The property is kept in hood condition the reason i didn't give them 5 stars is the dryer is out of order,the A/C units are a bit noisy I changed rooms because of that but overall i highly recomend motel 6 rooms are clean towells look brand new the pool looks refreshing,the staff are friendly and very professional shopping is all right bext to and 5 minutes to the msll,Walmart,dollar tree,McDonald's, jack in the box,taco shop,laundromat gas atations they could'nt yace picked a better location and finsllt book on expedia its a lot cheaper thanvwhat they charge.

There area had a foul smell right outside the room… the apts was very loud & so was the pool area & the person at the front desk did nothing about it as he walked by. There two 2 very drunk men at the pool where children wanted to swim & play

I didn't like the lack of parking for vehicles with trailers very small and just didn't feel comfortable staying overnight at the motel. I left and got a room elsewhere...

Had a different room closer to maintenance so it was a little noisy but not uncomfortably so. The ice machine ran out of ice as well.

I have no idea how this motel had a good rating. Don’t let it fool you. Upon checking my bed for bed bugs as I always do, there was hair all over the blankets and pillows. A red stain on the sheets, not sure what it was and a cigarette burn on the blanket as well. Floors were dirty, door wouldn’t lock, I literally had to push the door in in order for it to lock. I guess this place offers smoking rooms, that said, I woke up one morning with my entire room smelling like cigarette smoke.

There were dead bugs on the floor, and live ones in the bathroom. There has always been kleenex provided at other Motel 6 locations we stayed at. I requested a Do not disturb sign for the door, but was told they cannot do that. Also, it would've been nice to have a wall clock in the room.

Staff was ok. I had to extend my stay, he said since i booked with Expedia I had to close my room and book with them. It was almost double the cost, the bathroom had damaged drywall and the room was noisy

There was no shampoo or lotion. I thought they provided hair dryers, ironing board and irons. The sheets on the bed appeared to be dirty but maybe they were just stains. The bed & room was comfortable.

FIRST OF ALL, THE GUY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS SLOW ABOUT IT. WE BARELY GOT INTO THEN ROOM WHEN HE CALLED, WANTING TO KNOW IF WE WERE OKAY WITH THE ROOM, THE SINK WAS STOPPED UP AND STANK. THE DOOR DIDN'T HAVE A SAFTY LOCK ON IT. HE OFFERED US ANOTHER ROOM ON THE SECOND, KNOWING I HAD TO HAVE A GROUND FLOOR ROOM. IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT STAY.

It was a nice stay. But when they try and go into your room without knocking prior to check out it is very unprofessional and not ok. What if I was fresh out of the shower? They tried to go In twice both times without knocking well over and hour before the checkout time. Very unpleasant.

My wife was scheduled for surgery the next morning at a major hospital. Our reservation was prepaid. When we arrived at around 9:30pm we were abruptly, coldly and nonchalantly told by the desk clerk, as if he were talking talking to some kind of criminal or drug addict, that he could not rent to us because I was on some sort of nationwide DNR (do not rent list) because I had reportedly been “rude” to someone in the past but I have no knowledge of any such event at any time in the past. I will be speaking with my attorney to see what kind of any legal action of if any we can take against Motel 6 for this kind of blatant discrimination since there was no advance indication or notification of any refusal to rent which in this case because of my wife’s surgery stb6:30am the very next morning was very disturbing and traumatic for us, forcing us to find another hotel on a busy Friday night.

The staff were very friendly. The man at check-in was efficient with each guest but didn't rush despite a small line. The morning lasies helped me find a local owned coffee shop nearby. Will definitely stay there again when I pass through!

The staff was awesome. You can’t beat the price and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever had. I’ve doubled the money for worse again that the staff is awesome rooms are clean and I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for your kindness and I enjoyed my stay immensely.

The young lady that checked me in was extremely nice and sweet and checked in on me via phone that evening. Her courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated. When I checked out the lady at the desk was very polite and sweet also. They both seemed to enjoy their job! The room was clean. I felt my fort earthquake by the way! My bed shook and I was thinking what in the world! Later I saw we’d had an earthquake!

Customer Service was beyond reproach. I received a courtesy call upon my arrival in my room to make sure that I was satisfied with my room. Excellent customer service by the amazing clerk!!

My room was clean but it did have an odor like humidity, and the bed was ok, just not really confortable. The access to the hotel is not the easiest due to construction outside, no fault of the hotel but, it’s a bit more difficult to get in, specially with another hotel’s entrance together it gets a little confusing but not a big deal. Overall the hotel is good for a quick rest while traveling. Price it’s good for what you get.

We've stayed here before on our drive to California and back to Texas to avoid stopping right in El Paso where we never felt safe. The property used to be kind of a dump but has been cleaned up and repaired and now feels clean and comfortable and safe. Front desk welcoming and friendly. Prices have gone up but still better than other options in area. Nice bonus to be able to walk down steps behind motel to get to couple good dining options.

Convenient location off highway still on outskirts of El Paso. Ideal easy to walk to nearby restaurant for dinner. Clean safe quiet room for excellent price. This place will continue to be our stopping point on future trips.

Front desk staff were cheerful, engaged and polite. Room was basic but clean. Fridge & microwave were clean and worked. I did not try the TV. The room was surprisingly quiet even though the facility is near a freeway. Next to one restaurant and close to a good coffee shop. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. The only negative was the dog relief area; it was dirty and even though there was a marked garbage can to deposit poop in, and a bag dispenser, there were no bags with which to pick up poop!
