Great location for our needs. Woodfield mall, lots of restaurants, 10 min from Medieval Times, easy on/off expressway. Room was nice, pool was small but adequate for the kids.

Front desk and hotel room was nice but there were some issues. No body wash or soap was provided in the bathroom, the water temperature was lukewarm at its hottest with low pressure and the gym advertised on the hotel website was closed for construction (far from complete). Please do not advertise amenities that are either closed or do not exist.

Staff are great and helpful. The pool is very small and not for adults to swim. No hot tub. Mattresses were so soft and none of us could sleep comfortably. Great location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Easy access to train stations & interstate.

The elevator feels unstable, the pool is much smaller in reality (looked bigger in the picture), no hot tub, needed extra sheets but had to go down to get them myself, the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable and disgustingly stained.

The room was decent. It was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The body wash container mounted in the shower, was empty. I called the from desk and was put on hold for a long time so I decided to go to the front desk. We eventually got shower gel later in the evening.

This property is run-down and needs to be updated. The best part is the lobby. But furniture is worn down too. The rooms have dirty carpet. The bathrooms have different areas of disrepair. This place just feels dirty and outdated, not even the grounds are trimmed around the parking lot. Front desk service was nice though.

We love this Courtyard because of the price and location. I do think the rooms could use some updating, but the building itself is nice and clean. I will say this passed time we stayed, our room smelled strong of cat pee and there was no removing the smell. Felt like the specific room we were in, could have definitely been cleaner and could use a deep clean. I notified the front desk of the smell as well. I felt like the smell was on me when we left the room and cat per is the worst smell ever.

Our usual place to stay was booked and this was similarly priced so we tried it out. Check in went easy and smooth. Room was a bit warm since it was set to 85 degrees but turned the air on and it was fine within a couple minutes, no big deal. The room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were decently comfortable. We paid for breakfast and everything was pretty good. Wished the menu offered a bit more options.

Property is in a great location for mall access and dining. Would stay again. Pool was on the smaller side but for the price u can’t beat it. Bed was nice the pull out couch bed was not that great but work great for small children. We traveled as a family and this hotel fit our needs and worked great for us would stay again.

The hotel was in a quiet nice area in walking distance to a lot of different places it was nice and clean inside and out the staff was very nice I liked the restaurant/sitting areas inside and out the bed and pillows wasn’t very soft or comfortable and the tv was too small but other then that I give it a thumbs up I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others

This property was not what I expected of a Courtyard Marriott. It was run down in places and the bed was terrible. It was lumpy and sagging into the middle. Time for an upgrade to this property.

No hot water for shower Saturday morning at 9:30 am. Bathroom door didn’t shut- door too big for frame. No soap for sink. Had to use shower wall dispenser. Maid tapped door twice despite “privacy please” disturbed sleeping. We got in very late so this was annoying. Overall very disappointed in experience

Liked that they had breakfast option to buy, but front desk was not good. I had reserved a standard room - not the modified accessible option but as a woman they said they had nothing else. Hotels often think women will just take it without push back. Then had bug issue in my room. Asked to check out and they “found” another room. Then maid left about 8 rooms open including mine by propping open the security lock latch. Luckily nothing stolen! I called down to front desk so they could have someone fix the other guests door but an hour later when I went down stairs the other guest doors were still ajar! I again went to front desk to warn them of potential theft and she didn’t even thank me. Won’t be back.

Other than needing Mrs to provide ID upon check-in when Mr had credit card & ID with same last name, all was well. Shouldn't have been necessary, in my opinion. Reservation was for 2 adults, 1 child. Who else would it be? Trip and room was wonderful. Pool a little small, but good enough. Located by good restaurants, Woodfield Mall, IKEA, Medieval Times. Great weekend!

The staff were excellent from top to bottom. The property is middling fair that could use some modernization, but it's still functional. The shuttle service to local shopping and entertainment was great. The proximity to local restaurants is great - many options within walking distance. The included breakfast at the bistro was adequate. I do recommend the property unless you want a more upscale environment.

The coffee shop closes at 10am if that’s not enough the woman who work at the coffee shop are rude and this isn’t the first experience with the same women at the coffee shop. We stood there before and had issues with the service at the coffee shop. The manager was informed about the situation but he said it’s Marriott’s policy to close the STARBUCKS COFFEE SHOP, at 10am ok then
