Pool was closed and was not informed ahead of time. Was told my manager the next day should of been offered bracelets to go next door to their affiliate to use pool but was not offered. The pool was the entire reason we booked this hotel, had canceled a previous hotel for pool cloaure.

Limited options for someone with food allergies, bed was comfortable but room was hastily remodeled. Drywall dust everywhere, bathroom sink p trap not connected, shower curtain rod was moved and had wet drywall mud still in the patches, lock on door was hanging off. No one at desk for 10 minutes upon arriving, had to go ask for towels. Ice machine was broken and the one on the lower level was moldy. Pool was hot, hot tub out of order. For the price it was ok, room was just slapped together and not properly cleaned after construction.

The hotel with a shared parking lot is doing construction. Therefore the parking lot is tore up. First red flag but it was already pd by then. The pics are true but not. I did not visit the pool so idk. It was open tho which is a plus for this time of year. The staff was wonderful and very nice. Staff at the desk at z2a and everything. Thank you. Now the stay… there were patches missing on the walls and a bunch of dlvd boxes in the lobby and hall as if they were doing construction as well even tho they’re not. Maybe soon, idk The sound barrier…. Omg…the rooms on each side of me were loud. One room was arguing at the top of their lungs at 2a. The other side just talks extra extra loud. Sounded like a party at 2a but after dosing off and waking up at 6a, it was just a man and woman couple who’s in there talking loud. Now 8:11a and she hasn’t shut the hell up yet. Check out is noon tho so “if” they ever shut u, others can possibly sleep. I’m prepping to leave. 2 hrs from home. I’m going home to my own quiet. I understand it’s a hotel but at some point there has to be courtesy for the other customers. Ijs

Pool and spa was not working or accessible. Menu choices limited, bananas/fruit was old. Had to change rooms due to snoring/loud neighbors at 1am. Was only given an extra hour to checkout, didn't get to bed again until after 2am. Not pleased with this experience. Did not have an exercise room as stated on website or microwave in the room.

There was no Wi-Fi when we arrived and we could only pay in cash so we had to leave and get $600 some odd dollars in cash to avoid their ridiculous ATM fees. They had our rooms wrong as well. I had my two children with me that were looking forward to swimming, but the pool was actually down the whole four days we were there! And to top it off, the elevator was broke the majority of the time, and we had to take stairs with my two elderly parents! The staff was very rude, and hard to understand with the thick accents that they had. The Night Shift worker was actually sitting in the chair, talking on the phone, picking crud and dead skin from between her toes, and didn’t wash her hands to help us when we needed a new key for our room. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel in my life and we will absolutely never return to this hotel!

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. It was dirty, the walls were not sealed at the window joints the floor was indescribable. Horrible, horrible stay. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

Well, to start off, the first room, had dirty sheets, a major hole in the wall, no towels, and the desk lights didnt work. The second room had cigarette burns on the sheets, but they were washed. The cable didnt work but someone came and fixed it 30 minutes later.

I loved it! Everything was on point except the pillows lol omg they were terrible it was hollow and like it wasn’t anything in them and it flattened immediately and it wasn’t a microwave in the room but that wasn’t too much of in there issue an inconvenience I might add BUT the staff was really nice the hotel and rooms smelled fresh and inviting and the bed was really comfortable. That is my new go to spot when I go home to Chicago for visits but you if they could just get better pillows that would be great

Overall the hotel is great! We stayed there for the night after attending a concert at Tinley Park, so the location is perfect. I’m taking off a star ONLY because the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. At 6am I swear there was a soccer game on the floor above us and full conversation maybe next door or in the hall. Balls were bouncing and shaking everything. Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely stay there if attending another concert!

Husband and I went for a day/night away and for one the access road was difficult to see, as soon as I walked in our room I was about knocked over with a deodorizer that was not pleasant (which I think was probably to cover smoking smells and I requested a non smoking room), neighbors were either really loud or the walls are extremely thin!

The front desk person, while nice did not explain anything regarding the property or amenities. We had to visit the front desk 3 separate times to get information about breakfast, obtaining a non existent do not disturb sign and getting more than one set of towels in a king room. I'm disappointed in this Hilton stay.

I didn't like that our room wasn't ready at 5:30pm when check in was 3pm there was broken glass on the floor and waited another 45 minutes for another room it still wasn't ready so we went to a different hotel.

I don't even know where to start... this location is in a bad part of town, and the lot is a mess. Incredibly hard to park and back out of a space. Going into the hotel, I got into my room and there were stains everywhere. The wall, the shower, the mirror had splatters of something on it, the floor looked so beat up, the outlet hardly worked next to bed, the shower was filthy (the curtain was dirty old and grimey, and the shelves were never cleaned). The shower pull knob barely worked, and hot water did not last more than 10 minutes. The window was wide open when I walked in, and I was surprised to not see any bird droppings in the room. Not pleased at all and would like some sort of refund or reimbursement. Will not come here again. Felt so unsafe and disgusted. Also, I booked this hotel because they had breakfast in the mornings, but all they had for breakfast was slices of square bread in a open pan with a tub of singular packets of butter next to it. I don't even know where to start... this location is in a bad part of town, and the lot is a mess. Incredibly hard to park and back out of a space. Going into the hotel, I got into my room and there were stains everywhere. The wall, the shower, the mirror had splatters of something on it, the floor looked so beat up, the outlet hardly worked next to bed, the shower was filthy (the curtain was dirty old and grimey, and the shelves were never cleaned). The shower pull knob barely worked, and hot water did not last more than 10 minutes. The window was wide open when I walked in, and I was surprised to not see any bird droppings in the room. Not pleased at all and would like some sort of refund or reimbursement. Will not come here again. Felt so unsafe and disgusted. Also, I booked this hotel because they had breakfast in the mornings, but all they had for breakfast was slices of square bread in a open pan with a tub of singular packets of butter next to it. The hotel with a shared parking lot is doing construction. Therefore the parking lot is tore up. First red flag but it was already pd by then. The pics are true but not. I did not visit the pool so idk. It was open tho which is a plus for this time of year. The staff was wonderful and very nice. Staff at the desk at z2a and everything. Thank you. Now the stay… there were patches missing on the walls and a bunch of dlvd boxes in the lobby and hall as if they were doing construction as well even tho they’re not. Maybe soon, idk The sound barrier…. Omg…the rooms on each side of me were loud. One room was arguing at the top of their lungs at 2a. The other side just talks extra extra loud. Sounded like a party at 2a but after dosing off and waking up at 6a, it was just a man and woman couple who’s in there talking loud. Now 8:11a and she hasn’t shut the hell up yet. Check out is noon tho so “if” they ever shut u, others can possibly sleep. I’m prepping to leave. 2 hrs from home. I’m going home to my own quiet. I understand it’s a hotel but at some point there has to be courtesy for the other customers. Ijs

Overall the hotel is great! We stayed there for the night after attending a concert at Tinley Park, so the location is perfect. I’m taking off a star ONLY because the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. At 6am I swear there was a soccer game on the floor above us and full conversation maybe next door or in the hall. Balls were bouncing and shaking everything. Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely stay there if attending another concert!

Iron was missing. Fridge had a towel in it and leaked water on the floor. 'Breakfast' was non exhistent. Weed smells came through the wall. Pillows were few and small ( think couch throw pillows from dollar tree). I guess you get what you pay for so

Staff were great. Walls of the room could stand to have a magic eraser taken to them. Towels left little fiber residue all over after use and bed sheets weren’t that soft. Breakfast left something to be desired. But overall, a decent and safe place to stay for a night if passing through the Chicago area.

The breakfast sucked. We went out at around 6:30 to 7 and there was really no breakfast left. I asked if they will refill the breakfast and the girl said yes but no one showed up while we waited so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Pretty inconvenient since we booked trying to save in breakfast. The carpet and bathroom dirty and dingy especially for the price paid for the room. The furniture disgustingly old. Lots of construction in front.

Pool and spa was not working or accessible. Menu choices limited, bananas/fruit was old. Had to change rooms due to snoring/loud neighbors at 1am. Was only given an extra hour to checkout, didn't get to bed again until after 2am. Not pleased with this experience. Did not have an exercise room as stated on website or microwave in the room.

It’s not the worst hotel. But it’s definitely not the best by any standard. Due to short staffing, they weren’t doing daily cleanings (which is absolutely fine by me, I leave the door tag up during my stay anywhere); however, one morning the front desk was going around knocking on doors asking everyone for their dirty towels because they were out! Just so bizarre… on top of that, the walls are pretty thin so I could definitely hear my neighbors conversations which is a weird feeling, and you can only drown so much of it out through the TV/headphones. There was construction right next door, and my guess is that it’s going to be the new best western that’s the modern iteration, and the one I stayed at is going to get demo’ed once it’s done. Hopefully the new one has enough towels lol
