For an overnight stay, this is ideal. They offer shuttle service to and from airport. Outside of that, theres not much. The breakfast is simple. There is a shuttle to the metro station that costs $20. There is a metro station Rosemont which is right next to the airport but they dont take you there, they take to you the Forest Park station that is much farther away and charge you. Many transport rigs go through that street so if you get a street side room, be ready to hear it. The room was clean with limited amenities. Good wifi and cable TV.

Not a lot of parking space so people park along the bldg and tend to block people parked in the parking spaces making it difficult to get out. Carpets need to be cleaned but rooms are nice compared to the exterior.

They are working on upgrading the hotel and it will be nice when that is done, especially getting the pool back in use.

Pool was closed. Treadmill was broken. Breakfast was chaos. But other than that, the condition of the hotel was good. Staff was great.

Can’t really too much complain due to a last minute decision, good price but the bathroom had ants everywhere dirty towels( good thing I always carry my own) toilet hasn’t been cleaned just a lack of care you can just tell that they just hired anyone to do the job, the room was just not clean or cleaned

Staff was friendly. Therer was a sign up sheet for the airport shuttle at the front desk. You just put your room number for the time slot you wanted to go to the airport. The driver showed up early to go to your room to help move your luggage to the car. The drivers for the airport shuttle were friendly. There's an ant crawling and there're hair of the previous guest in the bathroom.

Run down hotel. Pictures of the hotel are definitely not depicting the real condition of the hotel. Front desk staff was friendly. Check in was easy. The first room I was given was dirty. There were hair on the pillow from previous guests and stains on sheets.Asked to change to a different room. The second room was okay. Spacious room but old furniture. The bathroom was renovated, water pressure was okay in the shower however the ceiling had stains. Only 2 towels were left for 4 people. Poor breakfast options.I wouldn’t go back.

Great for one night of sleep. Rooms were clean, only provided two small towels, there also was a stain dripping down the wall in the bathroom, can only imagine it to be urine. Beds were hard. At breakfast there was a homeless man trying to get food, staff kicked him out.

Room was clean. Bathroom and shower were both clean. Not much water coming off the sink. Furniture looked a little bit old and scratched. Carpets had dirty spots and looked old. I had stayed in very great looking Best Western hotels. This one was not, but it was ok for a quick nap. It was also cheaper than other hotels nearby.

Very poor run down condition of the property. In urgent need of renovations. The strong smell of chemicals everywhere, including bed linnen. Could barely sleep. The towels are so old they arecnot even white or towels any more. Quite disgusting shower experience. Dirty bed sheets. The second bed was more or less ok. To tired and too late to search for an alternstive stay. The front desk staff are friendly but thats about it. Will never stay here again. Very poor condition of everything including the building.

This hotel is dirty, disgusting, don’t waste your money. Thx breakfast area it’s dirty and they are out of everything. Best Westerners are usually not the best but this one is by far the worse. Towels are ripped and have holes. Shower has cracks and it’s dirty. Bed is comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Toilet are is nasty

The place is average but there are three things that bothered me: 1. The pillows are so old, they are uncomfortable yo sleep on. 2. The curtains don’t cover sunlight… it’s too bright 3. The road noise is very hearable through the window.

I knew going into the booking that it probably was going to be just a place to sleep. It was definitely not the worst place I've ever stayed, but far from the best. It was relatively inexpensive for a last-minute booking. Everything seemed very "dated"; either that or it just seemed like it was because everything seemed worn and "dingy". It was very loud in the room. We were on the "backside" away from the main road but we could still hear cars all night. Our room was unfortunately located across from the stairwell access and that door was slamming open and closed seemingly nonstop. Anyone's tv that was on within three or four rooms from ours was within hearing distance. It was headache-inducing listening to that many different programs at once! We had to call down (room phone didn’t work, so had to use personal phone to call the hotel number) because at least one room on our floor was smoking and it was permeating through everywhere. The person we talked to said they would look into it, but nothing changed. Luckily we were exhausted after a long week spent in the area and we fell asleep rather quickly. The next morning was a short ride to the airport. The shuttle got us there without issue. We were told we needed to be in the lobby 5 minutes before our scheduled shuttle departure. We were, but then sat there for an additional 15 minutes before the driver showed up. If I could do it again, I would spend my money on a different hotel; it was not worth saving a few bucks.

The hotel is a bit tired looking and our reception was perfunctory at best (though it was admittedly very late). The bed was saggy on one side. The breakfast eggs and potatoes were a bit cold and dried out. We also had to pay $30 for a taxi to get there because shuttle service ended before we got there. But it did the job for one night which is enough.

If you need a place to rest for the night this will work but be prepared. 1. It is a pretty run down budget hotel. The rooms are old with stained walls, carpeting (bad) and ceilings. 2. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Bathroom sink was in the hallway and not in the bathroom with very little counter space. 3. Not much dining around. There is a chipotle across the street and a breakfast diner within walking distance. 4. Hotel staff is nice. Cleaning lady was adorable and very sweet. 5. Their “airport shuttle” is a VERY questionable, old minivan. 6. There is a TRAIN (with a loud train horn) that goes behind the property ALL NIGHT. 7. There are no blackout curtains. There is only a white sheer curtain. If you’re an early riser, that shouldn’t make a difference. We were in town Friday night to Sunday afternoon for a Cubs game so it was fine for that purpose since we were not in our room much. We would not stay here again though.

Very disappointing customer service. It took an hour from the time I called for the airport shuttle till I was finally checked in. First got put on hold forever trying to call and request the shuttle from the airport, and then the front desk staff forgot to even tell the driver to pick me up! Worse, the staff tried to lie and claim the shuttle was late because it had been already coming back from the airport. This was not true, and he admitted it after I asked directly. No offer of a discount or compensation for the fact that I had to stand at the airport for 45 minutes waiting. I even left a message for the manager about the issue but have heard nothing. Also, there were ants in the bathroom and the wifi signal didn't reach the room. The morning shuttle driver was also late and left multiple passengers standing in the lobby worrying about catching their flight.

Not the hotels fault but due to flight delays, ended up arriving on Monday morning vs. Sunday night so paid for 3 nights and stayed 2 nights. The “Please Do Not Disturb” sign was ignored and cleaning service came into our room. The shower door didn’t close all the way so we needed to put a towel down to soak up the water that spilled onto the floor. No shower floor towel was included on the 2nd day. No one at the desk the morning of checkout. No yogurt available on the 2nd morning.

They only pick up and drop off at terminal 2 but they didn’t tell us that till we called for our pickup. They also were not friendly on the phone regarding pickup. They noted the shuttle had a flat and it would be 35 min for pickup. They never came. They also didn’t call to tell me they didn’t have it fixed. I arrived back at the hotel 50 min after I had requested pickup using Uber. Shuttle wasn’t fixed and they did not offer to cover the cost of my Uber.

when we first checked into our room it was dirty with all kinds of stains and took them a whole day to clean it not to mention the person at the front desk eric was very rude and made me bargain with him in order to not pay the $40 early check in fee when he told us it was initally $20.

We were very impressed with the staff. The man checking us in on April 4 was so friendly and helpful. The next morning we went to breakfast and had to be sure we git the name of the man taking care of thi gs. Art was a 1 man staff. He never stopped moving, kept up the food and immediately cleaned tables. He also checked us out. This is the most I've been impressed with staff in a long time.

Stayed here with my friend and we thought it was a perfect, simple place to stay. A little far from everything, but if you go to the Rosemont station for the blue line, you’re able to easily access a lot of a Chicago. We couldn’t check in early or check out late, but the staff held our bags at the front desk so we could explore! Clean room and amenities. Would stay again!

Not bad for an overnight, hotel is a little worn but breakfast was good, room & shower were clean and spacious. Area is not bad just a little old and worn. Close to airport and about 5 to 10 minute drive to catch subway to Chicago.

They lack workers. The worker from the reception also serves breakfast. At 7:30 there was a lack of food and coffee. We waited 20 minutes for the buffet to finish. And he never stopped talking on the phone. Another one of those properties where the most important thing is that they take your money and then nothing else matters.

I came in at night and left early in the morning. I was told it was not a good area but I didn't leave the hotel until the shuttle came. There was no food service and the instant offering was quite meager. Generally, though, the suite was clean, there was coffee and a microwave so was fine. The breakfast was cold and tasteless.

Great hotel close to the Chicago airport with shuttle services, Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was simple but fresh, I saw lady breaking raw eggs in kitchen which made me feel good instead of some hotels using ready made frozen egg patties
