Pool was horribly dirty. It was in the basement, which was filled with mosquitos. The water was not clean and I did not want to even attempt going in. The hottub was also way too hot, which the staff quickly fixed, but we realized it was best to avoid all the water. Also never received security deposit back.

The facility we stayed in was well maintained with attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night and breakfast buffet the following morning. Prior to dinner we had a cocktail in the bar. The bartender found the brandy my husband requested, checking for it in storage area. He was especially kind.

The staff was super friendly from front desk to the cleaning ladies who offered to take our garbage as we sat in a small lobby talking and also held elevator doors for us. The pool and hot tub area looks outdated but it is old, nothing can really be done about that but absolutely loved the fact that it was open from 630 am-11 pm. I was able to have the pool to myself in the morning to swim laps. Peloton bike and nicely arranged fitness area even though small. For the age of the hotel, everything is kept tip top shape. Restaurant was pricey and limited menu but classy!

Good sized king bed room, clean, easy check in, nice staff, within 15 - 20 minutes of O'Hare, safe area, free parking, fridge, microwave and free coffee in room. Only down side is that concessions are super expensive - $8 for a 20 oz. diet coke. There are no convenience stores within walking distance so if you aren't driving you may want to pick things up at the airport.

Pulling up to the property we were definitely disappointed. You could see parts of the siding falling off, the parking lot was confusing, and the exterior doors not resemble the picture from the site listing. We went in and the front desk woman was super friendly. She got us in our room, but that's when things went very wrong. From the moment we got off the elevator you could smell the mold. We were assigned room #924. As we walked into the room you could see mold on the walls, in the windows, the wallpaper pealing with something oozing and dried up coming out from it. They're was mold and dust in the bathroom as well. I took photos and we decided this was not only a health hazard, but it was not going to workout. Things were not as advertised and it was not safe. We let the front desk associate, Candela, know and showed her image's. She brought over someone from their maintenance department and said that she was surprised, that they would need to close that area down. I can't tell if she was genuinely surprised or not, but as nice as she was it would be hard to believe considering you could smell it from the hallway just getting off the elevator. She was very kind though and issued a full refund, printing out a zeroed balance invoice, and said the full refund should hit sometime this week. I have not seen the refund yet, but I will be watching for it. I do notrecommend.

Great stay! Beds are SUPER comfy, very clean & spacious rooms. It's a surprisingly quiet hotel especially for the size. Location is off the main streets but not in an inconvenient way. Lovely green space, very much an oasis within a very urban environment. Good restaurants and shopping, conveniently located. Definitely will choose to stay here again.

Hottub not hot enough bugs everywhere and breakfast was severely lacking! Very disappointed in a Hilton! Also paid for executive room we got nothing for the extra price. No breakfast or drinks or nothing. I will never return to this poorly managed hotel!!

When we arrived they put us in a King room when we had booked a double room. We had to go back to the front desk and after 20 minutes, we were brought to another room and that room was not cleaned, the bedding was not changed and pillows were sitting on the chairs and the bathroom had been uncleaned with a wet towel on the floor. Then the 3rd room was finally what we had paid for. Very inconvenient for a family of 4 to experience after a full day of traveling.

The property was okay. Check in was fast and easy. However outside of room a light fixture was down on the floor, the hot tub and pool was dirty as well as surrounding area of pool. The elevator broke down during our stay and we had to walk 7 flights of stairs. Overall it was okay! Sheets were clean. Shower had hair in it!

This hotel is tired, and needs a renovation. The rooms are dinged up, the facilities are not great (tiny shower and toilet in a separate room, could barely fit inside, and I'm a small man). The bed was o.k., but I expect a lot better from a Hilton hotel.

It was a good clean hotel for our stay. The building no doubt is a bit outdated but they have maintained it well. The king room was spacious for two folks. The only down side: A VERY SMALL/NARROW bathroom.

Bathroom was smaller than a telephone booth. Room was only cleaned one day during our 5 day stay even though we called housekeeping each morning before our daylong departures. Hotel restaurant is very overpriced and understaffed. Very convenient location.

The Hilton property was of excellent quality and value. Beyond having many amenities on site, the staff was professional and courteous. The only downside was that the internet speed is relatively slow. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Booked a room with a jetted tub and stand-up shower in the picture. The room was supplied with 2-in-1 tub and shower with jets. NOT the same. Hotel rooms are outdated. It seems to be a Hilton that got sold to someone unwilling to update the hotel to the new standards.

We had an room with a locked door to another room which was apparently an adjoining room. The person next door had a tv or device on which was very loud all night long. I called the front desk to tell them and they said they would call the customer. I heard the phone ring (!) and the person never picked up the phone. I put in ear plugs and could still hear the tv or device. Needless to say I couldn't sleep. At about 6:00 AM I heard the person retching for about ten minutes. Also the floor in the bathroom felt dirty and sticky. There was no receptacle to make hot water.

The food at the restaurant on site was delicious and had great service. The main areas were clean but our room was not the best. The bathroom needs attention, big time! Early in the morning the shower stopped working. The front desk apologized and moved us to a different room but it was still a hassle having to leave our initial room ASAP, head down to the lobby, and then be assigned a different room. There was no one in the lobby to assign us a new room and they knew we were coming. This put me behind quite a bit but I was still able to witness my wife swear in at MEPS so I'm not too upset. It was frustrating dealing with all of this first thing in the morning and with three kids. Also, the bathroom faucet and handle were completely messed up. Leaking and loose. The beds are amazing though! Super comfortable and with plenty of pillows. Sleeping was cramped because they couldn't find a portable crib like we requested.

The room was not bad, but staffs are not good. We had told them twice we needed new towels, and they said yes, but they didn't anything. I was very disappointed this situation. We believed in the brand name of Hilton Hotel. I felt that they continued to ignore our demands. It was very unpleasant experience.

Check in was pretty slow it took 20 minutes to check in the person in front of me. Also when we woke up in the morning the lady at the front desk couldn’t figure out why coffee wasn’t out. She called someone who said no coffee on Saturday or Sunday even know coffee was out Saturday morning. I’m expecting my coffee at a hotel when I wake up so this is piss poor. I’d like some compensation.

We asked for early check-in at around 1 and they asked us to pay $25 fees, which I think is ridiculous most of the hotels do provide early check-in for free. Hotel check-in time is at 3 pm and we arrived at 1 pm. Tried convincing as we had a 5 month old, after a lot of back and forth we were allowed for 1pm check-in. Property is really good but the check-in experience was the worst. I have traveling all across the country and this is the first time I was denied couple hours early check-in

We arrived at 2:15 they charged us 25$ per room to get into our room 45 minutes early. 50 $ extra just to let us in 45 minutes early. Even though the room was ready, they took advantage of their customer. I will never stay their again or recommend them to anyone

The check-in was awful. The people at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming in any way. After that, the situation with the slow old noisy elevator was terrible. There were other issues as well. Not worth it and many other residents were very annoyed.

Front desk only friendly if no issues. Once issues arise nobody is capable to do anything to fix it. Booked the most expensive room and still did not get any acceptable solution for the problem. Was told will leave a message for the manager. It has been a week and no communication yet.

If you are not familiar with Chicago is not that close to turist spots like acuariun the cloud gate etc. Seams close but trafic will make it over 1hr travel. The place is great but is not a location i will recomend if you are looking closer to downtown.

I paid $165 each night and paid for another room for my sister. This was a get together to see cousins we barely know and to see our only surviving aunt (96 years old) Stayed three nights. No housekeeping at all! I was told later that if I wanted my room cleaned and towels exchanged, I would have had to scan a code on the night stand and request it through my cell phone! How would I know that? Front desk never mentioned it. Room service trays with left over food was left in the hallways for over 24 hours! Probably would have been there if I hadn’t complained. Maintenance was terrible! Toilet needed repaired. Flapper valve would not seal. Maintenance personnel attempted a fix and failed. Every time I flushed, I had to remove the tank lid and manually seat the valve so the water would quit running and the tank would fill for the next flush. The breakfast buffet was at best a good attempt at a complimentary buffet at a lesser hotels. They charged $26 dollars! Other than a wonderful staff in the restaurant, I went across the street to another hotel and had breakfast there for the next two mornings. Elevator problems in an 8 story facility. On a good day, one of the two elevators was functional. They actually had a sign explaining that they knew they had a problem and directed us to the stairs. Are you kidding me! I will never stay in another Hilton property especially at that price.

Booked this property for the pool and the on site restaurant, both of which were unavailable, Not notified of this until the cancellation period had lapsed (about three hours before check in got an email notification of these). No refund offered. The room was otherwise satisfactory if dated. Bathroom door opened inward into a very small space so can confirm the prior complaints of inaccessibility. Staff was cordial and helpful if limited in what they could do for us at that point, by policy and not attitude. Would not book again.

I normally don’t write reviews but this hotel went way beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked division between the sink/coffee area and sleeping area. Staff was super nice. Especially at the breakfast area. Also, the breakfast! Oh my god, one of the bed best breakfasts I’ve seen.

Love the location and dining options onsite. Room looked a bit dated but it was good for one night and had a nice view. Check in was busy and the man at the counter didn’t speak much and didn’t even ask for an ID or have me sign anything. I had to ask how to get to the room. But otherwise nice place.
