lot to be desired. They were more concerned with their phone than the guests. Tv kept going in and out with the rain so don’t count on entertainment in the room. But otherwise the room was nice and clean and comfortable. Good value.

Nice place but a shame we didn't make it into the room due to staff over booking the place for the night. I booked months ago. Not fair at all. Sounds like staff not paying attention to anything to over book the place. Very upset about the whole deal. Staff was actually rude to us about the whole deal when we asked why they didn't notice they over booked the place. Would have been nice to offer us another room for a another stay sometime due to there mistake maybe instead of being rude.

Worst experience ever! Book 2-double rooms months ago for this past Friday. Arrived around 530p. As I was checking in the gal said she had to call her manager for approval but didnt say why. She came back and said she only had 2-king rooms available. I explained that would not work and I booked a long time ago. They offered rollaways. Fine.. get to one room and they delivered 4 roll aways and no bedding. We called and said 2 rollaways would be fine, please pickup the other 2 and deliver bedding. They agreed. We went to the game. Returned. No bedding still. Called down again and was promised it was on its way. 45 min later, no bedding. Called again. This time a new gal says she is the only one working and cannot leave the desk. Told me to come get it. I explained I had 2 sleeping infants and could not do that and we had called multiple times earlier. She said she would stwp away and bring it up when she was done with customers. 30 min goes by. I call again because still no bedding. Mind you its after 1am!!!!!! She says its on its way. 2am no bedding. Finally covered the babies with the not wrt towrls. Covered myself with a towel and laid down on possibly the worst, stinkiest roll away ever. Worst night of sleep ever. There were 2 gals fist fighting in the hall between 2-3 am. Charter to was the only decent thing about this hotel. Im demanding a refund! They was horrible

The hotel itself was great, staff was super friendly and accommodating! Helped with a key card issue and kept our bags safe so we could visit the after we checked out. The only issue was at check in, where the hotels. com information was not sent to the hotels system, so the staff had to enter all the info by hand as I was standing at the desk. Very friendly staff throughout the entire process tho.

The hotel is next door to the casino and is easy walking distance to the local Metrolink train. The room was nice enough, but the carpet was stained in a few places in my room--but that didn't prevent me from enjoying a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Either taking the train or driving, you're only minutes across the Mississippi River from downtown, so the price paid for the room is better than staying right downtown.

Located in a Horrible area - The exterior of the property looked awful. The hotel smelled weird....got in the room it smelled like some weird stale air and nasty nose burning cleaner. Furniture had chips and cracked ...lampshade was cracked, carpets filthy, chair filthy. We checked in and knew we would not get our money back - but also didn't want to risk taking back any "souveniers" with us. We booked another hotel which cost another 500.00 Its one thing for Casino Queen to be run down but when big money Draft Kings put their name on it. The fact that all you did was BRANDING and you did nothing to improve the property and the hotel is more no-tel hotel. Its gross and no valet -

We had a beautiful view of the arch. Other than that, unimpressed. The exterior isn't well maintained. Interior is very dated but clean. The person who checked me in was grumpy, and didn't want to be bothered. The restaurants in the casino are the only handy places, and all i can say is 'depressing'.
