Room wasn’t clean. Toilet didn’t work properly. Pool wasn’t available to use.

They advertise a swimming pool but you can’t get in it because it’s dirty. Breakfast is not that great either. Might as well just have a continental breakfast!

Hotel is in scary part of town. Pool is green. Kept gun handy.

The room was ok. AC worked really well. There was no coffee and condiments for the coffee. Also, they did not provide a wash towel and no Kleenex. On my second day they did not provide breakfast not even coffee. And I didn't have coffee in my room. I had to go eat at Denny's and La Quinta didn't offer me anything. The swimming pool was dirty (green) but the second day it looked better.

Well located to shopping and eating. Well signed. Property undergoing major renovations. Should advise people. Wifi on property is non function. Provider claims manager and owner both know that major repairs required however they have not approved additional work required. Front desk staff are unaware.

The pool looked green. My towels in my room had other peoples hair on it. Everything was just dusty everywhere. And room stunk and no blanket or pillow smelled fresh.

I was looking forward to our stay in the hotel, unfortunately the toilet keep clogging, not once in 7 days house keeping showed to clean the room, on day 3 we had to request clean towels at the front desk, Pool was dirty imposible to swimm in there. Personel was very friendly.

They didn't do the cleaning (we asked them 3 times to clean it, and they didn't). The keys didn't work. The employees didn't know how the establishment worked. The pool was very dirty, and things were missing in the room.

I booked a hotel room online that was supposed to be smoke-free, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels in the room also smelled like smoke. The bathroom door was peeling paint and the flooring in the room was uneven. In fact, I noticed that the stairs leading to the front office were falling apart and posed a safety hazard. I had to ask for my room keys to be reactivated several times and the bathtub was dirty with orange stains. There were also spots on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up from previous guests. Additionally, my fiancé found pieces of old food left near the bed. I had to request housekeeping the night before which wasn't very convenient. However, the workers at the front office were polite.

Room was dirty. Tub wasn’t clean there was someone else’s old dirty washcloth still hanging in the shower. Floor was beyond filthy. Ashes from previous guest still on nightstand I believe the only thing they did in the room was make the bed and put fresh towels in. Left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there because we couldn’t cancel unfortunately due to the fact we came all the way from Albuquerque by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel. I even tried calling to get my money back which didn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. It smells like mildew. I don’t even know how Windham has their name associated to this kind of hotel.

The bathroom was covered in mold and hadn’t been cleaned. Urine and hair all over the door. Sticky residue all over the appliances.

Skip it! Rooms were very dirty. Spend couple of dollars extra for a better place.

A/C was great!!!! BUT, Room was dirty, doors stained, urine on toilet seat, dirt and stain on bath tub rim. Bed was comfortable, shower had plenty of pressure. Light coming thru an adjacent door that connected room to another - didnt feel safe- but it was late and only one night.

If you're looking for a brand new, luxurious place, look elsewhere. But if you want a functional, comfortable, affordable place to stay the night, this is a good choice. The beds were comfortable, the shower water was hot with good pressure, the aesthetics were appealing, and breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some things show signs of wear- the deadbolt and shower handle were a little funky, but after a minute, they were both functional. For the price, I would stay here again.

Being right next to Dennys the traffic flow was alot. Couldnt sleep. The walls are thin so i could hear every car that passed by. My heater was also so loud.

Slow toilet, shower handle mount about to come off, coffee maker missing necessary part. Parking a bit tight (room 132). Very clean, great bed, excellent heat/AC, easy check-in, well worth the price.

This hotel is not nice. It’s right on the 10 freeway and has significant road noise. Also there are a lot of stairs and if you have a bunch of luggage it is very difficult. The rooms are gross, there were stains on the comforter and a long dark hair on the pillow. I’m not sure how this place has 3 stars. The breakfast was embarrassing as well.

The room was very basic. Had no sofa to sit down, unpleasant smell, and a lot of noise could be heard from outside and other rooms.

This is a very worn and tired property with a shade that wouldn’t pull down, a broken faucet in the shower, and inability to mix hot & cold water. It’s also very noisy. Neighboring conversations could be heard through the night. La Quinta is now off our list of places to stay.

Not the best for a quiet night. Sound from the interstate, people outside and in adjoining rooms, easily pass into room. Room condition needs refreshing, and a deep clean wouldn’t hurt. Half the bathroom towels looked like they were dropped on a dusty floor and hung with the dust/dirt facing inside.

Safe, clean, mostly quiet, and plumbing works. No coffee maker, peeling paint…but lower price seems to consider the bare bone condition.

You could hear the traffic from the freeway. The room was not insulated for the noise.

It was a terrible experience. I got locked out twice. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The staff were rude. No apology.

They dont returned deposits.

They charge me 50 dollars deposit for two different nights and they haven't returned it to my credit card yet. July 1st and July 8th.

Room was occupied by another customer when my daughter and I went to check in to our room . Was told by the staff I'd get a refund within 24hrs, its been 7 days and still no refund has been made .i suppoes the Next step will be a phone call ..uughh such a waste of time ..as if.this was a fault of our own ..

It was amazing from start to finish. Your staff was exceptionally friendly and helped me when I had issues with the vending machines . I was really pleased with one specific staff member her name was Danielle Walton, she made the stay even more memorable, she was friendly, and made me feel welcomed. So, If I'm ever back in El Paso, I will definately be staying at your hotel.

When i checked in I only received 1 key. I had a co worker who stayed with me but i didn't get them their own for a particular reason. At some point in time, the co worker went down to front desk and was able to retrieve a key by word of mouth only. Wasnt asked for ID. Their name was nowhere listed as guest. They were simply asked what room & who's name its in. So i then myself went to front desk and ask for a key. At this time there was a different shift. Just llike co worker, i wasn't asked for any identification. Only what room and name on room. At no time, under any situation do i feel like this is acceptable. At that moment i felt very unsafe and the person working front desk look at it as if it wasn't anything for me to be upset or bothered about. Dont no if i will ever be staying at another one of you guys hotels anywhere again!

The hotel cancelled our PAID reservation, telling us that they don’t have available room for us. In short, they overbooked. So frustrating since we’ve been driving 12 hrs from Los Angeles, and so looking forward for the needed rest…

The female night worker is always so considerate of me. She is aware that my left ankle is beyond swollen so she accommodates me however she can. She goes above and beyond. She is new as well. She definitely gives amazing customer service and represents your brand in a positive way.

My stay here was horrible everything in the rooms needs repair very dirty I also had to keep getting my key activated every single day I was there the employee in the front of she was very rude had the worst attitude I asked her I wanted my room cleaned I needed towels and she never wrote it down I had to go in the next day tell them again and still nothing I had to ask one of the cleaning ladies if I was on her list to get my room cleaned and of course I wasn’t but she was kind enough to clean my room and give us towels this will be the first and last time I stay here worst service ever

Great check in & room was well cleaned. Rude housekeeping staff. Came into room after yelling 3 times we were still in the room. There was a no disturb sign on the door. It was about 7/8 am. When check out is at 11am. We were still in bed and the lady went in until she saw us in bed & shut the door .. not too nice

Went at 8:05 am to eat breakfast, the waffle batter was empty, asked front desk if they were going to put more since breakfast finish at 9am. Manager assistance says guy will get some more to fill up, Guy comes back with one small cup of mix waffle batter, and says he only brought that one bec. then he have to make the whole pancake batter to fill it up, mind you it’s 8:10am-8:20 am by now, and more people arrived to get their breakfast. Elderly lady asked assistant manager if they where going to get more, ass.manager says no, elderly lady ask why not, it’s still early and she paid to be able to have breakfast that they should of made enough for all their guest. Ass.m. says it’s not my fault people are getting 3-5 waffles ( mind you those where bigger families staying there) elderly lady says it’s not my fault you had larger families staying here, I paid and I get no breakfast? ( EVERYTHING was gone, scramble eggs, sausage /bacon) including no milk for coffee or cereal, no bread either, as well as the waffle, and it’s still way bef. 9am. Elderly lady tells asst. man. that it is their responsibility to track the food make sure that it’s refilled bef it ends, just like in the other Quinta INN, instead of not doing anything and giving attitude because you ask if them they where to bring more. Since I too was only able to get only ONE waffle only for the 2 of us. I asked if I could speak to her manager, she tells me, his coming in a few, never shows up. Have more but don’t fit.

All good but no breakfast as advertised

They no longer put anything at breakfast, before they put fruit, yogurt, now there was no coffee, there was very bad breakfast.

Buffet’s person was excellent with what she had to work with.

The room was average, a few hairs in the shower and also in pillows. The mattress was too soft. The breakfast was not very good, they had no juice, no coffe (both machines were out of order), and no fruit; the breakfast area was not very clean.

It was dirty and nothing on their breakfast. No fruit, no juice, no hot chocolate, no water, only thing they had was toast, waffles and coffee

Breakfast was the worst ever offered at a hotel. The hotel was very spartan feeling. The bed was comfortable, but Motel 6 would have been better. I don't stay at Motel 6, but I doubt it would be worse. Also, about 5:30 am the Coke bottling plant next door "woke up" and there was something that sounded like hydraulic stapling going on. I was in the very back room, so it woke me up.

The hotel is convenient for travelers i did not like the breakfast was not ready in the hour expected and not sure if at some point was ready

On the morning after my first night the breakfast food was lacking. The hotel ran out of sausage within the first 18 minutes of the breakfast time. Breakfast was to be from 7:00am to 9:00am. Their response to me was that they had not received the shipment of items. Those that arrived for breakfast were very upset about the lack of breakfast items. I never went back for the complimentary breakfast. There was no phone in my room. Just wires where it should be.
