It was an amazing experience. The pool is definitely worth it for a family. The kids will love it. It was warm. The Jacuzzi was nice. The only thing that customers should be aware of is the end unit laundry services are quarters only and if you don’t have change they won’t have change in the front like they told us we had to end up going somewhere close by to get quarter change to be able to do our laundry. If they fix that issue other than that, it was a great experience.

Booked this property to attend a wedding in El Paso based on prior good reviews and convenience/access to the air port with a free shuttle. I typically am gracious with reviews (especially post-Covid) but several things were just not up to standard and necessitated a negative review: Biggest concern: a man was loudly cursing, making threats and slamming doors outside our room all night the first night. We alerted the staff and asked if we could switch rooms but were told the hotel was over-booked. They said the room was booked by the natl guard and they reported the issue, but the same thing happened our second night. Other concerns: - We were assured that the airport shuttle was 24/7. We arrived at about 11 pm and immediately called the hotel to request the shuttle upon landing. We were told it would be in front of the terminal in 15 mins. 30 mins later we call again and are told (by a different employee) the driver had a medical emergency. I understand these things come up and I don't fault them for that, but the lack of communication up front wasted out time. - Because there was no shuttle, we had to take a taxi for $20 (w/ tip). We asked about being reimbursed but were told a manager needed to approve. No manager was ever available and when we called the hotel after leaving, we were told we needed a receipt. Cab did not offer one as an option. - Curtains and chair in the room had huge stains Positives: - Shuttle was available next morning - Good breakfast - Location

The check in staff was nice. The room was clean. The hall floors were filthy. They advertise a bar on site but you have to pay a cover charge to go in and order a drink which is absolutely ridiculous.

Very convenient and close to EP airport. Staff seemed nice, but had to greet myself upon check in. Hotel is a bit outdated especially the floors, however, the convenience and amenities outweigh any negatives. Quiet room, clean, free breakfast buffet with lots to choose from, and pool. There is a bar attached, but no complaints in regards to noise. Recommended if staying in the area.

Great hotel. Highly recommended. They had hot chocolate at the check in desk. The outside courtyard was excellent! Firepits to sit around. We didn't use them, but full size grills. Plus, the whole outside pool was heated. Would definitely stay again.

Layout of hotel was a bit awkward. Window in room faced hallway/ no view of outside or any natural light. Coming from pool we had to walk through a busy lobby area where they were conducting interviews and had conferences going on. Pool area was nice, but water too warm, over 80 degrees. Hot tub needed some maintenance, bottom of cemented tub had gravely sediments built up we felt with our feet. Saturday night hot tub was full of children, no adults and we were unable to use.

The room was very far from the lobby or dining area and my mother who can't walk much came, the bathroom was horrible with hair, the tub was clogged, the bathroom extractor didn't work and the beds were super uncomfortable, I woke up with back pain and they were very small for a couple, we didn't have housekeeping today and when we asked for toilet paper at the front desk we didn't have to wait until the next day for the cleaning ladies to return.

I would caution against this hotel. There was an intermittent smell throughout that is best described as paint thinner. It became over powering in my room as I was settling down to sleep. I was worried about what I was getting exposed to. Slept terribly. An old hotel that might have some new paint but that only covers so much. My only window looked into the lobby. Just overall weird!

We booked two queen beds, and were given a room with two doubles. Our room flooded because of a bad air conditioner, so we had to change rooms. I asked the front desk to have two queen beds like I ordered. She looked at a co worker and asked if the queens were available. He said yes and she gave me the room. When we arrived at the room, TWO DOUBLE BEDS!!! Then the shower wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk in the morning to complain, to be told by the supervisor that the property didn’t even have queen beds. They lied just to shut me up.

Although the hotel and room were good for the price, the experience was not. The walls are super thin and we were woken up at 2am by the people next us arguing loud and until 3-4am. I called the lobby and let them know and they said they would send security but it didn’t really resolve the noise disturbance. Unfortunately we were not able to rest peacefully and left exhausted. Very upsetting and frustrating.

Shower in room had very little water pressure, ac was not very cold had it at 68 and it felt like 75ish. Only one electric plug and one usb plug worked

I liked the location and the free breakfast was excellent. Pool and bbq area looked very inviting. My room was clean but old. Did not look as nice as the pictures on the website. I was disappointed in the location of my room 266 overlooking the hotel bar and lounge area. It got really loud with music and did not end until after midnight. I am surprised the hotel allowed loud gatherings in a common area near guest rooms. I should have been warned of this type of social gathering near my room

this is our second time here and both times we were greeted by Ernesto. he's very nice and efficient and super friendly. our beds are very comfy and the rooms are clean and spacious. the hotel has a heated pool and it stays open til 10pm. the hotel is about 5 min away from the Cielo Vista Mall and The Fountain. will most definitely be back soon

Was impressed with the property. It's look, it's feel, and - at first - the staff. Stayed 3 nights and our AC went out the 1st night. Although having our thermostat set at 70... our room (from Saturday morning to Monday morning) maintained 77 to 80 degrees. The staff said the would "look into it" but at no time did we see anyone working on the AC units. We were offered a different room... but the temp was the same. Made for miserable sleeping conditions. I'm looking for an entire refund.

We Stayed For Three Nights And The House Keeping Only Come One Day Early In the Morning And i told Them To Come An Hour Later They Never Appear Again To Clean The Room And The Air Conditioner Didn't Had The Filters And Making So loud Noise . Also the Tub in the Bathroom Was not Draining the Water Properly And when we got Home We had Allergies.

This was hands down the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced! Shuttle never showed at airport, the phone number was not a working number, room was filthy and the bedding was never changed...... Front dest lady was rude....Management was supposed to reach out and never did! Never again Best Western!!!!!! Do NOT stay here

The breakfast was always cold. Stayed 8 nights and each morning cold same old breakfast . Yogurt machine was down for two days straight ( no yogurt in it). The male worker there watched you like a hawk on what you were serving yourself. Everyday eggs and sausage. old fruit apple and Melon. Vestal tasted

The worst ever.. what was good was the pool that’s it.. everything else not good.. Breakfast is 7-10 my family and I went down at 8:00 and the chef told us what’s out there is left we not making more and there is still 2 hours left of breakfast buffet.. no bread no eggs no bacon no sausage not even milk for cereal. The rooms our phone room didn’t work we told the front desk and they said “ok thanks I’ll make a note” no towels in room. Bed sheet were dirty we had to get them exchanged.. Room keys didn’t work 2 time.. rooms smell like old house no one has lived in for years! Staff let us eat in lobby yet the workers walking around were talking about my kids not staying seated…
