We had a great experience staying at the Radisson! The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. We especially appreciated the clean gym and really enjoyed spending time at the pool—it was perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything was well taken care of, and we felt very welcomed during our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

We stayed at the property close to the airport with shuttle service as we had an early morning flight. We asked for the shuttle the night before and it was confirmed. When we wanted to take the shuttle in the morning we were told there was a shift change and there was a wait for the driver. Then we were told there is no driver but we could walk to the airport instead. This is not at all what I would have expected from this property. I would not recommend it or stay there again as a reliable shuttle service is key for an aiport hotel with such a service.

Excellent hotel that is a 4 minute walk to the airport or use a 24 shuttle. Great price for high quality room. Liked the decently stocked fitness center, free washers and dryers, and relaxing indoor water features. Staff was super friendly. I will be staying here for my next hospital assignment. I stayed at the Best Western last trip and it was more expensive and not even close to as nice as this hotel. Very quiet rooms unless you have a noisy upstairs person which I did for a couple of the nights. Noisy because of the laminate floors.

The outdoor swimming pool was cloudy and and definitely needed to be cleaned more often. The outdoor pool became overcrowded one once the debris was cleaned from the pool but the water was still cloudy. Lease and debris were floating in the pool. The Hot Tub water was greenish and looked murky and we were there for 2 days. it was clear that no one wanted to use it. The indoor pool was not very busy and we considered swimming there but the water was not very clean looking.

We booked this property because we usually stay at one near by and wanted to try it out. I was very underwhelmed by this hotel. The room itself was clean although the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest (left over hairs, and tub mat was worn) After a long day of travel I cleaned out the tub and bathed my toddler- but after, the tub literally took about an hour to fully drain. The check in attendant wasn’t the friendliest. There is a restaurant on property that offers room service but there was no menu or information to be found in our room or online. So we doordashed instead. They did send a text to me asking if everything was okay after check in, which I responded my questions to. I didn’t get a response till I had already checked out the next day. The property itself is pretty charming. But I don’t think I will be staying here again.

The room that I had reserved for $150 was dirty had not been cleaned correctly and air unit was not working got moved to another room and they downgraded us from queen beds two full-size beds was not satisfied at all what recommends thing elsewhere at this price for one night that’s sad

I got a room that had mold in the bathtub and the bottom was chipped and nobody got back to me until the next day and then they tried to get me a room for 4 hours so I had to check out at 12:00

Overall my stay was good. The lady that checked me in was amazing. The whole property was in very good condition and cleanliness was good. The only bad thing I encountered was a big roach roaming around in my room. I called the front desk to let them know and they were quick to relocate me to a different room, which I liked. The second room was impressive looking and immaculately clean. I enjoyed the rest of my stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and necessities. Bed and pillows were comfy and a/c maintained the cool temps I wanted. Lobby was always pleasant and smelled good walking into. And the grounds were all clean and maintained. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Had biz trip visiting location near airport. Location perfect, shuttle bus was prompt after calling hotel. It is an easy 10 minute walk between hotel and airport. Staff and housekeeping were great. Had suite w fireplace, spacious albeit getting outdated. Clean overall. No issues.

The room we were given had been remodeled very nicely and the bed was comfortable. The vinyl plank flooring they used is really thin and soft in spots. We were on the first floor and you could hear every footstep in the room above us. If we stay here again, I will ask for a top floor room.

It’s an older hotel, noisy, AC constantly resets to a hotter temp than I set it too. They have an event center in the middle where f the hotel which makes it noisy, had people talking loud and screaming in the hallways in the middle school f the night. While the hotel is nice and cost effective I would not recommend staying here if you need to get a good night rest.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. The TV worked perfectly. Nice bathroom with tub.Quite room. Room service is a very big plus. I ordered the club with fries and a piece of cheese cake. Everything was very good. One issue was the a/c controls did not work. It was cold. My crew and I travel to El Paso every 2-3 months or so. We will stay at the Radisson.

My room was a bit dated. It appeared other rooms on the hallway were being renovated. I didn't like it because there was no window to letting any daylight. There was no USB port to charge my phone although the staff were accommodating and finding me a good charger. The hot tub, which I had anticipated using after a long flight, was closed. The little cafe was quite good in the service was excellent.

We (3 couples) reserved 3 rooms. Long front desk line. One front desk person. The first room - key didn’t work so she returned to the front desk for another key, which also didn't work. One of the staff who was near her door "reset" the lock so she didn't need to return to the front desk a third time. The second room - key worked, but the bed was unmade, so the room was either still occupied or not cleaned. After waiting in a long line to get a new room, the issue was resolved. Third room - key worked but the room was occupied or not yet cleaned. The management of this hotel appears to be a disaster... this is a basic hotel function that was BROKEN! The hotel decor is old and worn. The staff polite but tired and understaffed. Parking convenient. Airport shuttle worked great.

I've stayed at this property a couple of times and plan to do so going forward as I frequent El Paso for business. The hotel amenities, room selection, and location in proximity to the airport are great. My only complaint would be their check-in policy. After a long day of traveling from NJ, I arrived 20 minutes before the check-in time and was told by the staff that I would have to pay a $50 early check-in fee or wait 20 minutes to check-in. This was very frustrating as my room was seemingly ready and the staff had no one else to assist. I begrudgingly waited 20 more minutes in the lobby to check-in. I travel frequently for business and leisure and have not been asked to pay an early check-in fee if my room was ready and was reasonably close to the check-in time. This is an Expedia VIP property and I have Platinum status but if I find myself traveling to El Paso at an earlier time in the day, I may think twice about staying here if I need my room earlier.

From the moment of arrival at the El Paso International Airport and the shuttle service driver Raul picked us up from the Radisson Hotel, we couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel lobby was comfortable and inviting and the front desk service made us feel so welcome. The facility was busy with dedicated employees that reflected in well maintained grounds and hotel rooms. The Radisson is a definite contender the next time we visit the El Paso area.

I will never stay there again because check in was horrible. Landed and arrived at the hotel around 2:20 p and check in was at 3 and was advised to come back in 20 minutes. I went next door for lunch and when I came back the line was outside for check in. When I finally approached check in I was told that my room wasn’t available and I would have to wait 30 minutes which was unacceptable when I was told that my room would be ready in the next 20 minutes. So that means my room was given away.

I liked that the Radisson Hotel was next to the El Paso Airport and I didn't have to drive around looking for it. The room was great, non-smoking, cleaned every day, and quiet. There was an inside and outside pool; and a small gym which I took advantage of every morning. The hotel is very large in size but quiet for as many people it can accommodate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will probably stay at this hotel next time I visit El Paso.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean and had a lot of space. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. We used the outdoor hot tub one day and it kept shutting off on us. My husband went to the front desk to get more coffee for the room, and he must have been misunderstood and they sent him to get a coffee at the restaurant. The restaurant wanted to charge him. He asked if he could charge it to our room and they said they don’t do that. I haven’t been to a hotel restaurant that wouldn’t charge to our room. He didn’t have his wallet with so ended up giving up.

Our stay was excellent in every way. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Small restaurant but food was delicious and service was very good. Shuttle to the El Paso terminal - 3 minutes away - was efficient. And the lodging price was reasonable.

I was very disappointed that we didn’t get tickets for breakfast just because we booked through a third party. I believe that anyone regardless where they book and are staying at the hotel should be able to get coupon for breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel before having booked direct and this time used a 3rd party. When I selected hotels with breakfast included this hotel was in the list. Upon arrival I was informed that breakfast was not included through 3rd party booking meaning my now $430 room rate would now end up with 3 days worth of breakfast purchases. I contacted both hotels.com and Radisson with no attempt to resolve issue. Front desk staff was short and less than friendly both at checkin and checkout. Room was comfortable and hotel is nice but something seems to have changed since my previous stays.
