The rim was ok but the carpets were so dirty. Just a couple of minutes walking on the carpet made it socks super dark gray. The jacuzzi was very cloudy and had several leaves and dirt in it. The outside maintenance appeared dirty. I saw a housekeeper (male) throw dirty towels from the second floor down to the first floor landing on the floor, eew, are these the towels we use to bathe?

Very good overall value for the money. Welcoming and professional service, well maintained property, good morning breakfast, free parking, at a convenient location. Our only complaint is we Luddites would rather tap a debit card than download yet another app to do our laundry. It was frustrating enough that we finally gave up.

Very comfortable and convenient! For my families one day trip, we were able to be comfortable and feel like we were home. Chase Hotel is very affordable, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made transportation very convenient and easy! Also, the travel time for the shuttle to Airport and vice versa is less 10 minutes.

We’ve stayed here before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. While the person who checked us in was friendly and helpful, the rest of the stay fell short. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell and was clearly very rundown—with noticeable water stains on the ceiling. The pool was dirty and not inviting at all, and the breakfast was a letdown compared to our last visit. We were also disappointed to find out that there’s no room service available on the weekends, which was really inconvenient. Sadly, this will be our last time staying here.

From check in to check out the staff was amazing. Answered all our questions. Offered shuttle service to and from the airport. We’ve never been offered a bottle of wine, but when we checked in, we had a bottle of wine. The water was nice and hot for a shower. The room was very clean. Most of all the people helped us throughout our whole stay. Would highly recommend. in the summer they also have two outside pools.

Nice facility, front desk was very accommodating with my early arrival to just check in knowing I would be very late coming in after a day long meeting. Also I checked out very early and the hotel shuttle was great for taking me back to the airport.

The front desk threw out a few sandwiches and chips after being asked for the “free social hour”. When asked about the two free beverages, he pointed to the fridge where we had to purchase drinks. He never refilled the sandwiches even though others came in to eat. I had to also ask for my complimentary bottle of wine that was included with my reservation. Dirty sheets and blanket in bag in closet for pull-out couch. Had to ask for enough towels for four and clean sheets. Very disappointed in this stay! Had just left a wonderful hotel where we stayed for over two weeks in Juárez. Very, very disappointed.

Our suite was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We've never slept better. It is located at a convenient location. The staff was wonderful & nice. The complementary breakfast was delicious , the weather was beautiful for our family visit. We will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was disappointing there really wasnt anything when we got there at 830. There was only one waffle machine and a lady was hogging it making multiples after multiples not letting anyone else use it. The VIP i paid for wasnt really anything special. Actually no perks we involved. I asked for a refund since our room had roaches. Ive still to see it credit to my account. Definitely wont stay again. Thank you to expedia for getting the front desk to answer the dang phones

The hotel rooms were a bit small than i thought but the kitchen was a good size. The furniture was a bit crusty. We found a cockroach in our bathroom. The staff immediately gave us a new room. I asked for a discount or an upgraded room and they werent willing to. The Pictures are a bit disappointing in real life. Certain rooms are nicer than others

The only drawback was the TV connection was awful. After a day out...it would have been nice to be able to come and sit to watch a movie or the world series game without it breaking up.

It has great potential, but is a decent place to sleep vs being a nice place to stay. Very acceptable but not above 3/5 stars. Room above had kids running and it was very audible. The tv remote did not work. Would I stay again, yes, knowing what to expect, but it is not the 8.8 as rated.

This seems to be an extended-stay suite hotel, and has a full kitchen. I'm just here for one night so not making use of it, but it seems like a great place for longer stays. The WiFi captive portal authentication is a bit flaky.

Love the layout. This is an old Residence Inn By Marriott, so had 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. Nice space for just myself. Property is a little dated, with older carpet etc. But well maintained.

check in was pleasant, room was clean, spacious, great for my business stay where I wanted to work (good desk and breakfast bar for spreading out), nice couch so no need to only sit on a bed, comfortable bed, large vanity for my cosmetics and large closet. Very nice layout.

Wonderful quiet, spacious, and unique "apartment like" property off the beaten path. Only there one night, as a stop on a cross-country journey, but loved the staff, the "room" and the ease of it all. There is bad customer service, then there is good customer service, and then there is the WONDERMENT that is Thomas at the Front Desk...WOW, he absolutely personifies friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, local-facts, and all-around awesomeness!! Definetely worth a stay if in the area!

Disappointed – Would Not Stay Again The upstairs bathroom toilet was broken and had to be flushed manually. The TV in the loft didn’t work, and I couldn’t open the blinds. I was supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine (choice of Chardonnay or Cabernet), but it wasn’t in the room. When I asked, they told me to pick it up at the front desk—only Pinot was available, which I don’t like. The listing never mentioned that the second floor was stair access only. I had three elderly guests with me who struggled with the stairs. The front desk staff was unhelpful throughout the stay. Overall, poor service and misleading info made for a frustrating visit.

The first thing I said, after checking in was the staff members are super nice and accommodating. Every staff member I encountered was super helpful. The room was so nice, clean and big. The room had a full kitchen filled with pots, pans plates, and silverware. I will be staying at this hotel every time I visit El Paso, Texas.

The stay this time was extremely disappointing, my tub was clogged and I wasn’t able to shower. I called the front with no success. They don’t answer the phones and when they do they’re extremely dismissive. The doors were extremely old and dirty. It’s like sleeping outdoors because you can hear every noise. They’re in need of a remodel.

I was a late arrival and the clerk was awesome. Personable and informative! Parish rocked! Great customer service. The property is great. Definitely will be back here if the need arises. Check out was a breeze. Thomas was also great to work with! Thank you!

The person checking is in had a terrible attitude. She was short didn’t explain their protocols. The room they gave us was the least stocked and noisiest room I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms usually have pot and pans , salt and pepper, coffee and other amenities which were ALL missing. Not sure if theirs new management but they need better customer service personnel. I even witnessed a customer telling the girl in the front that she was rude !!! She was screaming something back at him.

The front desk threw out a few sandwiches and chips after being asked for the “free social hour”. When asked about the two free beverages, he pointed to the fridge where we had to purchase drinks. He never refilled the sandwiches even though others came in to eat. I had to also ask for my complimentary bottle of wine that was included with my reservation. Dirty sheets and blanket in bag in closet for pull-out couch. Had to ask for enough towels for four and clean sheets. Very disappointed in this stay! Had just left a wonderful hotel where we stayed for over two weeks in Juárez. Very, very disappointed.

The room was very convenient to get to. Also, it was spaciuos and the kitchen was stocked with everything but food. The area was a little iffy, and the facility has seen better days, but it was clean and the staff was amazing.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The pools were nice. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was they say breakfast ends at 9 but they were cleaning and putting everything away by 8:30.

We really like this stay. Room was spacious and the environment was peaceful. Just two small notes: 1) I went to breakfast slightly over 8am, but didn’t see many choices left. Cheese, yogurt, etc. were almost empty and later taken off around 8:30am while the breakfast ended 9am (another sign said it ended at 8:45am, but guests don’t really know unless they went there). 2) It’s lovely to see several cute cats in the yard. At first, I saw three, including a black one, grey one, and a golden one. Later I accidentally saw several more black ones. My building was 16. Maybe this amount of cats can be managed better since I saw them stay around the trash can sometimes, opposite to building 16.

No breakfast provided – said it was a holiday. Go figure that one out. No offer of a discount to compensate. Just no breakfast. Realize second story does not have Elevator- units are dated, but nicely kept up inside. TV so small that in larger units you cannot comfortably see the TV. Generally good value.

our stay was very nice . we would stay again when travel through town. It gave us plenty of room for our children and us to be comfortable. Its always a plus to have a kitchen . Breakfast was great with options to pick from. front desk was very polite and helpful at check in.

We needed a place to crash the night before our flight from El Paso airport. It is close to the airport. The property itself is clearly a former apartment complex that has been converted. Our room was large and had a full kitchen, which would be good for longer stays. There was easy parking right outside our unit. The breakfast was very basic and included the corporate scrambled eggs, a waffle machine, and some yogurt cups. For the price, no complaints.

We had a short stay in El Paso en route to Austin. We found this hotel and based off the pics it looked nice enough for us to stay overnight. It’s really convenient right off the 10 fwy. No complaints, it was a great stay. There’s a lot of food options nearby. It’s located right by the airport.
