The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and fairly comfortable. Some of the outlets were out of order but there were plenty of working ones. The food is overpriced and poorly presented, and half the parking lot was blocked off, but the stay was overall pleasant and the airport noise is quite minimal. Location is convenient and we would stay here again.

The location is good. Service is mediocre. The gym had 2 of 8 pieces of equipment in working order. The room smelled pretty bad when I arrived. For $200/night, I would expect it to be nicer.

The rooms are freshly renovated and pristinely Clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly! I’ve been coming to this hotel since I was a child and I’m happy to see they’re keeping up with it! Great memories!

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. The only problem was there was a pair of underwear left hidden on the floor between the beds. Hard to see for sure, but sadly still there. The rest of the room and bathroom were clean.

The only thing i liked was the friendliness of the bartender and it seems like the last 2 or 3 times we have stayed at this property the AC never cools...and the one time they moved us to another room and this time they told us we had no choice but to stay couldnt bring us a fan knowing we had kids in the room it was so uncomfortable and the people in the next room were so loud in the morning they did nothing to make it right for our stay.

The rooms had clearly been recently updated and it's very modern and beautiful with nice ambient lighting and tasteful furnishings. The soaps, lotions etc were really nice quality (I usually avoid hotel lotion but this was good!). Also nice touch--a tiny spray bottle of lavender pillow spray to help you sleep! Lots of USB and electrical plug ins on both sides of bed.

Worst service I have had in a hotel ever. Receptionist JoAnna had bed head and the worst attitude ever. Apparently couldn’t find my reservation. Made me book directly through them and was charged for both reservations.

We reserved a room for our daughter, who confirmed a late check in/arrival multiple times with the hotel throughout the day. When she arrived last night, the hotel staff informed my daughter that the were overbooked and rented out her room. At 2am, we had to make arrangements at a different hotel. Horrible customer service and we will NEVER recommend Marriott to anyone. Shame on you Marriott!

I stayed by myself for 2 nights for a job meeting. I was charged $100 for damages that never happened. I called to ask what damages are they charging my card for, and they could not even tell me. The receptionist said nothing was coming up on her end and she did not know why I was being charged. This hotel steals the deposit and claims it’s for damages yet no damages happened. Do better!

Hotel was clean, in a clean safe area and close to Fort Bliss. Only complaint is that the self-service coffee bar was limited to one coffee carafe that always seemed to be empty.

For my friend and I - It was disappointing to stay here. We Expected more. One key. One wash cloth. One menu in the restaurant. One tea. Asking for a second menu, another tea.. it was like they never heard of such a thing.. internet is $15 extra per day. No coffee in the lobby. Seems like they used everything as a reason to charge you more. The physical premises were well cared for.. not the customers. Not a bottle of water. Nothing extra to make one feel valued. Just constant “extra charges”.

The bed and room were comfortable. It is very close to the airport and it just happened the drivers were ready going to the hotel and returning to the airport. The restaurant was nice and the server was pleasant. Breakfast was overpriced though. My wife’s meal was sub par

Breakfast Buffet was over $50 with tax and tip for the two of us which is way too much for--2 each scrambled eggs, 1 serving of potatoes, 1 English Muffin, 1 OJ, and 1 tea. The night before we had dinner at the Bistro. I ordered salmon w/rice, leeks and spinach plus $5 extra for a small salad. The salmon and rice came. I finally asked waitress about veg and she left to check. Chef? came out and said they were out of leeks and brought a tiny bowl of spinach. No apologies, no extra veg, no reduced bill. Very disappointed in the Marriott Hotel.
