The hall time the pool was closed, We went to that Hotel because we have kids and they love play on the pool. We stay for 4 days and the pool was close the 4 days its not fair for the customers

Everything was perfect, clean and spacious room, the only issues we had was the refrigerator kept turning off so water was leaking from the refrigerator to the floor, also the Hot tub in the pool area was not in service, it was completely dry no water. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I need to make this clear. The staff was great. Friendly, helpful....top notch. But the hotel rooms are in need of attention. Carpets bad, beds in bad shape, ac/heat units very noisy. Very disappointed, as we stay in Hyatts exclusively in the Chicago area and often. The "temporarily" closed hot tub has been non working for 2 years.

Our room was not clean when we arrived. The beds were made, but sloppy. A previous guest had left a hair tie on the nightstand and it was still there with hair on the dresser. The shower had not been cleaned or wiped down. There was soap residue in the soap dish and hair on the wall tile. We stayed two nights and the staff did not enter our room or replace towels and toiletries during our stay. The walls are paper thin and we could hear guests on both sides of our room. One had the TV on our night and the other had pets in the room and more than four people. They were very loud. I chose Hyatt for brand recognition and because I always stay at Hyatt when given a choice. I will not stay at this location in the future.

The room was dirty and outdated. The lamp shade was cracked in half. The toilet kept making a loud noise every 30 min. We found signs of dead capet Beatles in the mattress. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Hotel needs a full renovation or just close it down. Staff seemed used to dealing with the guest complaints. I’m sure the property was beautiful back in its prime. Very sad to see from ownership.

There were drink spilled in the lobby and elevators. Noticeable trash by the entrance and in the elevator. The floors were stick in the elevator. The room was clean but no microwave. The had a make up mirror but the light didn't work on it.

We only stayed over one evening, but the only thing positive about the stay was the staff, they were so incredibly friendly and helpful! However, the room left much to be desired. My husband found a fake nail lying next to our couch, one of the automons had a big, white splatter that looked too much like a certain bodily fluid, and the shower just did not make me feel confident in it's cleanliness.

I was really thinking that I had chosen an awesome hotel when i booked online but when we got there it made me feel otherwise. The online description said "garden view" there was not. Unless you count the overgrown weeds. The lobby was super nice! The elevators were rickity and reeked of weed. When we got into our room the bathtub had stains in it that made it look dirty. There was rust at the bottom of the bathroom doorframe, tears in the carpet. The matress had a flat sheet wrapped around the mattress instead of a fitted sheet so you could see the mattress once it shifted and looked disgusting. The only thing nice i really have to say is that the front desk lady at night was super nice and welcoming.

When we first arrived, at first glance the hotel looks great and smells great. But after taking a closer look at not only the rooms, but the common areas like the pool, and seating areas/lobby, everything is filthy. Our sheets were dirty and even had blood stains on them. The shower/tub was peeling and there was dust around the edges. On one occasion our room was not serviced and I was not offered explanations as to why that was, I could go on and on. The only reason I’m giving this an overall rating of 2 stars is because the breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were amazing!

This property was very disappointing. Rooms and hallways were dirty with Kleenexes and scraps of paper all over the halls. Elevators were dirty. Rooms were never made up and it took a lot of work to get clean towels. We were never told upon check in that they don’t have housekeeping service.

Over the years, my wife and I have stayed at many different hotels ranging from medium to upper range. Hotels. I must say this is the first time we’ve stayed in a hotel where we’ve given a negative or bad review and the review stamps primarily due to the cleanliness of the hotel lobby as well as the various floors throughout the building I personally visit several floors and I couldn’t believe the condition of the lobbies and the hallways and I brought this attention to the hotel staff mainly the front desk they did attempt to address the situation after three days being in a hotel I noticed none of the floors had been vacuumed and I pointed that out to the hotel staff at the front desk in this I found to be highly unusual for a high Regency Hotel for I know your standards are far above that as far as the hotel staff and the front desk, they were pleasant but the cleanliness of the Hotels floors, as well as the elevator, the elevator floors and the walls of the elevators were were terrible again I don’t like to write negative stuff, but I couldn’t let this go by without someone paying attention Steve Bradley thank you

The hotel itself was smack bang in the middle of two major roads. You can hear the cars from different floors. I had to change room three times. It's got a decent night's sleep. It's very old building noisy aircon noisy fridge and also I had to change rooms because it's was smelly. Breakfast was very good. The food was okay in the restaurant but nothing to shout about. Elevators took an age to get to where you wanted to go

Very nice property and friendly staff. No microwave in rooms though which was odd. Had one microwave in the lobby that the entire hotel had to share, and the microwave was filthy by the way. Other than that. Nice property to stay.

Clean. Our room was on 7th fl overlooking highway I-88. TV should offer naturescape channel or app with white noise option and no screen to use as sound machine. Traffic noise woke us at 4am. Used Golf Channel to block noise. Covered tv with towels.

Mediocre hotel in a decent location for Naperville/Lisle. Elevators are really busy and took a long time to get you between floors due to constantly being in use. You can hear the highway traffic in your room. AC has trouble keeping up with heat during the summer.

I made a reservation at this hotel 2 months in advance, confirmed my reservation a few days before arriving, called the day of check-in to tell them I'd be checking in later that evening and they told me it was no problem, that my room would be waiting for me. When I arrived later that night, they told me they had no rooms to give me and that though they could 'cancel' my reservation, they couldn't guarantee I'd get my money back since I'd made the reservation thru a 3rd party. I even felt aggression/hostility from the person at the front desk, as if it hadn't completely been the hotel's fault. I've never left a review like this before, but this was easily the worst hotel experience I've had in my 50 years.

When I went to check in, I had reserved a room with one king bed and a sofa sleeper. When I got there, that room was not available so they put us in a room with two full beds and a sofa sleeper. There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper. There was hardly any condiments to go with the coffee such as cream or sugar. and there are only two bath towels for three people in the reservation.

I’m a frequent customer and the last 3 stays has been terrible! I had no hot water to shower !! I called down to tell them no one came as I was suppose to stay and extra night . I went to front desk the lady still didn’t accommodate me just said she’s was sorry . I then told her I would like to cancel the next night !! Prior to that I had stayed 2 night and ask for housekeeping to clean and bring me more towels they never did . They lost a faithful customer

There was a long line at check in, many people who seemed to have been wating for rooms for hours, git checked in was told they did have the room i reserved so they had to give me a smaller room. Got up to the room, it wasnt even cleaned. Had to wait in the 15min line at the desk again, was given another room, and it was currently being cleaned, so we waited in the hall, after trying to have a conversation with the cleaning lady, that didnt know english, about our room. Eveyone was nice, they just definitely need a more staff and ones that are bilingual. Hitel was kinda of messy, like its suppsoed to be nice and like technically was but also wasn't.

The stay itself was wonderful except one aspect. Shortly before checking out, it was an older female employee who was screaming at a little boy who had begun standing on one of the tables in the lobby area. While I understand that children should be supervised etc, I found the way she screamed "no" and "get down" like he was a dog to be beyond obnoxious. The entire lobby went silent and began looking around to see what was going on. The child's parents were nearby but momentarily distracted. As a parent, I would 100% take massive issue with someone screaming at my child like a psycho. There's definitely a more appropriate and respectful way that could have been handled. Aside from that, the stay was fine.

Arrived 6/17 almost 40 mins late as it was due to personal issues and was hoping to get checked in quick since I paid in full a 1 night stay with my children, was met with alot of push back from the manager who inconvenienced me by having me drive 10 mins in 87 degrees with my kids to load money onto a card for $50 incidentals even AFTER the girl at front desk asked on my behalf if they could do anything else since I was paid up already and the cold,stale,manager said "no we cant sorry " in an unfriendly monotone. All that grief and then I return back just to get a room with hairs on the bathroom floor and stained pillows we hadnt even slept on....I had to buy cleaning supplies it was dreadful and I had to maintain composure even though I felt highly bothered. I chose this hotel because my family and I stayed in the past for longer periods of time and this wasn't an issue before.. quality has gone down I see so I don't see us coming back for awhile if at all..

Property was nicer than some of the reviews I read, but it does need some updates. Bathroom had broken tiles and not as clean as usual. Convenient to area events. Hotel was hosting several events, but never even noticed. If room faces highway, very loud.

I paid for a a king room and when my husband and I arrived they told us that our room was given away and they only have a double and our other option was to leave. The concierge did not offer us part of our money back for the inconvenience. It was horrible two adults in a double size bed. I would never stay at a Hyatt ever again.

Clean room, nice lobby, great breakfast. Unfortunately our king bed was a little soft and saggy. Not enough outlets in the room. The outlets on the nightstand lamps were too loose to hold a plug. The A/C went out on the morning of checkout. Fixing these things, I would stay again.

Staff were great. The room was very nice. My only complaint was the very strong air freshener in the lobby. The lobby is beautiful and inviting, with spa water and nice tables and sofas. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We recommend the breakfast!

We checked in at 3pm and had no towels in our room. We had to request towels from the front desk three times before receiving them by 10pm. Went to the pool and no towels there either. Hot tub out of order. No complimentary breakfast either.

Very reasonably priced hotel with nice staff. Clean, but dated room furnishings and lobby. Breakfast buffet ok, but having had a yogurt and small bagel with coffee, $17.00 seemed high.
