They said pet friendly but they charged an extra 25 per animal per night as well as a 50 dollar deposit in cash that they said they would refund after they checked the room for damage. Neither charge was included in the hotels.com pricing. First room they offered I took one step into and couldn't breathe. It was musty and smelled terrible with obvious water damage around the air conditioner unit. After requesting a replacement option, it was better but you could tell it was used as a long term stay residence as well as the other rooms in that wing. The front stairs were cordoned off, the elevator was broken as well as the second floor Ice machine. One wing of the second floor was locked and chained off unless someone was staying in one of the rooms which was disturbing.

my room wasnt prepared - had no blanket or comforter. i had to ask for a banket, which was covered in lint, and make my own bed. my room was non-smoking but smoke detector was covered in plastic by previous occupant presumably so they could smoke. Occupants were very noisy and inconsiderate and parking was difficult. I was also hit by surprise with a $50 hold on my credit card at checkin. i dont recall seeing that listed on expedia.

When I say my stay was great me and my daughter was so comfortable it was like everything was new in the room if I had to rate my stay it would be 9/10 it could have been 10/10 but I was a little upset about the pool

The facility is perfectly fine. Expedia is the problem. They took my money, and failed to book the room I paid them for. I informed them I didn't have any more money to wait for a refund and pay for it out of pocket, so they sent me to a different hotel that required a deposit, which they knew I didn't have, so I called them again and tried to fix the situation. They kept my money and didn't fix the situation.

The property for the first impression looks horrible and unsafe plus they have the yellow tape caution also looks under construction and the parking it looks really bad never ever gonna booked again

I would never stay here again they charging to much for these rooms and for what there’s nothing exciting to charge people what they charge and then have the nerve to ask for a 50$ deposit nope never towels was dirty both times good thing I brought my own then doesn’t allow certain smoke but in a smoking area please they need to shut the building down go out of business

PLACE IS NICE, HOWEVER THE BED WAS A LITTLE TOO HARD FOR US. WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM TRAVELOCITY ADVERTISE THE ROOM WHIT A PRIVATE HOT TUB, BUT WE DID'T GET THE HOT TUB. EMPLOYEE STATED THAT THE AD WAS WRONG. EMPLOYEES ARE PRETTY NICE.

When I say my stay was great me and my daughter was so comfortable it was like everything was new in the room if I had to rate my stay it would be 9/10 it could have been 10/10 but I was a little upset about the pool

The staff at the front desk was excellent. The reservations thru hotels.com was not accessible so she gave a room at the hotel rate. She spent a lot of time trying to resolve this problem, not knowing if it was a hotels.com issue or a hotel issue. She was very helpful.
