Very nice hotel! Very clean, great amenities. The gym is awesome! The only complaint is there is no place to take your dog to do their business. It’s a commercial area with rock and gravel planters.

We always stay in El Paso when traveling between AZ and Austin, TX. This hotel was by far our best stay. Hotel is pretty much brand new. Lobby was festively decorated with was a fun surprise for my little one. The receptionist was super nice. Room was clean and loved that hotel included both soft and hard pillows (labeled). Hotel was also located in the same parking lot as our favorite restaurant, so we’re able to walk to it.

There was a gun discharge in the hallway during my sleep!!! The hotel is new and looks modern, but unfortunately my overall experience was not pleasant. At check-in, the front desk employee was not rude, but extremely indifferent and unwelcoming, the rest of the staff was more friendly. The hotel’s newness helps its appearance, and at first glance the room did not look dirty; however, I found long hairs on the floor that were clearly not mine. The floor also had an unpleasant color and smell, as if it had been mopped with dirty water or a dirty mop. I also saw several staff members doing very good and detailed deep cleaning to halls, walls and elevators. Room size is smaller than average for the city, though acceptable for a quick one- or two-night stay for no more than two people. The bed, however, was very clean and EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable. The most serious issue occurred during my first night around 3:30 a.m. Two individuals began fighting in the hallway directly outside my room and near the elevator. What started as yelling and physical fighting escalated to a single gunshot. Thankfully no one was injured as far as I knew, but it was an extremely stressful and frightening situation, and I was unable to sleep afterward. Police did arrive and addressed the situation.

The shower door was not installed correctly so there's a gap. The shower floor looks dirty but it's from either paint or grout. The bathroom vent was still covered in plastic. Other than that, the room was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A great room!

It was amazing, clean, happy staff… BUT, the sleep was horrible! The ac did not stay on and every hour we got hot and had to turn it on. Definitely did not get a good nights sleep. I was told by the manager (who was soooo nice) that in the future we could ask for the ac to stay on. We will return next week on our way back from vacation for the night and I hope for a better experience!! But extremely nice staff. I would recommend explaining that to guests upon arrival.

The hotel has been open tor a month and it was a beautiful stay. The front desk staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The rooms are spotless and comfortable!! I will stay again when I’m in town.

Had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to check us in. Would have been nice to have a grassy potty area for our dog. It's all rocks around the hotel grounds and some dogs are too prissy to use that!

New hotel just off I 10. Near huge shopping area with numerous eating options. Staff friendly abd efficient.
