Very nice hotel, clean, staff was friendly and efficient, The complimentary breakfast was very good. The only thing I will say is that they only had one elevator running so there were longer waits to get an elevator but that was a minor inconvenience.

Overall, the stay was excellent; the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facility was generally clean. My room was okay, with the usual wear and tear on the furniture. The vanity table inside the bedroom still has some sticky residue from I don't know what, the curtain has a very noticeable stain (blood or chocolate or something), and one of the towels has a stain too (does not look old). Hope this issue can be addressed for the future occupants. On the bright side, having a microwave and a personal fridge helps out, especially for leftovers or a late-night snack fix.

This location was very subpar, unfortunately. Our family booked two rooms for a 3 night stay for a graduation at the convention center nearby. The walk was great and very accessible. However, we were most disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel and the customer service when issues were raised. For example, when we checked in the room was absolutely disgusting. It simply had not been cleaned, especially the bathroom. The only thing that was clean were the sheets. When we asked about why the bathtub looked so gross and the room looked like no one had cleaned it, the front desk attendant said that because they were so booked they didn't have time to fully clean all the rooms and they'd try to have someone come by later ( day 2). WHAT?! We paid full price but get a half cleaned room?! A bathtub that still has visible gunk from the previous guests?! What a crying shame! That has to be some sort of health code violation. And to add insult to injury, the attendant was very cold and matter-of- fact. We were very disappointed by our stay, will not be back, and will not recommend for others to stay here.

Don’t let the pictures online fool you. Our room didn’t look anything like the pictures advertised. We had a king with a pull-out bed. Starting with the king room- the ceiling was peeling and looked like like the plaster was going to fall at any second, there was a large stain on the curtain, questionable if the sheets had been changed and the room didn’t look as if it was vacuumed. The bathroom was incredibly small and dirty- water spots on mirror and hair in the shower and on the floor. We had one hand towel and 2 bath towels for 4 people. Come on! The main room with the pull-out- there were wrappers under the bed and no sheets, blankets or pillows to make the bed. Super frustrating to have to ask for extra towels and sheets late at night when they should have been in the room. The elevators were super slow because one side only had one working. The happy hour could really use some better snack choices. Adults don’t want to eat goldfish crackers and trail mix! Do better!

I love the layout of the hotel! Rooms were great. Service was amazing. You couldn’t tell there were so many families staying at the hotel cause you couldn’t hear ANYONE outside when you’re in the room! Highly recommend and definitely returning ☺️

The rooms need a lot of work. They are spacious but, there was water damage on the roof (peeling) of the room. The vent fell and hit my son in the head while he was in the bathroom. However, the staff is polite. We stayed in the 7th floor.

Hotel is nice. Pool was kind of small. The customer service was alright. The hotel itself was surprisingly very nice on the inside. Our room was big. The mattresses were very worn in but cleanliness was good. Our bathtub pipes kept making weird sounds throughout our stay.

Room spacious but bathroom small. Our room on 7th floor...elevators very slow which was annoying. Fabulous breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Also, nice evening reception with snacks and 2 complinentary drinks. Hilton app on phone allows check in and check out and open room door....very convenient.

Mostly really liked this hotel. The center atrium is surprisingly cozy with several nooks with comfy seating. The rooms are spacious. The walls are pretty sound proof, so any noise comes from the frosted glass windows between your living room and the atrium. Close the door between the bedroom and the living room and all is quiet again. The staff was wonderful and very quick to help if we needed anything. There's even a little convenience store nook by the front desk if you want snacks late at night or forgot an essential toiletry. My only real complaint was the bathroom. It's just tiny enough to have some awkward spaces and you have to do some weird tango for two people to be getting ready in the morning. The shower has pathetic water pressure and took so long to heat up that I thought I was using the faucet wrong at first. It's probably just an older building so I don't know how much they can do to fix that.

The buffet breakfast was good... That's where the traditional Embassy Suites brand STOPS. The place is old and a bit rundown. Plumbing is horrible, the toilet wouldn't flush property and when i called for assistance, person duty advised me that i could pick up a plunger from the front desk once he located one. I was totally shocked at the non chalant reaction when we were freaked out at the plumbing. In addition, we literally had to turn on the shower 10 minutes prior to using as it took that long for the water to warm up. 😑 We have never had issues with any Hilton prior to this and no we are a bit hesitant about future bookings.

The property was in a great location. The two women who worked the front desk are great, but their managers did not do much. A long line was often formed; one person worked and dealt with the hostile customers while the managers watched and did nothing. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, and the front desk clerk had to call a manager. It took him 45 minutes show up.

I have been staying at this property regularly for the last year. I have always had a good experience overall. Tonight, I had the worst experience checking in. I honestly understand the night shift must be hard, but the person who was in charge of reception June 15th honestly was rude, unempathetic and right down ill tempered. He didn’t speak or answer questions. What really made me explode was when he was rude to my father when he simply asked about breakfast times. When I complained he lashed back… honestly, this type of person ruins a whole year of great experiences. I will speak to the day manager tomorrow. I will consider going forward if I should take my business elsewhere. So many options today, that when a person doesn’t understand what it means to be in the service industry, O believe we should at least let them know.

Great stay excellent first impression with Dwayne at check in. Great cocktails during the manager’s reception (I’m writing this from the Embassy Suites outside of Milwaukee- not even close). They gave us an additional hour for checkout all around fantastic stay.

Went to the property at around 12 pm to check availability of my room and told them I have a wedding early evening and drove more than 12 hours from Georgia the front desk said they’ll try. Came back at 3:30 pm and this time the front desk was not as nice or accommodating or sympathetic.

First, we love embassy rooms for how the sleeping arrangements work for our family. Love breakfast options. The pool was drained and there was no notice prior to booking or checking in- no discount or available refund even though we specifically wanted to book a hotel with pool for our kids. The managers reception, which Embassy Suites is known for, had only popcorn with no bowls or plates available to get any. And we were given 1 free drink (which is still great but I thought it used to be more). We didn’t want to pay to get another drink because there was only 1 bartender and it took us 20-30 minutes just to get our first drink. Breakfast was good but the line to get a omelet wasn’t worth waiting in (probably 15 people waiting in line with 1 cook) so I can’t give my review on that. Only one elevator was working. Overall, not the worst experience but we would have absolutely stayed elsewhere if we had known the pool was broken.

Really happy with my stay. Very affordable (visiting from CA) nice spacious room (with leaving room), friendly service and happy hours (free drinks from 5:30 - 7:30 nice add on) and good breakfast for a free one. Even an omelet stand which is a big plus since I can not stand “scramble eggs” from a bottle. And it all about 150 a night? Will stay again anytime.
