I stayed here last year, and it was kinda run down but tolerable. This year the place had really tuened into a dump. Pool broken, capets coming up and filthy, paint vracked and pealing, the whole place stank llike not enoug cheap cleaning supplies over too much leaking sewage and the employees were smoking right in the driveway. Ick.

Really run down. Need to be remodeled completely. The bathtub was painted half way and was peeling off. The entrance ceiling was falling apart. Price was good but boy was it a dump.

Not the cleanest or most updated place, but the staff is friendly and it’s better than some around the same area. The beds were clean. The bathroom was clean. The pool was out of service, unfortunately but it was a very convenient location for all the places that we needed to go in El Paso. We will be staying there again because of the price and location near the hospital where my husband is currently.

Like the location. Do not like the unworkable (the only one) ice machine with 100 weather. And, Font doors not working properly. I did not eat there. I'm thinking of seeking another hotel for my next trip.

Need to share the condition of the property. We tried multiple rooms before finding one that the toilet & tv & ac were in working condition. Pool is out of service. Pipes leaking, very unclean

The pool was down for maintenance. Breakfast wasn’t very good, they don’t clean the rooms every day. It’s not bad and close to shopping, seems safe. I would say average hotel, not bad for what I paid.

The building is under some much needed renovations. The room was pretty outdated but at least it was clean. Hot water works, but the WiFi was down our entire stay. It’s cheap, so you’re basically getting what you pay for. If you don’t mind spending a bit more, there are better options elsewhere

The hotel was dirty, there was trash piled up in the hallways, we found a dead roach in our room, we wore shoes the entire time because the floor was filthy. Not just our room, the entire hotel seemed to be in a rundown state, the common areas, the parking lot, the elevator and the stairs, etc. I’ve stayed a cheap motels that took more pride in their property than this place. The “breakfast” was joke. I booked three nights, and ended up checking out early. Do not stay here.

I was surprised at how shabby the lobby and hallways looked, but as a former soldier, I have slept in some pretty nasty places. This place was horrible. The floor in my room was filthy and stained, there was a hairball, yes, ball of human hair on the floor. The bathroom still had particles of a bowel movement in the bottom, but the bed was the one that made me almost vomit. there were several stains on the sheets and covers, and the bed looked like someone had been laying on it. DISGUSTING. I went back downstairs to alert the staff, a young man doing the night watch, who did not seem too concerned or surprised I was back down there. He offered a suite, but considering how filthy it was, I simply declined to stay and left. Fun note, they still charged me for the room even though they failed to live up to the standards fo a clean room, but I guess it's my fault I didn't want to catch some disease from staying there. Worst place I have ever been in.

I called yesterday requesting a refund. The place was dirty, smelled of cigarette and to top it all off the local police department arrived at the hotel. -100 out of 10 rating. Please refund me as soon as possible

Don’t go here unless you are looking only for a bed to rest in. Super dirty, bedding wasn’t clean AT ALL! Most of it was stained, took about THREE ROOMS to find a room in the hotel that didn’t already have someone else’s hair in the bathroom or bedding. Even then, the carpet on the floor was super stained. Just don’t do it unless you’re super tight in money.

You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel that provides the bare minimum. The negatives definitely outweigh any savings you may get by staying here. What they do provide is in need of repair and desperately needs to be upgraded. Most travelers would find this place below their standards. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave and had a broken light. Stains are a common sight. Housekeeping is done only upon request, but they don't warn you. Don't even think of staying here if you are used to having a USB charger in the room. USB ports didn't exist when these rooms were last updated. We could hear noise from the freeway and surrounding roads all night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else if you have any reasonable option.

Property is in dire need of repairs and remodeling, in my opinion not up to La Quinta brand standards. Room was ok at best, every fixture in the room was poorly attached to walls. Bathrooms were old and lacking. Faucets leaked or constantly ran, door did not have security latch and keys kept erasing. Furniture was dirty and stained, roof was poorly patched and still needed repairs. Towels were old and could barely be considered towels, good thing i bring my own. Will not, and would never recommend this location to anyone. If a refund were possible id ask for one, almost canceled reservation as soon as i entered room. All I can say is, LaQuinta this place needs help!!!

The water leave very slow when you take a shower, the wash bowl was also leaving really slow. Then the window didn’t close properly. The light would not turn off you had to play with the light switch just to try to turn it off

The 1st room we entered bed was terrible big sink hole in middle queen. 2nd roim beds average, no tissues in room, only 1 trash can in room. Cleanliness could be better, faucets mineral stains. No coffee maker working. Hair dryer not working. Most doors on floor looked like attempted break ins had occured, scratches on almost all doors, many door handels appeared loose. Room key deactivated each time we left in morning, returned door key not work. We went to this location because it had a pool, got there and advised was closed for winter, yet nothing on website said was a seasonal pool. We chose La Quinta because of previous good experiences. Sorry to say this was the one of the poorest experiences we have had in 23 years of our travels. This La Quinta could use some serious updating and maintenance in our opinion. Would definitely not recommend this La Quinta to anyone for a stay.

This La Quinta doesn’t measure up to the standards of other ones. It is so rundown. The rooms just seem shabby and need re-decoration and painting. The tub faucet, for example, looked like it was about to fall off. There was no cold water in the sink. The location is pretty good. There is another La Quinta less than a mile away, so be sure you have the right address.

The bed sheets were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush microwave had error message the surprising thing was that the window was open we could hear all the road noise. I tried closing the window and it wouldn’t close. We didn’t even try to turn on ac we left before we got to that point. The rug was disgustingly dirty would definitely not recommend staying here. Went to go tell the guy at front desk about all issues he didn’t care he just said ok no sorry no nothing, he didn’t offer to change rooms or anything. I told him I was checking out and not staying there because of how nasty it was. So I had to get another hotel very inconvenient.

The most decrepit hotel I’ve ever stepped foot into. I booked this pre-paid reservation and when I arrived the reception acted shocked when I said I had a booking and told me they didn’t have rooms and could not honor my booking NOR OFFER ANY HELP WHILE ALSO BEING SO RUDE. She could not have appeared less uninterested to be there and refused to help me get a refund. The place was also leaking from 3 spots in the lobby and the outside overhang was literally falling apart—exposed wires and construction items showing. It took me 3 hours between getting help from Expedia and getting a new place to stay. DO NOT STAY AT THIS SHADY SHACK OF AN INN.

Will never stay here again. We got stuck in the elevator twice and the staff never put up signs saying it’s out of order the emergency button in elevator doesn’t work just hangs up. The staff laughed when we called to let them know and hung up also. On Christmas Day they turned off the water without any notice at all. This by far was the worst experience ever will never stay here again. To top it off the staff isn’t even friendly when you bring up the concerns they just look at you like they don’t care. We never saw the manager we asked for him several times and he or she was never available according to staff manager runs more than one hotel so they never know when he’s available.

Lady at the front desk was not helpful. I had ordered a Deluxe king bedroom and it was my understanding that it came with a sofa bed, which it did not. I had already spoken to a man prior that he would help me upgrade when I arrived, she claimed she couldn’t do it. She had a nonchalant attitude and did not care about helping the customer. Hotel smelled like smoke and looked very outdated.

The lights next to the beds did not work. The TV was unplugged and remote did not work. The bed had two sheets on top and no blanket. The place needs some updates. Otherwise it was clean and reception staff was very helpful and friendly.

First night we got the executive suite the room was dirty, the sofa bed cushions were dirty the floor was dirty the room smelled bad next day we went to another room the room sink was clogged, move to a third room underneath the beds was dirty chips all over bathrooms were dirty four was dirty no tissue paper looked like the towels weren't really washed well cleanliness of the hotel overall was terrible walking in smelt horrible. There was a gentleman there was very helpful he was kind and was apologetic was told there would be breakfast first day there was no breakfast the manager forgot to order food. The only thing that was there this second and third day was just pancake batter the coffee was terrible I would not recommend staying there the cleanliness of the lobby the rooms the hallway the elevator was terrible and no breakfast.

Came in to some sort of domestic dispute in the lobby None of the listed amenities and a towel shortage. Breakfast available at 7am the next consisted of enough waffle batter for 5 waffles and cheerios cereal and NOTHING else. No milk, coffee, juice, butter, literally nothing else. Those who ate the waffles got sick to boot.

The hotel is looking pretty shabby. Carpet in hall is old and stretched out. Our room had obvious water damage from ceiling to floor and the repairs were pretty bad. The faucet in the bathtub in our room had the finish almost completely worn off. The walls in the bathroom had poorly patched spots from previous water damage. Hotel was quiet and staff was quite friendly. There was no coffee and the breakfast selection was pretty non existent. There was nothing to eat the first day and we never went back others days.

My brother and I stayed for the labor day weekend. The staff, especially Israel at the front desk were super nice and friendly. The continental breakfast was delicious. However, we were very disappointed with the conditions of the property. From the moment we walked in, the carpets in the hallways were old, worn and lifting. The rooms were also in desperate need of upgrades and TLC. The pool was not available until late on our second day due to it being "cleaned". Then when it was open, almost every piece of the pool furniture was broken. The only table umbrella was also broken. The only ice machine in the building was on the first floor but it was broken. The tv was not working on day two due to "an outage". The side door entry was not safely secured. We could enter that door without needing our hotel keys throughout the day and late night. The pictures on the website were definitely not updated pictures.
