The hotel said that there was an airport shuttle but when I called day before to ask they had told me that due to remodel there was not one available. I had to take Uber to go there. It was too late to change my reservation At the hotel there was not even water. Supposedly they also provided breakfast or coffee but there was none In the room the security lock was broken and other things were not right. I did not like the whole thing. I stayed the knight there because it was too late and needed to sleep. Not worth the money

Skipped the airport shuttle, which was the reason we selected it because there was no accommodation if they overfilled. No booking. No lights in the room. They acted like it was user error when I reported it and did not follow up. No security latch on the door. No soap. We had hiked all day and I wanted a shower. Some guy in the office had to rummage through a junk drawer to find some. Floors were filthy. A bare bulb in the bathroom, but at least there was light. Broken TP dispenser. At least the air conditioner drowned out the loud neighbors who left their door open at all times. No water in the pool, but plenty of trash in it. I guess these are the high Days Inn standards and classiness of Wyndham. Maybe the head honchos should come for a stay.

This hotel is currently being remodeled. There was construction tape everywhere in the room and the bathroom was not cleaned when I got there. They cleaned it immediately. There wasn't a telephone in the room to call the front desk and when you call the mainline with your cell phone, they immediately hang up. Therefore I had to listen to a very loud neighbor all night. Either shut the place down to remodel or offer rooms at a discount.

Location is convenient. Had a microwave but it didn’t work. Elevator feels like it’s gonna break down. They charge extra for a room with microwave.

The place is clean enough but they often run out of anything for breakfast and their accounting system (and I am an accountant), for billing is antiquated leading to management pounding on your door for a payment that was made the night before, but improperly recorded.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is its location, near stores and restaurants. Other than that a really waste of money. The shower was rusty and dirty as well as the sink. There were some bugs and a cockroach in the bathroom.

I actually checked in around 4 p.m. and checked out less than two hours later. The room had a foul odor, there was hair on the bathroom walls, the bathtub didn't look clean, and there were pubic hairs on the bed sheets. They gave me a room on the third floor, and the elevator wasn't working. The stairs are made of cement, but it's already cracked, and there's a risk of accidents.

THE SHOWERHEAD WAS GOOD. SCANT number of pillows. VERY NOISY OVERHEAD. BROKEN DOOR LOCK-- NOT ENOUGH BEDDING; had to bring in my blanket from the car. Broken Drain handle in tub.

The property elevator was out, there was not an actual complimentary breakfast. 2 unlabeled juices, empty coffee pot, and couple wrapped muffins. 1 cereal with no milk. AC/heater was extremely loud it actually sounded like we were on a plane and that was the engine. In the bathroom there are added walls that were not caulked up and there was a very cold draft coming through, there was no safety latch in the room and the door frame was broken in that area as well. There was a random Ethernet cable hanging from the ceiling above the door as well.

I liked that it had close access to Walmart and other areas. However the walls are paper thin and if you are staying on the third floor like I was your room physically shakes as people walk by. This occurs all hours of the night.

The place is a bit dated, which they were remedying by doing some remodeling. However, the rooms that hadn't yet been remodeled still needed some love. There were holes in one of the chairs and in the carpet (I wasn't looking with a microscope, just a cursory glance). The only pillows on a king size bed were two throw pillow size pillows. The outlets next to the bed didn't work and the bedside lamps didn't even have light bulbs. The tv also didn't work. There was also a piece of trash left in the shower (from the bar soap), which makes me wonder how much cleaning the shower is actually getting. Upsides: there were no bugs and the sheets smelled clean, which is what I care most about. But electricity by the bed would have been nice

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They told us to wait because they had no rooms, then the guy goes to the back. After waiting 20 minutes we asked if the man was coming back and the front desk representative shrugged and said "I dont know, probably not". They refused to refund us, said we had to contact hotels.com. When we contacted hotels.com they had to get the refund from the property anyway! The people behind the counter, plus the people hanging out in the parking lot and interrupting our conversation with the staff seemed like they were all on drugs. As unpleasant as this experience was, we were thankful we did not have to stay there for 3 nights.

I had arrived prior to check in and was told that my room wasn't ready. After driving for awhile I was exhausted and needed to rest so I asked if there was anyway that I could get into any room, and the gentleman that was working told me that I could for an extra charge. Then he tells me to go back at the time that the reservation was originally for and "check out" of that room which would be considered "check out early" and I received a refund which ended up using to pay for the reservation.

The room I stayed in lacked seating furniture and clothes rack. The heating unit was noisy and dirty, the room door was drafty with holes at the bottom of the door. Also, this hotel did not offer a breakfast.
