Everything was great.

The property was very nice overall, BUT the elevators were not working properly and its very dangerous. This needs to be addressed immediately before someone gets hurt. When the elevator opens it immediately closes when you're trying to get in. Please address this quickly!

The staff was wonderful, check in was easy & breakfast was the best part

We loved the breakfast! And the eating area and lobby were very nice. There were snacks and drinks for happy hour, which is a nice touch. The customer service left something to be desired however. We called to request a blanket for the pull out bed and a half hour passed with no blanket. So I called again to check and was assured that the blanket would be over "in a minute." Another half hour passed and our kids were getting very tired and laying in bed without a blanket. So my husband finally went down to the front desk, and the person there ignored him, and just let him stand there. So my husband went to the laundry room to ask for a blanket and the people there called the front desk, where he was told that the employee there was "busy with other tasks." No kidding! We finally got our blanket, but the experience was a little weird.

We had such a wonderful stay this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. The receptionist who checked us in was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions so thoroughly—it really set the tone for our entire stay. Breakfast was also a highlight. The ladies attending the food area were so sweet and welcoming, especially Estela. She was truly kind and made us feel right at home. Overall, our stay was incredible. The level of service and genuine hospitality we experienced made all the difference. We will definitely be back!
